Original transaction order 8/17/23. Items displayed as in stock. Order*********** After three weeks with no communication or shipment I contacted them. They waffled about the status. Would not answer straight question. Do you have item in stock? Have you shipped? When? Stated only... ********** Coins LLC ON 7/23/2023 I placed an order ****** (for $1119.07) on 7/24/2023 I placed an order ****** for $1085.05). for silver rounds On 8/10/2023, they charged by credit card (instead of merely passing a hold/reservation. I called them a week ago wondering where my order is, and they couldn't tell me anything. I found out shortly there after that they hit my card for the full amount weeks earlier. As of today I still have not received my shipment. The website says my orders have not shipped, but they have been paid for. I will take either a full-refund (no cancellation penalty), or delivery of my two orders. My preference would be to get my shipment. I jus want to get the issue resolved. I will also raise this issue with my credit card company.Business Response

Rest assured that though I will continue to invest in precious metals I will NEVER EVER do business with that organization again.

Ordered 210 one oz generic silver rounds that showed in stock on July 20. Sent a personal check (check # ****) to them, and they cashed the check on July 26. Typically after the check is cashed, there I a 10 day wait period to make sure there are no issues with the check. That would take us to August 8. I have spoken to them several times about the status of my order, which they tell me that they are backed up in shipping. One of the last times I spoke to them, she gave me the email address of the shipping manager (****). I emailed him on August 28, in which he told me they had not shipped out because of the hurricane. I then called customer service about a week or two later, and she said that she would speak to ****, but I should email him again. I sent the second email on September 8, and have not heard back from them. I have ordered from this company several times in the past, and the shipping is normally delayed, but in all those occasions, they listed that the product was back ordered, and would not ship until later. In this case, it showed that the product was in stock, and ready to ship. I just want my product, and if they don't have it, then I want my money back so I can purchase from someone else. I am rejecting this response because:I was forced to change the shipping address because I was heading out of the country on Sept 5th and didn't want to miss the delivery. At no time did they tell me this delayed shipping. I still was not given a time frame other than their shipping **** was behind.
On Aug 23rd, i sent an email telling them of my concern of missing this delivery if it was going to take more time.
On Aug 29th, I sent an email asking them to ship to an alternative address so a family member could sign for the shipment. It was a previous address i used with them in the past.
**** confirmed on Aug 29th, the new address to ship too. All this time, there was never any indication of the product being out of stock. When I ordered and subsequent calls all I was told was the shipping **** was behind. It's been a month since I purchased and paid for my items. Can they just tell me when I will have them???? It seems strange. Again I reference all the complaints to the BBB and what I am reading on reddit about them. I prefer to just get a refund and be done with this.

Order #****** I placed an order on July 30th, 2023 and received an email confirming my payment had been received on August 4th. Per communications with the company I know that they hold a check for 10 business days before shipping. After 10 business days has passed I received no shipping information, so I contacted the company and was assured they still planned to ship my order, but was given no shipping estimate. I have called and emailed asking for an estimated shipping date multiple times, but have received only generic responses, and never even an estimated shipping date. I would still like the products I ordered, but after waiting for over 40 days since my check was received I still do not know when to expect them. August 17th ordered from ********** coins 6 ounces of gold coins. ($11756)Was told coins would ship within 10 days of check clearing, August 21st received e-mail that check cleared. After 12 working days did not receive correspondence that coins were shipped so called. Representative told me could another month before delivery. I asked for a refund and was told that wouldn't be possible. I was told that this company was approved by BBB. After calling BBB was told they did not show on their contacts, .I visited again on Sep 6th with another representative who told me maybe would ship this week and now today is Tuesday the 12th and still have not heard anything. We care about all of our customers and appreciate their business, including resolving any concerns they *** have about their orders. Once the payment for an order has cleared, there is a minimum processing time of 3 to 5 weeks for each order before it ships, as is clearly stated on our website before a customer places their order. This is true whether the customer pays by check, credit card, or bank wire. It holds true regardless of whether the order is small or large. We also make clear that this is only an estimated shipping date, however. There are circumstances out of our control that *** delay a customer's order, such as problems at the mints where we procure our precious metals or problems with the postal carriers who deliver the products after they leave our facilities. We work very hard to fulfill all of our customers' orders in a timely manner. Bear in mind that we fulfill customers' orders based on a queue, meaning that they are fulfilled in exactly the chronological order in which they are received by us. As such, we cannot let any customer "skip in line": we will not ship something in a different chronological order than we received it in. We are always here and ready to hear and address any customer concerns via phone or email. Despite what some complaints claim, we assure you that we respond to every single customer inquiry within a reasonable time frame.

On July 10, 2023, my wife and I purchased a gold bar and four silver rounds from Gainesville Coins at their ****, ** showroom. The order (***********) totaled $760.74, paid in cash at the company's showroom in ****. Each item had a delayed pickup date, with the latest being August 27, which Gainesville had made clear during the ordering process.However, by August 27, we received no communication from the company. My wife emailed them on September 2, but due to it being a weekend followed by Labor Day, we didn't expect a reply until after the holiday. When we still hadn't heard back by Tuesday afternoon, I called the company, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and then sent an email.On September 6, we finally received a response from a representative named ****** who attributed the delay to a surge in demand. She reassured us that they were working diligently to fulfill the order and would send a confirmation once it shipped. However, our order was for showroom pickup, so her response suggested she hadn't looked into our specific situation.I replied immediately, clarifying that our order was for pickup, not shipping, and asked for further guidance. Despite giving them a week's grace ****** before filing a complaint with the BBB, we still haven't received a response as of September 13.All we want is to pick up our order. We want to be reasonable, so we're even willing to discuss substituting items that are still not available to make things easier on everyone. If there's a legitimate reason for the delay, we'd appreciate transparency and regular updates. Email or text communication is preferred due to my difficulty taking calls. I am rejecting this response because1.) I asked for a refund and this was not even addressed /acknowledged by the merchant.2.) After they communicated through BBB that the order would be shipped, I get an email that it is only a PARTIAL order with no other information on the part of the order still remaining. How is this an acceptable way to do business?
I did not send in partial payments for my order, I sent in a check FOR THE WHOLE ORDER that cleared with no issues. It's really simple if you can't fill the order , don't take peoples money. REFUND. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Our Shipping Supervisor spoke to this customer and explained some of products he ordered came in damaged and we gave him a choice we would ship everything we had for the order on 9/18 and then when the replacements came in later this week we would ship the rest or he could wait for the replacements
He Choose to partial the order out which is just what we did. The remaining 40 pieces will ship as soon as we receive them.

I am rejecting this response because: this last statement from ****** is a total lie. I spoke with **** one time weeks ago, I never heard that any coins were damaged during that first and only conversation with him, and I was never given an option to ship a partial order or all at once.Again , I have no idea who ****** is, or why she made such a blatantly false statement. Now we are dealing with an absolutely unethical company.
Her latest reply is an absolute imagined conversation between **** and myself, totally untrue. Either this is totally made up or they are confusing me with another customer. That purported conversation never happened between **** and myself.
