      I’m pleased with the service I get from M.E.Flow. They care about the customers they serve. They asked to change an appt with me because they had many customers needing heat. I agreed as my appt was a checkup on a fairly new system. A wonderful young man came today and questioned me about changing the filter on a humidifier. I didn’t even know there was a filter and told him that the humidifier didn’t do much anyway. I told him I bought a stand-alone humidifier. That got him thinking so he tested the humidifier and found that the humidistat was not working. Well that explains everything. M.E.Flow will be back to fix free of charge. How’s that for customer service? Great Company and very professional.
