  Add one more dissatisfied customer to the list! Payment for my order hit my credit card on July 25, 2023! As of today 9/6/23 I have not received my order! Four phone calls later I chose to cancel my order! Response from company personnel range from, your order is in shipping, the shipping manager has been notified, let me transfer to a sales rep (long wait finally disconnected) and when asked to speak a manger I was told it would take as long as 48 hours for a call back! The reps answering the phones were cordial and helpful! Buyer beware! Also no response to several emails! The rep I spoke today was pleasant I said my order would be canceled, I would receive a confirming email within a day or two, and after that my money would be refunded in 3 to 4 days! Hopefully, she was correct!

  Placed an order in June 2023. They stated that due to the unprecedented demand, shipping could take up to 3 weeks. Fair enough--I made the purchase. Six weeks later they called and verified me. By late September they still couldn't tell me when they would deliver my purchase. I instructed the nice young lady in customer service to cancel my order and refund my purchase. That was today. Let's see how long it takes for them to refund the money to my card. It seems to me two months is plenty of time to fix the problems. I did get an email from them a few weeks ago, telling me they hadn't solved their problems (they couldn't tell me when they would deliver my purchase). All the while they're advertising these same silver rounds available for purchase.Unless you're into giving up your money with no real promise of delivery, I would suggest buying elsewhere. I sourced a local company selling the same rounds at **********'s advertised price.

  ********** Coins is not recommended unless you are into letting someone other than you gain interest on your money for nothing in return! I would rather receive bad customer service than no communication at all! Starting to seem fraudulent since they don't respond. Shame on me for taking someone's word on this outfit and not doing my own due diligence. Seems that the other online bullion dealers actually want to do business in a professional manner! Lucky for me!

  I have been a long time client of Gainesville Coins (going on 9 years now) and they have always treated me well. I have utilized both their online and retail store for my purchases. Like most the single most important factor for me when deciding on making a purchase is price and I've found Gainesville to be the cheapest out there. I will continue to be a client.

  DO NOT BUY FROM GAINESVILLE COINS!!!! Like sooo many others, I have been waiting Way too long for my orders to show up, only to hear the same scripted story that everyone else is hearing. They won't give you any idea of when it will ship. That tells me that it Won't ship. I was taken. DON'T let it happen to you! Gainesville Coins needs to be shut down before any more unsuspecting innocent people are scammed.

  Excellent service from the team at Gainesville Coins. Their prices across the board are the most competitive I've been able to find. I didn't have any problem with their shipping times. My order was placed and revived via **** registered insured mail within 12 days. **************** was also very helpful with all my questions.

  I ordered back in May 2023 for a 10 oz ****** bar but have never received it as of 7/10/23. I called and they said that there are some shipping issues. I would advise someone to look for another source as this is proving problematic.

  I have read their policy and they clearly state it will take 3 to 4 weeks before your silver or gold may be in stock.I ordered twice both times I did receive my orders.The first time about a week after the time they said it would be ready it still wasn't and they had no idea when it would be ready that would be my only complaint for the first order. I did receive it a week later.My second order I mailed the check with delivery confirmation and signature required. Post office said they signed for the check, Gainesville Coins had no idea where my check was. My only complaint.Mistakes can happen. I stopped payment on the check $20 and paid by credit card with the extra fee. They told me to mail out another check but you could see why I didn't trust that. Again they did mail out my order about a week after the agreed upon time.So I would say you will get your silver or gold but you will have to wait much longer than other companies.They are cheaper for certain products so if you're buying a lot and you don't mind waiting I trust them.Their shipping fee is small and you will get more silver or gold for your money if your orders big enough.Most other companies ship free for a couple hundred dollar order but their prices are about two or three dollars more per ounce for silver.So I give them a five-star rating I don't know what they do with our money for five or six weeks while we're waiting. 4% interest on a 30-day CD on a million dollars is $40,000 I'm not saying that's what they do but I would. But you do get your product and can save a substantial amount of money on a large order.God bless hope this others.

  placed an order on May 3, received all the notices about this delay and that one. No refund, just screwed. Talked to a lady today 7/6/23, no information other than they have no idea when it will be shipped. I asked for a refund and she said I would receive a notification when it is shipped. Nothing more. What if it is never shipped? I can't help but to think it is one of those pyramid scheme type things now. A once legit company fell behind, now they have to wait on future orders to fill the outstanding ones. Probably not even anything here worth suing, but I will join in with a few of the others with legal expenses if anyone is interested.

  They are not trustworthy as to their shipping and in stock dates. I was a long time customer, but the companies operations went south in 2019 for some reason. They used to ship quickly, but then it became a battle of phone calls and complaints to get them to ship you your order. I strongly suggest that you shop elsewhere. They are not worth the frustration even though they may advertise a lower premium.
