DO NOT Hire this Company! The lady who answered the phone was completely rude- No way to do Customer Service. THEN, after changing the times 3 times, sent a truck with non English speaking people only to say we needed to get a bigger truck and pay ANOTHER $2000! I’m quite sure there are mannnny reputable companies out there to hire.

They are the worst! Fraud to the extreme!
We were quoted an amount to move 10 miles. When they showed up they did a walk through of the house and tripled their original quote! Then they said we had to pay in cash or a cashiers check! I sent them on their way and hired 2 men and a truck, which moved us for near the first quote from 3 Brothers Moving! They refused to credit our credit card down payment. I disputed with my credit card, ******* ***** card. After months of back and forth, the ******* Card people ruled in favor of 3 Brothers because they said that they were half way done with move. They were there for 45 minutes, of which was mostly time spent on the walk through.
I have ordered a new credit card company and once the new cards come I will be canceling my ******* card.
Be very aware of 3 Brothers Moving & Storage. They are very SLICK!

Can’t give them a star ! Spoke with Daniel he said he could move us from Nov 1st to a day or two after ! It’s 11/12 still nothing can’t work , son can’t go to school because of no schools we packed our life in those boxes ! Then they are a brokage form which they don’t tell you up front . They don’t NOT handle shipping they use (oceans moving ) which they have an attitude answering the and giving you a straight answer! One the truck packed and coming to the next it will be later on this week !!!! *** ! I have kids to feed ! Can’t go on interviews with sweatpants on ! If I would have known prior I could understand and packed my car accordingly!

On August 12, 2024, I contracted a move from Columbia SC to Charleston SC with 3 Brothers Moving and Storage. I paid a deposit which was 1,102.00. I had to be out of my house on September 5th, 2024. I was contacted by 3 brothers 6 different times to go over all of my furniture. On September 4th, 2024, the truck pulled up and one of the movers (Teo) came into my house looked over all my furniture. Mind you, I had no boxes and no lose items. I had 3 bedroom sets, dinning room table and a couple of couches. He sat down a said I had to pay $7,800.00 dollars for the move. This was a one truck move and I was quoted $2,273.28. Every single peace of furniture was completely accounted for (5TIMES). They new I had to be out of my house and put major pressure on me and my wife. At this time, I have tried to contact every possible person I spoke to prior to the move, not one person has called me back. I emailed them several time with no response. I'm requesting my deposit back and it is know 10-22-2024. I'm 70 years old and I had to rent a 26' U-Haul truck and me and my son moved all the furniture our selves. We finished at 11:00 PM. I can not believe this company is getting away with this TIME AFTER TIME!!!

These people are scam artists. Don’t fall for any of their high-pressure tactics, disrespect, or threats. This is a “cliff note” version of my mom’s recent move from TX to AZ.Aug 19, 2024I called various companies to obtain relocation quotes. Once, I was on the phone with Michael ******* & Anthony of 3 Brothers M&S He said he would work with me since my Mom was a senior (85 years old) and retired from being a First Responder. His quote was $1776 for a 320sqft apart. He rushed me through the online signing of docs but reassured me the move would only take 2-3 days from TX to AZ. After signing the online forms, their returned email BOL had 2different dates TO move. I tried for weeks to get the move date pinned down to no avail. No contact sales Neither Michael ******* nor Anthony would return my call.Sept29, 2024Moving day arrived on 9/29. Joel Reyna arr'd with a worker to pack my Mom’s furn into a small U-Haul truck. a NEW Interstate BOL from Adams does not go by the SF of the apart but by CSF of the load,my mom’s move would cost an additional $1100. We had no choice but to come up with the addl $end of my mom’s lease. the move would take 7 to 10 busdays with an additional $600 origin/destin fee.Oct 6, 2024texts from Joel Reyna and Nick M. for ****** *** **** **** stating the truck would be arriving with my mom’s possessions late on Sunevening, Oct 7th. They both wanted to coord a delivery time, available to receive items Monat 1pm. Nick, for ****** *** **** **** was pissed that we would not be available at 9am and charged an additional $450, stating a destination wait time of $150/hr and even texted a threat to me stating he would place my mom’s possessions in storage if no one was there to receive items at 1pm. He arrived in a Penske moving truck.I have called both 3 Brothers M&S and ***** ********** ******** Inc. and emailed ****** *** **** ****oration to obtain Anthony’s and Nick’s full names. Not one return my calls

We hired this moving company to move us from one state to another. We were quoted a price & that price continues to rise after we had signed the contract. They did not set us up for success by telling us we could use garbage bags to store our soft goods & when the moving company arrived they/we had to repack everything. We were told multiple times we would get a 28 foot truck & we received a 16” truck to move our family of 5. Not only was everything thrown into boxes but so many things were broken upon arrival including our 85” TV & outdoor furniture. We also had to leave some things behind because they wouldn’t fit in the truck. We have been met with disrespect at every single turn. Upon arrival to our new house the moving company only provided one person to unload the truck which caused my husband to have to pitch in unloaded heavy items & assembling them even though we paid an obnoxious amount of money for that exact service. 3 Brothers Moving has been incredibly unhelpful this whole time. It’s clear they don’t value customers at all & only care about a profit. I hope others don’t get scammed by this unprofessional company.

Bait and switch. Received a phone quote and signed contract. 2 days before the move they revised the quote $3000 higher. Day of move they DOUBLED the cost. Didn’t bring a large enough truck and without a ramp for a 4200 sq ft house! Tried calling multiple times to the company and no answer! Imagine that!!!
Save your money and mind. Pass over this company for a reputable business; this is not it!!!

Horrible Service!!! Poor communication!!! Only spoke to them after 4 days because a coworker called from his phone. They wouldn’t pick up any calls from my number. They Picked up my belongings and then quoted me a higher price (double the price) and then refused to answer my calls. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything. I just hired a lawyer to help me get this resolved. And reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I just want my belongings delivered safely to my home. Currently living in an empty house because they have all my furniture being held hostage till I pay them what they want. They don’t deserve any stars!!!!!
