    I have been contacting customer support to send text messages with pictures for nearly four months now. To date, my average call time is 30 minutes. I am told to restart my phone since they "made some changes to my account". On my end, I have made changes every time that they have directed me to. I restart the phone and (total surprise) making the same changes over and again does not work. I follow those instructions and then have to wait for a tech and start all over again because they do not document. Twice today, I have been disconnected on their end. I was told originally it was my phone (a low-cost Mororola) so I spent $200 and ordered a brand new Samsung. It has the exact same error message when I try to send a text message. At this point, I have been working with them for approximately six hours on the phone over the course of several months. They will not provide any further assistance and are incredibly rude when I ask for a different phone - basically, we have your money and we don't care that you aren't satisfied. I have told them repeatedly that I cannot do any self-service on the account as it keeps telling me my phone is not activated. I have to activate it every month and pay over the phone.

    I was trying to speak to a supervisor after being told that even though my service shuts off in 24 hrs and I just need a one day extension because of my health, they stated they could not and would not transfer me to a supervisor. They were very rude. *********************** was the first agent I spoke too. I spoke to a second agent who stated the same. I need the help. I'm a single mother who is actively dying and I'm waiting on my physician to call. I cannot be without service and they were unwilling to help me

    Bad service all around. Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Never heard from them and called this past Sunday. Finally got an email yesterday that it's backorder. I just want to cancel and get something else but they refuse to cancel the order because it was placed on their website. Hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone else. Had same issue last year when I purchased a plan. They claimed I only paid for 1 plan when I did not. Their system only read one of the 2 codes. Total Wireless was a much better company.

    I call in to speak with someone about getting my plan updated to something different and to get some new phones. After being hung up on my staff and a supervisor 8 times in 1hr. they took money out of my account 12/4/23 and told me that they would be able to credit my account and switch me to a new plan that I was requesting just before they hung up on me. to then only see my account has been deactivated. All I wanted to do is update my account and get some new phones and I can't do that. and if I try and Cancel online then I'm agreeing to no refund and best believe I want my money they took form me back.

    No matter what your problem they will hang up on you if they dont understand or cant resolve it. Its happened to everyone in my family who has Total Wireless, and multiple times through many phone calls, trying to resolve various issues. Tomorrow I am going to cancel the service and go with another carrier. Its the worst customer service Ive ever seen.

    This was a really good plan for a long time but now the data doesn't work at all. Tried to use it on the Metra train to buy a ticket and the conductor finally just let it go. And this is about the fourth time that's happened. Called several times and they still don't fix it but they still collect the money! Time for a new phone service for me and my family!

    I would give them less than one if I could. Tried to port my number from regular Verizon prepaid. 2 months later, it still hasn't worked and I've gotten nothing but the run around and attitude from customer service. I decided to stay with regular Verizon prepaid with my current crappy phone and take a $60 loss rather than deal with these losers. A better phone isn't worth the hassle.

    RE: TOTAL VERIZON, CUSTOMER NO SERVICE FROM HELL, the reason I left your service for mistakenly Inactivating my account. Sun Nov 19, 2004, I was traveling and wanted to add some data to my account. I tried to add it with your app that I’ve done before, but it wasn’t working, so I called your tech support. I told them I wanted to use 2,000 of my reward points to buy 15G of data. They did that, then the call dropped off. I tried to call them back and your voice service asked my number and I was told my account had been de activated SO I COULDNT SPEAK TO ANYONE. Then I called your company with my friends cell phone trying to have my account restored. After trying to reach someone in 10 calls, I finally got through but was told to keep holding on which I did, then was cut off. This happened about 15 times. Finally reached someone and told them I was on auto pay for 4 years and had data on my account but my account was cut off. I was also transferred 5 times but the call was always dropped off. I later checked my email and received an email from Total Verizon confirming the purchase of 15G of data using my 2,000 reward points. On Monday November 20, 2023 I got a call back from Verizon Corp department at 3pm EST. We talked for about 7 mins, I gave them my number in case the call was disconnected so they could call me back, he said he would. Well sure enough I was cut off and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK FROM TOTAL VERIZON CORPORATE. At this point I had enough of your CUSTOMER NO SERVICE AND TRANSFERRED MY NUMBER TO CONSUMER CELLULAR. I paid you Total Verizon an auto debit of $25.58 on Nov 3rd, and never got my months of service. I want a FULL REFUND of the $25.58 auto debit on 11-03-23 for my monthly bill. I’m also talking with my attorney about possibly filing a lawsuit if I can not refunded the $25.58 Sincerely, ******* *
