  This company is a scam! They made me Venmo my deposit. I saw all the horrible reviews and called with my concerns. The customer service is so rude and she basically let me know that everything the salesman promised me is a lie and if I dont like it, find another company but they will be keeping my 500 dollar deposit. I cant afford to hire a different company and am losing everything because 3 Brothers Moving & Storage LLC SCAMS AND LIES!

  This has been a nightmare!They are only the sales part they get a commission but someone else does the move. They gave me a quote by phone and when the movers came they doubled my amount. What can I do once they are here. Then I had money orders with 3 brothers in the check. It was not accepted they wanted cash or Zelle and the post office check would have their name on it not the 3 brothers! I feel scammed all over! Very disappointed in a well known company doing tricks like this.

  DO NOT USE 3 BROTHERS MOVING! They are a middle man and they cost out your job to a random company - usually those carriers that have the WORST EVER reviews. Main issues being: Zero communication as to where our things were Trucks 'breaking down' and having no idea when they will be 'fixed' - this is more than likely a LIE because I'm sure they lost our stuff at some point. When we reached out after receiving our stuff (a month later) about the overcharge when our items were picked up (to the tune of an ADDITIONAL $800) and they said, go talk to the van line. Zero help. I had to call constantly to get any info and even then, it was only when I actually reached someone on the line that I got some info - which was usually - we don't know anything so reach out to the carrier (Transvan Lines) yourself and figure it out. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company.

  I will hire these chic fellas for all my short and distant relocations. These champs are the only ones I can rely on for dealing with my fragile and expensive possessions. I can’t recall a single bad thing about my move with the help of these professionals. They were the true gentlemen, and so were their staff boys. Their assistance was out of this world.

  This is the email I sent them :
  I guess you weren't going to tell me that you were selling my move to an extremely poorly rated moving company and I that wouldn't find out until that company was at my door.. And how clever of you to make my binding quote from you inaccessible to me once you did.
  You didn't tell me I wouldn't see my things for weeks and that the company you sold my move to was going to charge me another $500 at pick up and to actually receive my things will probably cost me even more.
  You were aware speaking to me that I couldn't accommodate an 18 wheeler at delivery. Now ******* ****** can charge me additionally for the smaller truck I specifically told you I would need. You knew I was unaware that my things were going to sit in some unknown storage place for weeks.
  Your reviews suggest you are a reputable moving company and I thought I was contracted with 3 Brothers. Seems to me I signed the binding estimate from 3 Brothers- not ******* ******- who are apparently well known for horrific delays and damaged and stolen goods.
  And yes, of course it is my fault I didn't read the tiny, fine print which may have
  warned me all this was going to happen.
  Have a wonderful Christmas- my gifts for my family are sitting in storage somewhere.

  I appreciated that James gave me a complete breakdown of the hourly rate and other details related to pricing during scheduling. He made sure I was briefed about it before I signed the agreement.

  This is the worst moving company I have ever experienced! I was looking for a company to move me locally(45 minute drive), move my furniture that was already in a storage unit packed, and reassemble my bedroom set along with my dining room set. I originally called 2 Men and a Truck because I have had great moving experiences with them but they said they couldn't reassemble my furniture since they did not break it down. So I found 3 Brothers Moving and spoke with a man by the name of John Mitchell. I explained to him that I was in need for a moving company that could build my furniture after delivery because 2 Men and a Truck wouldn't do it. Mr. ******** told me that he had a company locally that could reassemble my furniture and would start at the same price the other company quoted me. I was so pleased that he could accommodate my wishes and keep it within the same price range so I cancelled the move with the other company. So moving day was a disaster to say the least. The company that showed up charged me double the price he quoted and refused to put my furniture together. I payed more for this local move than a move from Texas to Washington State. I contacted Jessica and Sara at the corporate office on 11/2, 11/6, 11/14, 11/15(4 times) and all I got was rude sarcastic attitude because I insisted I at least get my deposit back. So I went another route and called Mr. ******** and explained the situation and the promises he made to me that were not executed. This conversation with him was made on 11/15. He confirmed he would look into the situation and was aware I was seeking at least my deposit back. Well guess what? you guessed it-no call back. So I called back again on 11/16, 11/17(2 times), 11/18, 11/20 and before the holiday break on 11/21 to speak with Mr. Mitchell. I left messages and he did pick up twice and I got the same old excuse every time-l'll call you back. Never once did Mr. ******** call me back. RUN from this company

  Three Brothers should not be in business they are a fraud company who takes your money who estimates you one thing and then contracts you out to another company cheetah was who they contacted out they they get there they want to 3000 more than what you were quoted you can't get anybody on customer service when you do they're going to call you back they're going to check it out they never call you back you get somebody else you hear the same thing you never hear back soon as you hire the company soon as the day of move all of a sudden you can't find your contract online anywhere it's been taken off they're Crooks they do not need to be in business beware run from this company I wish I had! These five stars people are leaving have got to be what they call fake review!s

  This company is fraudulent in my opinion. I paid a deposit to do a small interstate move under a contract with a 72 hour cancellation period. They quoted based on cubic feet. They did not advise they were a broker. They then sent me a document indicating in small print the move would be done by a different company with terrible reviews that has been under government investigation for moving misconduct. I then searched and found the many bad reviews for 3 Brothers, and canceled the job by text and email within the 72 hours. The company acknowledged the cancellation and said they would send it to accounting. Since then, they have never refunded my money or responded to follow ups asking about it. I see many, many other customers report similar experiences.
