    I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with them for two solid days. And I was trying to order a new phone and new service. I have never had to deal with such incompetent customer service. Im moving on. Dont waste your time.

    Live in ******, ** and the service *****.. can't get reception barely anywhere and always have to shutoff my phone due to no reception.. *******, ** has 5G with this service

    I have been trying to switch my service to another phone carrier, from Total By Verizon but it has been a nightmare, today makes 30 days that I have been on the phone with them trying to get my account number and a pin, so I can go elsewhere. I have spent 3 Hrs. in the morning and 3 Hrs in the evening and they hang up on me, transfer me to someone else back and forth and nothing gets solved. I have an elderly mother that is ill and I need to keep in touch with, I lost out on an interview of my dream job, I lost a family member who past away, nobody could get in touch with me because my phone has been with out service. For 30 days. Total By Verizon could not *************** nor give me a pin so I could go to a different provider.

    Understanding that there are 417 customer reviews before mine and that the overall rating is **** at this time, I don't imagine this will make much difference, but I feel I must do my part in warning others to avoid Total by Verizon at all cost. I wish I'd done my research before buying a used phone. I specifically chatted with a live agent prior to purchasing the phone to make sure it would work on the Verizon network. Then when I got it and was told by Verizon that it's locked to Total by Verizon, I called customer service and asked for a prepaid return label so I could return the phone. One "manager" gave my mom a "return number" and told her to take the phone in the box to **** give them the number and they would print the return label. When she went to **** they said the number wasn't valid. When she called back, a different "manager" told her she was basically out of luck and that there was no one else she could be transferred to to discuss options. The return process is that you have to take the phone to **** pay to return it, call them back with the tracking number and then once it's processed on their end, they'll send you a CHECK for the refund. All of which requires you to trust a company that has lied to you multiple times throughout the process. My guess is, I'll be out the $100 plus shipping if I return the phone, but I also don't know what other options I have. This has been a total nightmare.

    This is the worst cell phone service. I have ever tried to use in my life.Twice, I have bought a new phone from total by Verizon. All I did was have my number switched. The same number didn't change it. Just switched it and now my data doesn't work. I bought a phone a while back. Switch my number to the new phone. My data didn't work, it took over a week maybe 2 weeks. This is working on week two for this phone I have paid for service that I cannot use. No one in your company can seem to fix it and you all have put me through the same, I mean, the same routine every time I call back. It has got me stressed out ,frustrated , taking time for my job, time from my home life. I have spent hours on the phone. I need someone from your corporate to give me a call.I hope you can find My Number Or send me an email with a phone number I can contact. You are a quick to cut off service if payment it may right away. But you're not very quick at returning. Money that people have paid and can't use your service. That's the same as stealing if you ask me.. Shame on Verizon.Yeah i've really went down here with this new total By verizon

    Apparently same deal as everyone else here from what I'm reading. They couldn't handle my complaint or resolve my issue(s). They refused to escalate to a supervisor and told me they were not allowed to do so. I've been furiously trying to figure out who to talk to that can resolve my issue(s) but can't seem to find a number or anything like that and they outright refuse to send my complaint to any time of escalation department.

    If I could do half a star, I would. I used to use TBV, and they were pretty decent. Now I am trying to change back to them; I bought a plan and paid $36.44 on December 15th, was charged, and given an order number.For the past week, they have been "transferring over my phone number from another provider," and I can't use their service. They told me it would take 72 hours to complete a week ago. When I call, they keep telling me the same thing. Then they schedule "callbacks," and they don't really call back.So I'm fed up and just want to cancel it all. I went to do that for the plan I bought, and they told me I provided an invalid order number and they couldn't do anything about it. I scheduled a callback with a supervisor...they never called. I am frustrated by this and that they have ****** me off of almost $40.

    Just when I thought prepaid phone couldnt get any worse. I am a customer of *********************************************, Ive been a customer of ********************** for quite some time, Over five years. Since they switched over to total Verizon, you cannot get anybody to assist you. Their customer service is based out of ***************. You cannot speak to a manager or supervisor. They will not give you the contact phone number to make a formal complaint nor the email or the address. This is a terrible company. At least when they were Totalwireless you just had to wait on the phone for a long time before you got someone, you were always able to speak to a manager or supervisor. That is no longer the case. It truly is sad that you cannot make a formal complaint to the company that youre a customer at

    They have the WORST customer service, I'm severing all ties with this company that has nothing but CONTEMPT for their customers. I'd rather give money to ****** than feed this greedy, avaricious, SOULESS, loathsome, ODIOUS, corporate entity that represents the WORST OF corporate culture in America. They don't give 2 Fs about service, they literally program their machines to hang up if there's a complaint. Had them 2 months, paid for a third. After, I WILL USE CARRIER PIDGEONS before this absolute train wreck of automation and d baggery
