The technicians were very polite and showed up on time for the installation. They ensured they cleaned up after they were finished and answered all questions during the installation. After the installation was complete they walked us through the new systems to ensure everything was working properly and that we understood how the new thermostat functions.Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc.

BC&H installed a new Daikin A/C system. All the copper and drainage PVC were replaced. The technicians did an excellent job. ****, salesman, was easy to talk to, answering all questions, removing all doubt.I highly recommend this BC&H.Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc.

What do you do with a 21 year old air conditioner? Call Brevard Cooling and Heating. With a no none sense approach, I had the right counsel to upgrade my system. Within a week, the techs ******* and **** came it and retrofitted a brand new unit into the space of the old air. It was a work of art. The garage looks a lot better and cleaner. The room is a lot cooler. Hopefully the electric bill will be a lot smaller. Thank you ******* and **** for your professionalism.Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc.

This is the second unit that Ive purchased from Brevard Cooling and Heating and once again, I couldnt be happier with the service, the product, and the relationship that I have with this company. We got a 3.5 ton Daikin AC unit this time and it was installed professionally, it looks and operates great. They offer the best warranty in the game. Their workers were professional, they set up everything for the inspector to come out and inspect the permit, I have nothing but a positive experience with this company.Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc.

On 03/05/2024, our 14.5 year old Air Conditioner (A/C) was diagnosed with a leaky coil by the service tech, ****. 03/06/2024, **** the salesperson, showed up at our house who provided us two quotes and selected one: Daikin Variable DX6VSS4810 and DFVE48DP1400. **** noted the earliest installation date was 03/20/2024 and provided us a single floor unit for our bedroom meantime.On 03/07/2024, ****** informed me that there was cancelled a customer appointment on 03/14/2024 and I accepted the opened appointment date, thus saving us 6 days of waiting time.On 03/12/2024, I contacted **** and told him that we wanted the Air Handling Unit (AHU) moved from the laundry room to the garage. He evaluated the area, sketched out a diagram, and contacted the office to get the modification approved. He noted a team of 4 installers (****, ****, ****, and ****** and the supervisor ******) would complete the entire project on 03/14/2024.During the night of 03/14/2024, my wife noticed our bedroom clear across the opposite side of the house did get sufficient cool air. I felt that the unit was new and was going through an installation phasewas I wrong.On 03/15/2024, I talked with ******, who noted that a service tech would be dispatched to diagnose the problem. Service tech, ****, showed up in the early afternoon and conducted diagnostic tests and pinpointed the problem with his phone app as leaking coil in the **** The faulty coil was a factory problematic issue. Within 4 hours, **** and **** arrived and replaced the coil. I must extend my experience to everyone who are in dire need of a professional team from service, sales, installation, repair, and office personnel. Brevard Cooling and Heat is the BEST. I have to say that there is no other company to call for your A/C problems.In closing, on 03/21/2024, the Brevard County Inspector came over to our house and noted ZERO discrepancies. He also noted that Brevard Cooling and Heating are a top-notch A/C company.Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc.
