    I order precious metal from Gainsville Coin the first week in November. Paid for the metal and check cleared on the 6th of Nov.. As of this date no metal has been sent. I have call multiple times with no results.

    I placed an online order for a 1oz Gold South African Krugerrand (1 oz of gold) for a purchase price of $2,039.33 and asked to pick up the coin at their shop in ****, **. I mailed a personal check and received a confirmation email on 12/11/23 that the check had been received and that all checks must clear a 10 day business hold before order processing and shipment. I made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails last week with no answer. Stopped by their office today (1/9/24) - 2 hour drive each way and was told that they were still processing the order and that it should ship in the next 2 weeks. I just want my coin or my money back.

    Placed an order on December 5th, 2023 for 29 items, and have received none. The business confirmed the wire was received on December 6th, it is a month later and they are not responding to my inquiries at this time the business should provide the items or provide a refund this is way beyond their shipping timelines and I am out several thousand dollars.

    I placed an order on 10/5/23, payment check for the full amount was mailed on 10/6/23. Check received confirmation on 10/10/23. Today is 01/05/2024, for the whole 3 months, they are not able to complete and fulfill the whole order. I sent them about 5 emails in December 2023 with the latest email sent on 12/29/23 and they have not responded to any of them. Order number is ******.

    I mailed a 1 oz ************* Gold Britannia Coin to Gainesville Coins on 12/27/23 via the US *************** Gainesville Coins agreed to pay me for this coin according to [ORDER NUMBER/SELL REFERENCE #: *****DATE OF OFFER: 12/26/2023]. The value is approximately $2,050.00. The US ************** confirmed that the coin was delivered to Gainesville Coins' mailbox on December 30, 2023 at this address: ************************************************, with **** tracking number: **********************. The local post office in ****, ** personally confirmed this as well after speaking to the route carrier. I called Gainesville Coins on 1/3/24 to follow up. The representative said the coin has not been received, but refused to check or double check the mailbox/incoming mail. She would only repeat over and over what the computer said: Not Received. Clearly, the coin has been received; I expect Gainesville Coins to re-check their incoming mail and find it; and to issue a check to me in the value of this gold coin, based on sell order #*****. Refusal to look in the incoming mail for my confirmed delivery is unacceptable for a business dealing with high value products.

    All of our mail is delivered directly to our office daily we do not have a mailbox, we will be speaking with the post master, as of this date we have not received this customers package. We believe this is a **** problem and are looking into it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I think it's unreasonable, for a business handling high *****************, to say that it does not have a secure mailbox, dropbox, or lockbox of any kind.

    It's not reasonable to expect that all mail will always arrive during business hours, just like residential mail doesn't always arrive when a homeowner is home.

    I'm bewildered why **** tracking to Gainesville Coins' address was still not enough to ensure arrival of my package.

    I'm finished with this complaint and will not return.

    On 11/11/23, I ordered one coin from Gainesville Coins. I paid the full amount. It has been over 7 weeks and I have not received my order yet. I have emailed three times to check for updates and yet to receive a single response. I have also called their customer support phone line and have been placed on hold for about 45 mins on average and call automatically drops. Please help! Order number ******.

    I am rejecting this response because: We have emailed 4-5 times to ******************************. Attaching a screenshot of my email communication. I spoke to customer support agent on January 9th. She mentioned that she had very limited information about the order. Customer support agent did not give a valid reason why my order was delayed. She said the order would be shipped next week (1/14/24 - 1/21/24). However, looks like it has still not shipped yet.

    I was at the store in **** on November27, 2023. I purchased and paid for 3 gold coins. They told me that they would ship them and that it would take 2-3 weeks. On call back, they said shipping would take 3-5 weeks. As of this date 1-1-2024 (5 weeks and 3 days) I still have not received my order. It requires signature for delivery. It puts me in a limited and restrictive mode. Secondly, it does not afford me possession with prices fluctuating, it is atrociously unacceptable performance If possible, I WOULD NEVER BUY OR VISIT AGAIN. Needless to say, I have informed all that I can of my dilemma. Have filed with you and will be contacting an attorney. PLEASE HELP, even though that their standing has been REVOKED!!!!!

    Placed an order for Gold. ~$22500 ,with a 5 week delivery estimate, back in October, 2023. Checked on order several times only to be told the old, "check back" jargon. Called last week for an update. Still not shipped. Initiated a stop order and digital refund.Checked status of refund today. Told the "CHECK IS IN THE MAIL"., I bought this gold with a direct wire transfer and expected a return in kind. I will never do business with them again.!!!!!!!!!

    On 10/22/23 I placed an order for two 1-ounce ******** gold maple leaf coins. I received email confirmation that day, the order number is ******, the amount of the order was $4,123.96 and I requested that Gainesville Coins hold my order for pickup at the Gainesville Coins showroom in ****, ******* (see attachment). I sent a wire transfer for this amount to Gainesville Coins, who sent me an email confirmation of receipt on 10/26/23 (see attachment). There was no information on either email regarding delivery time (see attachments). On 10/31/23 I went to Gainesville Coins showroom in **** ******* and inquired about my order. I was told by the man behind the counter that my order would take 3-5 weeks and that I would receive an email when my order was ready for pickup. I called and emailed Gainesville Coins on 12/5/23 with no response. I called and emailed again on 12/15/23 and received an email response signed "****" restating that when my order was ready to ship I would be notified (see attachment). I called Gainesville Coins on 12/27/23 and was told orders were taking about 7 weeks to fulfill. I informed the person that it had been 9 weeks since my wire had been received. I was told there was nothing this person could do other than alert the staff of my inquiry. I would like my order fulfilled right away or a full refund.
