    Since the switch to Verizon we have nothing but trouble. Daily "you are roaming" . Son is off to college with no working phone except when he is connected to wi-fi. Grrr!

    Before Total changed over to Total by Verizon I had no issues. Now the data goes in and out it connects and disconnects from Wifi. And let's not talk about how awful the customer service is. My son also has the phone service he bought an over the air phone card they took the money from his bank account sent him a receipt to his email address then said that it did not go thru. We have the receipt we also have the bank transaction number. We asked for the service to honored or a refund given and they disconnected the call twice. I will be looking for a new phone service today.

    The phone worked fine until verizon took over. Our ************* now goes out all the time at our *************** tell me that my phone goes straight to VM. **************** is foreign and they never healp you and never call back. Most miserable piece of c*** company ever!! someone should investigate them. I am on their plans with Total Wireless and they keep trying to tell me to upgrade to a more expensive plan. I wonder whether they are doing this on purpose.

    Was almost good when it was Total Wireless, when Verizon got involved they went down in the dumps. They shut my phone off for no apparent reason then when I tried to go to a diffrent carrier they locked my phone. They still werent through, they refused to give up my number that I use for a small business. Whatever you do , dont even consider Total by Verizon, one of the worst carriers out there.

    Horrible service I tried to transfer my # and service after 16 hours on the phone over serval days I was told that they could not to get my phone to work. So I requested a transfer pin to go back to my previous provider and they refused to give me a transfer code as well. The issue still isnt resolved. I havent had service I 6 days and now I cant pay my bills or receive job calls. Total by Verizon has given me no help s no resolution to the issue and I continue to call everyday spending 4 to 6 hours a day trying to resolve this issue

    Since the change from total wireless I have had very bad service. Every day I get "no connectivity" more often than not.

    Same awful service as other reviewers. Seems they're trying to get rid of Total customers. I will play along and find another carrier. Customer service will be my main target.

    I cannot stress ENOUGH how terrible this "service" is. It does not warrant even a single star (if I could give negative stars, I would), but, alas, one star is the minimum.I paid $40 for the *** card + starter package (which includes calls in the US and ******, 5G of data, and some other basic features). The data NEVER worked from the get-go and, while calling worked for the first couple of days, it was suddenly kaput within the first week. I went back to ******* (where I purchased) and they had to call customer "service", who couldn't resolve the issue. I called customer service multiple times on my own time (to no avail), went to the Verizon store (and was told this isn't their product/problem, but Total's, who offers the service), and tried the chat bot. All my efforts were for nothing, and I was left with nothing.I even received a text asking me to rate the service. When I did, a call back from customer service was offered, which, SHOCKINGLY (not), I never received.Do yourself a favor and avoid this service like the plague.

    Horriblecompany. I tried to leave them and go to ************ They gave me the run around on transferring my number. Allkinds of BS and excuses. They ask ridiculous things like the sreial # of the phone you had 7 years ago...the credit card used when you signed up 7 years ago...Even if you give them the correct info they say it is incorrect. They give you atransfer pin then say it is wrong because they changed it but can't give you the new one. They are impossible to deal with. They want you to give in and keep paying them or give up and go away. I filed complaints with the *** and the *** served them with a show cause notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are owned by Verizon but Verizon treats you like scum beneath their feet because you are a pay as you go customer. They have no use for you and make that clear and will not help you. They hold your number hostae and if you have that number connected to important accounts, you are screwed. Also their service is spotty and the data rarely works. Exploitative of especially the aged who often get this because it seems low priced. I believe they prey on the elderly. They don't believe in following the law or regulations. Run far far away. Not deserving of any stars

    **** and tried to make me pay 120 dollars for them to unlock my phone and didnt want to help me. I have used them for years and now they want to pull this c*** Im done with them
