    I ordered a 2023 1 oz silver Britannia coin & a 1 oz silver "Blackbeard" round from Gainesville Coins on 06/22/2023 & got an email confirmation shortly after saying that it would be delayed for approximately 3 weeks. My order number is ****** for a total of $68.28 including taxes. I have called them about the ************ just say it's not ready yet, but I have not received any follow up emails or phone calls from the about the status of my order. It is now August 11, 2023 and I am not very happy at all with their service or lack thereof.

    ordered silver rounds in May ..received email that our check cleared on May 30, 2023. Since then I have called 5 times...twice they answered and hung up...3 times I left messages that they claim they will answer the next day. I also emailed 5 times with no response. Order is # ***-499746 If they would at least respond and let me know, I would have been ok. But it is starting to concern me about their intentions. I have ordered before...sometimes you wait more than what I would call normal... but they eventually responded... The no response is troubling. It is not good business to delay or ignore. Would like my order filled and shipped.

    I paid $663.85 on 6/20/23 for 24 silver rounds. I was told at the time that credit cards take three weeks to process. It's now been eight weeks. I've called to request information on shipping updates, I've been directed to email particular people in the company (no response), and yet I have been given no information in regards to where my product is.

    I placed an order (ORDER NUMBER: *******) with Gainesville Coin on 6/21/23. On 6/22/23 they received my wire transfer for $2,583.70. I was given a message "Due to unprecidented demand for precious metals, your order will ship approximately 3 weeks after your payment clears." Since then, I have contacted Gainesville coin and, on both occasions, I was told that they do not have my merchandise, nor do they know when they will get it or be able to ship it. On their website the same coins are available and are not listed as out of stock or on back order. They are very short with their answers to my inquiries, and I feel they are being evasive. I believe this is some sort of scam.

    I made an order of $844.75 with shipping included on 5/19/23 with an estimated ship date of 6/12/23. I paid by credit card so that there wasnt a delay for payment. Order number is ******. I have expressed my concerns to sales at GC via email several times and they have no idea of a ship date as of 8/9/23. Im told that this is due to a delay at the mint. I fully understand that delays happen but these items are still on clearance per GCs website as of 8/9/23. This doesnt seem right. I did not want to file this complaint but something has to be done. I would per that my order was fulfilled.

    Ordered silver rounds (Order #******) on June 27, 2023 and additional rounds (Order #******) on June 28, 2023. Sent a check for both orders which they acknowledged as received on July 3, 2023. The check cleared by July 17, 2023. The delayed ship date (3 week delay) was expected to be August 7, 2023. Checked on order via telephone on August 9, 2023 and was told that they had no idea when they would ship and could not give me a date for delivery. This is my first order with Gainesville Coin, but given all the complaints on the BBB about deliveries not being received, I am very concerned. I would just like to get my order filled.

    I placed an order on 06/26/2023 and wire transferred $17727.21 to gainesville coin with the estimated shipping date of 07/17/2023 of the 710 1oz silver pcs. And 2 1oz copper pcs. On July 25 I messaged them on their website and they responded with a sorry for the delay email with No updated shipping date. I have since emailed a few times more with no response and have now called with no answer and left a message. It is now 3 weeks past their estimated shipping date ( double the time ) and no information has been given. If they would let customers know some information it might not come to contacting BBB. I now see others have had the same issue from prior to my order so why are they still giving the 3 week shipping estimate if they plainly see there is a delay and not responding to customers inquiring emails or calls. I am asking for a full refund and will take my business back to Southland.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    On August 11th a **** from Gainesville coins called and told me that they had shipped out my order in 3 packages. 1 with **** only 10 of the 710 silver coins. 2 with *** one package with 200 1 **** oz silver + 2 1oz copper and one package with 500 1 **** oz silver. I have received the **** package with 10. The *** packages should weigh 50 pounds between the two as 1 **** oz silver weights *****oz each x 702 roughly 48+ pounds plus plastic containers and packaging. *** showes 2 packages one is **** lbs and the other is 4.7lbs. I emailed Nate at ***************************** on August 15th with my concern with no response.  The website showes my entire order shipped. I have photos of the website and from *** showing weight. With them not replying I am still looking for a refund minus what they actually shipped.

    Gainesville coins and apparently there are many other older people experiencing same type problem--I in good faith ordered silver coins that were said to be available but after they charged credit card, i have never been able to find out anything as to when or how or what is happening with my order--I called once but very ****** was not able to find out not one thing---I emailed twice, trying in different ways to find out something but my messages were rejected---This company i now find was a spinoff of a bankrupt company with same family owners involved---Much money was lost to older investors and now, here again, seems to be a repeat of the same M.O.---Keep taking orders but stall and give out no info. as to what, when, or where, anything is happening---Use ***** To Pay **** type situation and then possibly [Kaput]---Re-Start after bankruptcy and settlement ?I dont know but i do know they owe me a Time Frame and My Product--- Not a Long Dragging Out of something that should aquire only perhaps 4 or 5 days to Easily Complete---TheyAdvertised A Product On Hand and Then Will Not Respond To Anything--- Therefore I Want My Credit Card Reimbersed or My Product Shipped Immediately---And Local and **************** Should Stop This Type Situation From Occuring Over And Over To Us Older Seniors and Everyone, For That Matter ?

    I ordered gold and silver on 6/7/2023 and told it would be shipped in 3 weeks. That did not happen. 1 month later I am still waiting. Have called them and been told that previous orders come before mine. Have called several times and always get the same answer. Looked on line and found out many more customers have the same problem and filed a complaint with BBB and once the company talked to the BBB they sent a refund right away. So please help me get back my money by contacting them, so that they will send me a refund.
