  I just hired 3 Brothers Moving & Storage LLC to relocate my daughter's belongings from her 2-bedroom apartment to her new house. They were skilled movers, based on the meticulous way they wrapped everything to avoid any damage or scratches., I recommend Mcompany because they are the best.

  Lied and items missing. Truck was between 1/4 and 1/3 and they charged for over 1/2. They use people they don't know from *********** I had many items broken and a few missing. No real way to make a claim. I'm so upset with myself for not verifying them.

  I had the worst experience with 3 Brothers, they gave me a quote which I agreed to, not realizing that they are moving contractors then they hire an actual moving company, when the actual movers came they told me that it would cost another $1700 over the original quote or they would walk out and not move me! Never trust 3 Brothers or ***** ****** who they contract to!

  Me and my wife hired Three Brothers Moving and Storage of Maitland FL. We spoke with Christian Sanches. I personally asked him was Three Brothers Moving was a broker he told me no. He got in touch with another co-worker named Eric Daniels, I also asked Eric was Three Brothers a broker he no. Christian and Eric said they will be the working with me and my wife directly and they would be there to answer any questions we may have. Therfore, we received an visual and physical survey of our merchandise from Eric. We made a deposit on the services that was supposed to be rendered by Three Brothers. We requested a move date on 3/19/24. On that day a different moving company came out to our home "***** ****** and Storage came and quoted us a totally different price which was much higher than Three Brothers. We advised David of ***** ****** that Three Brothers were supposed to accommodate our move. David told us that Three Brothers are brokers and they hired them to accommodate our move and if we wanted them to accommodate our move we must pay the price he quoted us. Upon hearing the new quote this put me and my family in a very awkward position. Our closing was one day away therefore there was no way we could have hired another moving company to accommodate our move within the closing date.
  When we called Three brothers and spoke with Christian he said there was nothing he could do about the price. Afterwards we tried calling Eric he didn't answer, The experience I had with Three Brothers and ***** ******, companies in my opinion are at the least very unpleasant unprofessional, deceiving and unpredictable. Please do not use or trust Three Brothers Moving or ***** ****** to accommodate any of your moving accommodations. ?? Warning; I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR TRUST NEITHER COMPANY to move more less a dog cage than my merchandise. I gave them one star because that was the lowest rating i could give. The worse experience you can ever imagine or dream, a total nightmare.

  I am not sure this is a valid business! I scheduled an out of state move and they were very responsive, I asked about refunds if I had to cancel and they assured me that would only take a day or two. I paid $1800. I had to cancel my move and tried to get a refund. More than two weeks later, they have not returned a call or my money. Would not recommend this company at all.

  They lied about their company being a 10 star. After googling them I saw they were a 1.2 star after 75 reviews. When I called the next morning at 8:00 a.m. to cancel my payment ***** started screaming at me really bad. And, I mean screaming. I told him to stop screaming or I was going to call the BBB. He than continued to tell me that the BBB supports Humas so I must be a Humas supporter also.At that point I hung up. But, he called me right back and screamed into my answering machine more. I was afraid of him.

  I signed with Three Brothers Moving, asked the right questions AND talked to the owner *************************. The move was from ********* to ****** **. **** promised much, said they will do the moving, to call a week in advance, very reputable, etc., AND if I have questions prior or even after the move, to call him.I CALLED 3 times in a course of a month after the move. I had to wait a few weeks to call because I was suffering from a form of PTSD. No lies here.A second company (***** on Wheels of NJ) processed the items in **, charged more money and hauled my belongings to a second location. Another company (**** Movers LLC in PA, a shell company, no DOT#) freighted to our home in ******, **. The **** driver is 1.5 hours late (HE called me with the time of arrival) and would not unload without payment (cash) upfront and was with one other helper. He was late because he picked up that helper on a ********** Ad to do the unloading. That particular helper left after he realized he had to unload it all by himself, was afraid he would not get paid the $60 (!!!) and had a hernia. Now no one is there to assist, the truck has 3 families stuff loaded with mine in the middle. Our Bankers Cashiers check was switched to a Money Order, per earlier agreement, but was not acceptable as he would not allow me to write the Movers name on it. I hired local guys to do the unloading. The driver (******~ nasty guy,) NEVER assisted with the unloading and only talked about home remodeling calls on his headset. **** freight was logged by me and was missing a new kitchen faucet. ****** kept it hidden and we found it in the far back of the truck. He was to pay $60 each to my 4 men ($240) and reneged on his offer to them. Many items Broken, driveway oil stains, etc.I HIRED 3 BROTHERS MOVING AND BELIEVED THEIR LIES. They told me in a text they are not "a cheap 3rd party company and will refund the money before we allow a **** on our reputation" DOT: ******* *reporting a DOT complaint

  You and the entire crew moved, stored, and ultimately returned our belongings in a timely, courteous, and efficient way after the recent earthquake damage to our building. You guys are the best in this city.

  We had to change our plans at the last minute, but the company was really flexible. They changed their schedule to help us out, which we really appreciated.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! STOP USE ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY! TOTAL SCAMMERS!I should have done my research on this horrible company! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER HEAR ANYTHING MORE! I gave them a deposit on Feb 12th, Cancelled the services requested on Feb 13th. Well within the 72 hours per contract. Still have not seen my refund one month later. Fake promises from the sales team *********************** and **************** (really horrible) *********************** **************** manager and I use that term loosely. I have spoken also to ****** and ******* form CS and all I hear are we are STILL PROCESSING and Accounting will reach out to you. What a joke. Now no-one will even answer the phone or call me back. I would certainly give them negative stars. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS READ THE REVIEWS ON ALL SITES.
