      Jamie did a thorough inspection of my plumbing and had several suggestions for repairs I hadn’t noticed. He also installed a new kitchen faucet that I provided. It is installed in a tight space but he did it quickly and it looks great

      We have used A+ for years with no issues until they were bought out & service/pricing has been downhill ever since. Our AC shut off the other day. Called, they were to come out late that day. Never showed. Never called. Had to call them the next day. Were to come around noon. Finally showed up late afternoon. We pay for the gold service plan for twice a year maintenance. The person had just been out in August to do that. The service person who just came said our drain line was blocked. Blew it out & put in a pan strip. About 40 minutes labor to the tune of $337.00!!!!!! Something that should have been done on the maintenance call!!!! They said they only guaranteed the drain line for 30 days! What????? Called the office to voice my unhappiness & concerns & possibly get some credit back! They could care less. Not even a I'm sorry you feel this way. I highly would NOT RECOMMEND using this company. ,

      I was notified ahead of time what time to expect them and they were on time. The young man was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have always had excellent service with ME Flow since I had them install my system six years ago!

      Accommodating, communicate well about their arrival time (although I wish the appointment could be within a smaller window than before noon or after noon), allow me to watch them as they do their work.

      I have had the maintenance plan with Patrick's for years. I called them to advise my unit was running but not cooling. They came out the next day and advised I needed a compressor replaced which was under warranty and the refrigerant which would be $5,000.00. The technician then came back with the written estimate, it showed $3,295.00. Asked how that could be if the compressor was under warranty? They advised the warranty price for it was $2,374.00! Declined to have the work done, they still charged me the $49.00 even though I have the maintenance plan that they do a check-up every six months. Next day I called a reputable heating & cooling company and was given a quote of $925.00 for the entire repair, $380.00 for labor and $545.00 for the refrigerant and it was ZERO cost for the compressor because of the warranty. Called Patrick's and left 3 messages for a manager to explain this to me, I did receive a call back with this answer "we have flat rate pricing, we will never be the cheapest we are normally middle of the road pricing". Have been a client for YEARS and it really concerns me what else did I get taken advantage of. Won't happen again.

      They have never disappointed me. I've used them with all the Assisted Living Communitys that I've worked as a Director.
      They are very considerate of the Seniors that are present and focused on resolving the issues at hand. Recently ,while out of town , they took care of an emergency situation . They impressed my on site support manager so much that he mentioned how appreciative he was for my finding M.E. Flow.

      Just good service - please. Please keep it up. They serviced my very old system and installed the new...great system and much much more energy efficient. I also had them install the UV air scrubber during Covid. My air is cleaner now as my filters don't need changing as frequently as before.
