Terrible, beyond terrible! Do not use! They charge you triple from their quote. They one guy to pack my 2 bedroom house. If I could give a zero I would.

3 Brothers Moving is fraudulent and predatory. 3 Brothers said they specialize in moving senior citizens. They promised that the movers will take care of everything. The original moving estimate was 3808.90 which sounded like a reasonable amount so I booked the services. I was promised that it would not cost any more. It might cost less they said and if it did I would get the difference refunded. 3 Brothers required the deposit before they scheduled the truck. Then over the next few weeks 3 brothers went over the estimate and kept increasing it. By that time I was committed to the move and could not try and get another moving service.

On February March 27th I paid 3 Brothers a deposit of $1900 and on March 20th another deposit of $2500.

On March 24th the movers arrived and said they needed $1500 to start loading. I asked about the deposit that I had given to 3 Brothers and the mover asked me how much I gave 3 Brothers. I said about $4000. He said Oh I'm sorry that was not a deposit that was a brokerage fee. What?, I thought, $4000 to make a phone call and arrange for the movers to show up. It was too late at that point so I went on with the move. After everything was loaded up the movers changed the total amount and said they needed $5887 to unload and finish the move. At that point I did not have a choice any more, so I got the cashiers check and they unloaded the truck at the new house.

I was not happy with the movers either. Things 3 Brothers promised were not done. That was not true. When the movers arrived, we thought we were all ready but the movers said we needed to remove everything from all the dresser drawers. We were also promised by 3 Brothers that the movers would disassemble everything and set it back up at the new house, this did not happen either. Beds and tables were left unassembled at the new house.

They are a scam, they review your cubic sq. Feet of furniture and household goods on your property. I.e. through property list, review it with you, tell you it’s 650- 700. Cubic sq feet then send you email, read carefully!! It’s half the cubic sq ft, driver shows up late, then the price almost doubled???

3 Brothers Moving & Storage increased the cost THREE times. For this reason, I definitely do NOT recommend them. I give them the WORST rating possible.

Was quoted 1700.00 to move about 20 pieces of furniture, I was charged 4000.00! They would not accept check, card, cashiers check, I had to leave and go to bank to get cash. They did not even move everything, apparently certain pieces of furniture require an ADDITIONAL fee, these were left behind. The movers decided to argue with my almost 90 year old dad about the price, even though our quote was 1700. Very unprofessional, rude and total scam.

David is a lier. He said a crew might finish early and then pack us up ( small 2 bedroom home) later that afternoon or early the next day. David was to follow up with me. He never did. Dispatch didn't schedule our move for morning. It was too late for our closing on the house. What a mess. Do not trust that they are "completely transparent". NO TRUE>

I would give it NO STARS if that were an option. I paid over $1,300 in down payments and then could not get in touch with anyone when my moving date changed. I have tried to contact by phone, email and text to no avail. Once I am moved I WILL see an attorney to get my money back. They were highly rated by the national consumer “something” which caused me to call them, however I haven’t dealt with a company this bad in over 40 years. Warning: STAY AWAY!

Beware of Hidden Costs, Poor Handling, and Lack of Customer Service from 3 Brothers Moving Company
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with 3 Brothers Moving Company that I feel compelled to share. Despite providing them with a thorough inventory list, they significantly underestimated the cost of my move. As a result, when the third-party movers arrived, I was shocked to discover that I would be charged 60% more than originally quoted; a $5,000 quote turns into a $12,000 quote. This was shared with me after Pro Movers (an even nastier company) packed up my belongings. When I questioned it, the driver told me they could hold my things for a month. The driver even failed to note the correct amount of money that I had given him.
Like other reviewers, Nick also was the one who gave me the initial quote. I learned afterward from JJ that he significantly underestimated my quote.
What’s worse, I was not informed at the beginning that 2 other movers would be handling my furniture, which likely contributed to the careless handling of my belongings. Upon arrival, my furniture and boxes were covered in dirt, with actual dirt falling out of the handles on the boxes. Additionally, despite marking boxes as fragile, they arrived crushed as if someone purposefully stepped on them, resulting in broken contents.
Despite reaching out to 3 Brothers Moving Company to address these issues, I received no satisfactory response. Despite being promised callbacks twice by Richard, to this day, no one has reached out to address my concerns.
This experience has left me deeply distressed and disappointed. It’s clear that 3 Brothers Moving Company not only provides misleading estimates but also lacks basic standards of care for their customers’ belongings. I urge anyone considering hiring them to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone. I would join a class action lawsuit against them in a heartbeat

Absolute worst company to deal with. stay far far away. I give this company a minus 100. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. INFLATE PRICE BY THREE TIMES ABOVE THE QUOTE - ONCE THEY HAVE YOU OVER A BARREL. TRUST ME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BROKERS (WHICH I DIDN’T KNOW) AND ASSIGNED THE MOVE TO UNLIMITED MOVING AND STORAGE. ANOTHER DISASTER. I HAVE WET AND DAMAGED FURNITURE AND CLOTHING. ONE MORE THING AFTER THE INITIAL DEPOSIT YOU HAVE TO ZELLE ALL THE MONEY, AGAIN WELL OVER THE AGREED UPON PRICE. I BELIEVE IN KARMA.

STAY AWAY! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! This company is shameful...LIARS CON ARTISTS CHEATS! If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would
On November 4, 2023, I was duped into thinking I was getting a deal when talking to Nick at 3 Brothers about an interstate move. Nick was a smooth talker for sure, friendly, seemed knowledgeable. I was asked to sign an e-check for $2000 to hold a spot on the truck and assured it would not be cashed until the bill of lading was signed.
I did e- sign but became nervous about being scammed. The talk was too smooth, the promises too good to be true. I found out the price quoted to me was so much less because the size of their truck was just really a large 28-foot U-Haul, not a 53-foot tractor trailer. Nick never disclosed they are a moving broker not a moving company.
I serendipitously received a call from my real estate agent during my investigation, saying there was a glitch in the house sale, and we would need to back up on things. I immediately Called 3 Brothers back. Nick's switch flipped from friendly and engaging to disrespectful and outright caustic. He accused me of lying, said I was cancelling because of the reviews I'd read, rather than that my move had been postponed. Nick raised his voice and castigated me for my decision to believe any bad reviews.
I checked my bank account regularly. All was well for two weeks. Then, however, the check was cashed. I called 3 Brothers post-haste, e-mailed them multiple times. No answers, no responses.
I sent all information to the attorney general's office in Florida, who then sent my complaint to the Florida Department of Transportation.
I also filed a complaint with Pissed Off Consumer, and about a month later (in January of 2024) I was alerted by POC that someone from 3 Brothers responded to them about my complaint. POC said 3 Brothers claimed to have paid me back the $2000. My bank had NO record of ANY refund from them, no did my bank account reflect such.
    RUN from this company!
