    Purchased wifi hotspot. Worked for 1 day then slowed down to the point that streaming was not possible. Wouldn't even download a kindle ebook. **************** in *****, hung up on me and wouldn't even address my issue. Never again...

    C*** customer service refused to let me speak to a manager, they locked my sim card and wouldn't send me a new one told me I had to purchase it.

    Wow the unprofessionalism of this company is unreal. I had purchased a pre pay cell phone and a payment card to activate a phone for my son. 24 hours later still has not been resolved. All I wanted to do was activate my sons phone and apply the payment card to it. I spoke to several customer service agents who had me on hold for hours within that 24 hour span, transferred to department to department with no resolution. Having to repeat myself an incredibly amount of times its ridiculous. I was hung up on a few times and also told there was an error in the system and I needed to call back. I cant believe how u professional this company is, its amazing theyre still in business I would expect more from a ******* subsidiary. I will now return the phone I purchased and apparently Ive had $25 stolen from total wireless because the agent says its been used already for a phone thats not activated. This situation is so unreal and I tried to reach a supervisor which they said they cant transfer and seems like they really dont care about the customer at all.

    I would also give 0 stars if I could. Their customer service has always been awful (I've been a customer for 5 years), but them becoming ********************** by ******* has made them even worse. They screwed up my account by putting it back under my family member's (I separated it out into my own account over a year ago), then when I tried to separate it into my own account it didn't up in their system even though my service was still working. After going back and forth for 10+ hrs. with them trying to sort it out, with my calls getting dropped constantly and having to reexplain the issue over and over again, they told me they couldn't make my billing go through, they raised their prices and I'd be out of service for 2 days while they tried to troubleshoot the issue. I told them to cancel it and switched to another provider. Worst phone company ever. I've had to file complaints on them before for messing with my service and double charging me. If they still charge me for their service, I'll file another claim. Scammers all around.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. My son has been paying with them For 5 years. His phone was stolen and when he purchased a new phone they wont give him his account number to port into a new service carrier after he tried to stay with them and they wont accept his new phone. ??

    Total wireless is a joke. The helped me one night. It didn't help the next day I contacted them and they told me they couldn't help me because I didn't have the phone with me. My husband works out of town. He hasn't had service for 3 days so I contacted them to fix it. I had all the information but they still wouldn't help. Horrible service and horrible customer service...

    After 7 years of service, TW cut off my service out of the blue saying I broke the terms of agreement. They refuse to tell me how, or when or where this supposedly occurred or whether an actual person verified the violation flagged by the system. After all that, they refuse to port the phone number that I have had for more than 20 years. I have filed an official complaint with the *** and recommend that nobody ever use them.

    Extremely unprofessional and very poor customer service. I showed proof of an autopay and they still turned off phone. Sent proof that the payment went through three times and they refused to help. Extremely poor service. I asked for a supervisor and they told me they would not send me to a supervisor. I do not recommend because you definitely get what you pay for.

    Man you better hope you dont have an issue because customer service is useless. They have made things worse every time and give you wrong information. They told me my order didnt go through so i placed it again and now i have two phones. They gave me a label to return it with no barcode so *** cant send it back. That one came with earbuds but the one i opened first didnt. They told me the plan i bought with it would be refunded when i return the phone but the label says plans are not refundable. It got linked to my family plan when I signed up for my own and they wouldnt help me because I dont have the family plan info and they didnt tell me that was the problem so i had to guess and ask my family about it. I called to switch it over to my own plan and they simply deactivated my service and the call dropped and i had so phone service instead of switching it so i had to call again and activate. Just been a disaster. Then when my mobile data was slow on the second week and i asked if i had used all of my fast data already they said they couldnt disclose that to me! Absolute BS. Also i was scheduled for a call back about my extra phone im trying to return thanks to their mistake and theyre 10 minutes late so far getting back to me, I wouldnt be surprised if they dont call at all. Long story short its been a nightmare.
