1 star******** contract due to failing to execute terms of car pick up at residence location listed in signed contract, then attempted to solicit more funds for same service during final communications. 5 starsI had crashed my car to the pole, and it was very slippery and road was covered ice. I didn't what to do, how to transport my car back to my home(its expensive), because it was like 120 miles away from my home. I have called Autostar. Still I can't believe that they helped to transport my car for only$400, and its 120 miles distance. I will definitely will use them again and recommend it. 2 starsWhen I called, I asked if this was the direct to the company Auto Star. not a broker. They told me my car would be in ******* by the weekend. However, after they took the initial deposit (brokers fee) they were unable to give me a date when the car would be picked up. It was very stressful.it was a broker and the request was sent to a third party. The good news is that the third party was a decent person who really tried to accommodate my car. Unfortunately, a snowstorm came, I didn't get my car until a week later. The actual company was great, but Auto star was just a $295 referral fee.Review fromJill M

5 starsWe had 2 cars transported from Big Island to Oahu. From my first inquiry until after car delivery AutoStar was great to work with. The price was very fair, they walked us through every step of the way making it very convenient. They answered all our questions quickly and always were pleasant to deal with. It was all around an amazing experience. Our cars even arrived earlier than expected! Super happy with everything!
