    The customer service of this company is ridiculous! I was hung up on multiples times. The customer service representative was not helpful. My issues are still unresolved.

    This is such a bad company. I just needed a basic service for my son. But he could never receive the texts message from his basketball team or coach which is the main reason he needed it and do I could reach him. But the service never worked. He missed practice because the texts wouldnt come through. So after our monthly service ended I tried switching to another phone company and had to pay extra to unlock the phone number and then they locked the phone so I could not take it even though I paid it out right. They wanted me to pay another months service that wouldnt work. They are horrid at customer service and condescending and after hours and hours never resolved any issues. I would never choose them theres so many better phone services. THEY ARE HORRIBLE

    I have had Total by Verizon for only a few months. It was very difficult to get switched over and now that they are fully total by Verizon, it is terrible service. I have been without a phone for the past 2 weeks. Like others, I have spent hours with different people from their tech support troubleshooting my issue and they are not able to fix it. I see no hope in site except to switch to a different carrier. This is a terrible company.

    Wish I could give 0 stars even 1 is too many. Horrible customer service, they sent me a junk phone and finally after three days (on the phone with them getting hung up on constantly) of turning my phone off and back on and never getting service I finally just asked how to get a refund, yep hung up on again about 10 more times, now Im calling corporate still no help. I had to get help from a different company to find out how to get my refund. Really couldnt afford just giving you guys hundreds of dollars for nothing. I strongly recommend any other prepaid service especially if you plan on ordering online.

    I started with Tracfone/Straight Talk in 2014 and switched to Total Wireless around 2018. Both companies were great, phones were great and customer service was excellent. I changed devices, switched service plans and changed phone numbers many times with no problems prior to Verizon purchasing Tracfone and its subsidiaries in September 2022. I loved my cell service provider! Since the buy-out my service is much slower than before and pages are slow to load or wont load at all. I havent had to contact CS but will have to now to call to remove auto pay since I will be looking for another service provider, and it definitely wont be Verizon!

    I hate total by Verizon. They are terrible. I've been struggling with getting service back up and running for my aged parent for the past 3 week and he has been without his cellular service for all this time. Every time I call, I have to go through their routine of giving the same information over and over before they allow me to speak to an advanced service person. They take you through the same processes over and over again, then put you on a call back list for another rep to call you back and go over the same info again. Then they tell you the exact same information that yhe prior person told you with no new fixes. They are supposed to be mailing me a new sim card for the past 2 week. not yet received. My head is exploding from their poor customer service. I'm so over it. **** never recommend this service provider to anyone ever in my lifetime. Horrible customer service.

    They were decent as Totalwireless but now Total by Verizon is by far the worst customer experience I've had with a mobile provider. Don't expect much if you have to call or chat with support, all they know how to do is read from a script based off the original question. After 2 chat attempts and a phone call I was told to just wait 24 hours!?!?!

    I paid for my 4 lines in December. One line hasnt worked since. 2nd stopped today. **************** has not fixed in an entire month. Also charged me *************** while phones still dont work!

    I would not even give them one star I would not even give them one star. Our service is renewed every month with autopay. On yesterday's autorenewal the disconnected my husband's phone. I spent an hour on the phone last night and they hung up on me twice. Told me is was a system-wide error and to give them 24 hours then pretended like she could not hear me when I asked for a manager. She then hung up. When I called again today they said the sim has expired and I needed to go buy another one. When I asked for a refund they said they do not do partial refunds. I then asked for a full refund he said no. I asked to speak with a manager and he said this call will no longer be transferred. I told him I wanted to speak to someone else and he said no. I asked if he was the owner of the company and he said yes. Then hung up again. My husband's phone is still not working and they charged me for service we can not even use.

    A 1 star rating is far too generous! My mother has a plan with Total Wireless. Her phone broke and we needed to replace it. I called the company and they advised to buy a new phone and call them back and they could activate it. We purchased a new phone, but in order to activate it, they needed to verify the account. There were 3 options to verify the account: Option # 1: They asked for the 4 digit passcode set up on the account. i did not know it, and my mother (who is 85) had no idea what it was.Option # 2: They could text a code to the old phone. The old phone was broken and would not even turn on.Option # 3: Provide them with the last 4 digits of the credit card used on the account in the past 90 days. My mother did not have a credit card set up on the account. Her bill auto-drafted to her checking account every month. I provided the last 4 digits of the debit card number, but that wasn't it. At this point, the customer "service" agent asked me to then provide the 4 digit passcode. I again stated that we did not have it. He ( or she, I went through at least half a dozen agents) then stated that he had texted a code to the phone. I AGAIN stated that the phone was broken. They said ok, then I needed to provide them with the credit card number. This just went in endless, pointless circles. No one was even listening to me. I asked multiple times to be transferred to a supervisor that could provide more information to resolve the issue and was refused. Let me reiterate that, as a paying customer, I was refused from talking to a supervisor! I gave up and signed up with ***** but they needed to contact the company to port over our old number, they could not get the approval, so I had to call back and the whole process started over. So I just tried to cancel the service, but I was not allowed to cancel. I ended up going to my bank and paying $30 to have them permanently cut off. I had no other choice. I will NEVER do business with them again!
