Transported my Mercedes C300 from Miami to Atlanta using AutoStar. Pick-up was simple. Drop-off happened literally the next day. Great customer service. Highly recommend this company.

This broker company is an absolute SCAM! I have ordered a delivery with them of run-and-drive vehicle from Copart auction. I paid $195 deposit. Two days later I received an email confirmation that my vehicle is being picked up and delivered in two days. On the day of a supposed delivery I called them to get the delivery timeframe, only to be told that my vehicle wasn't picked up at all because of flat tire! They refused to pick up the vehicle of a SALVAGE! auction because of flat tire! But what's even worse - I received ZERO communication from them that the vehicle wasn't picked up! By that time Copart storage fees started accumulating, since the vehicle wasn't picked up in a timely manner.When I called them to cancel their service and get my deposit refunded, they said that I breached their contract, since the vehicle was inoperable (listed as run-and drive at the auction site) and refused to refund my $195 deposit!Because of this dishonest and absolutely unprofessional company, I have lost over $350 in deposit and storage fees!Stay away, especially if you are dealing with vehicles from auction sites, like Copart!AutoStar Transport Express, LLC

We sincerely apologize that the carrier was not able to load the vehicle from Copart. We were told by the customer that the vehicle was fully operational, and when the carrier showed up, it not only had flat tires, but also would not start or run, and was basically an inoperable vehicle. The carrier assigned was not equipped to transport inoperable vehicles, as they were expecting a fully operational vehicle. The customer himself told us that the Copart lied to him and he was unaware that the vehicle was in said condition. We offered to the customer to locate another carrier with the proper equipment to transport in INOP vehicle, but customer had already made other arrangements. Very sorry, but our services were rendered, and the deposit is non refundable.Review fromJeanne W
