Ordered gold coin on 5-Dec-2023. Wired money on same date. On their website, they acknowledge payment received. To date, have not received the item. It should not take over 12 weeks to deliver 5 ounces of gold. This business has terrible customer service.The business has not contacted me about any updates on when the rest of my order will be delivered. I contacted them multiple times about my order and they wont give a straight answer on when it will be delivered. They continue to make empty promises I called in last Friday 01/26/24 to see when they would ship the rest and they told me by the end of the day on Friday or the following Monday (01/29/24). i paid by check the amount of $1008.63 to Gainsville coins, LLC and my check cleared on Janurary 5, 2024. Their online sales pitch was that they would ship the items within a 2-3 week ****** after they cleared the check. When i called today(1/18/2024) I was told that they had a 10 day grace ****** for the chech to clear. I pointed out that the check had cleared and it had been over ten days to which they replied that in fact it had not been ten business days. Oops! it has been 9 business days and was further told that the order might not ship for an additional 7weeks. So I asked to ****** to the manager and asked for a refund. I was told that the manager was out to lunch and asked for a return call today. I asked that i may have the managers name: ****- but no last name. I asked for his cell phone number and the person refused to give it to me. I think this business is a scam and if they were subjected to a forensic accounting they would certainly fail.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:These people have the very worst customer care attitude They consistently stonewalled me when i asked to speak to the manager. They rebuffed all of my attempts to get the name of the manager or their telephone number. They told me that it would take 7 weeks to ship the order. The order consisted of 40 coins in two plastic sleeves. My conclusion was that they were stealing from me to provide their product to Prior customers then againg stealing from future customers to provide their product to me. Stealing from ***** to pay ****, as it were.
These idiots are walking a fine line between legal and illegal and should have the state attorney general take a forensic accounting of the business

I apologize that this customer is so upset he placed his order between christmas and New Years, we recieved his check a week later, The Mint that produces the coins he ordered was closed for the Holidays His check cleared our system on Jan 18, ************************************************************* that shipping is a little slower around the christmas holidays. *** placed numerous orders with this company, but lately they are nonresponsive, have not delivered my orders after having cashed, and received payment for these orders. Currently they will be in excess of $25,000 delivering the product. My desire is not to receive the money, but rather receive the product I ordered .I have called and written to the company and I have not received any replies or feedback from them. I placed this order (#******) on 11-03-2023. Check# **** for $573.63 posted on 11-13-2023. I called on 12-03-2023 and was told my order should ship possibly in the next week (which would have been prior to 12-15-2023. Today is 01-16-2024, a month later, and my order is still in check received status. More than two months after check cleared. I purchased a box (500 oz) of Canadian Maple leaf silver coins from Gainesville coins on November 15. They confirmed the wired fund was received the very next day. I emailed them on the 15th of December because I had not received any updates on the order. They told me it will take 3 to 5 weeks. Ive been in contact with them and emailed multiple times. They have not made any attempt to update me on the order status. Its now January 16th, I am not sure if I will have this order fulfilled. I am not sure how to go about getting the product that Ive ordered or get a full refund from Gainesville Coins.Business Response

I ordered 100 1 oz. rounds of silver from Gainesville coin back on November 7th and sent them a check. They promised my product delivery would be approx. 4 weeks. Now it's January 15th and still nothing. I have emailed them multiple times urging them to have my product delivered OR return my money.
