      I have been contracted with another HVAC company for the past few years. Unfortunately, I began to suspect that they were recommending expensive work that really was not required. They recently tried to sell me on furnace repairs—replacement of the burners—that would cost nearly $2000.00.
      So, I contacted ME Flow based on recommendations from a neighbor. Sure enough, the ME Flow technician (Danny Q****) said the problem was simply dirt built up on the burners up that they merely needed to be cleaned, NOT replaced. He did a great job cleaning the burners and showed me the clean blue flame that was now coming out of the burners. He also suggested some other items that may need attention in the future but did not give me ‘the hard sell’ that my former company had tried.
      I signed up for a contract with ME Flow, as the whole experience was entirely professional, unlike the “used car salesman” pitch I received from my former HVAC company.

      Lincoln was great! He explained everything he was doing, checked the whole system and fixed the problem.
      He also recommended that we consider replacing our aging system but was not pushy about it. We will more than likely use M E Flow when it is time for a new system.

      M.E. Flow is an excellent company. We have had several plumbing issues and they make time for us every time we call. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and pleasant. We called Wednesday night about our well pump and Allen came by Thursday morning. He explained everything in detail . He had to call another man to bring a machine and he was very pleasant as well. They work hard and steady until the job was complete. I am very happy with the services they provide and will use them in the future..

      We discovered that our ac fan wouldn't turn off and had a service tech come out and access the situation. The tech confirmed that the blower motor needed to be replaced and we discussed that the part would be covered under warranty. $49 for the tech visit and a quote of around $700 was given for the labor of the replacement. At this point I didn't question anything since I am not the professional. Part was ordered and replacement was scheduled, all great interactions. The morning of the replacement a different tech arrived and sat in the van for nearly 30 mins before approaching the house and completed the work in 30 minutes. I was extremely surprised at how quick the process was but then also wondered why it cost $700 when the part was under warranty. $700 for 30 minutes of work? When I called to inquire about the cost the representative was helpful but could only tell me they charge a flat fee of $700 for this job and that would have been the cost for 30 minutes or 3 hours. I verified that this was just labor and didn't include costs for parts and told her that $700 is extremely excessive for 30 mins worth of work. I contacted other companies to find out that I would have paid between $150 to $300 for the same work so shame on me I guess in trusting a company that gave me a better quote for other work being completed.

      Chris did an excellent job. Not only listened to my concerns but implemented what I leaned towards even though it created extra work for him. He was competent and conscientious making sure the job was done right and the area cleaned up after. Pricing was fair and I did not feel price gouged at all which I have felt with other plumbers who work on commission. Got a consultation and quote for next plumbing job on my list. He took the time to explain my options thoroughly, listen to my concerns and made a recommendation but did not pressure me to go one way or the other. Felt listened to and respected. I will be sticking with M. E. Flow, Inc!!

      This is a SUPERB company. We discovered them (recommended by our condo president) two years ago, and bought two HVAC systems for our dual-zone home. Those units are the quietest and most efficient units we've ever owned, anywhere.
      We continue to use M.E. Flow for our Spring and Fall inspections. They send expert technicians, and keep appointments exactly, with texts indicating their location.
      We have tremendous confidence in them and will always use and recommend them to others!
