I am pleased to have done business with AutoStar Transport Express, LLC. I contacted them and within the hour I received a reply. Between a combination of calls, texts and emails, I was able to have my vehicle picked up on the desired date. Because my transport was scheduled during hurricane Helene, AutoStar kept in close contact to keep me abreast of delivery date. My area would be hit and the company knew that. I was informed that my vehicle would be delivered two days late due to safety issues. Understandably so, my vehicle was delivered two days late as was predicted. The driver was courteous enough to call me to meet him two blocks from my house because regulations stated that the trailers cannot enter cul-de-sac due to their widths and sizes. The driver waited for about 15 minutes and by the time I got there my vehicle was already downloaded and ready. My experience was positive as my vehicle was delivered in the condition in which it was purchased.

Whatever you do - do not use auto star. The contractor they assigned the job to tried to scam me. First they told me that the truck broke down so they were a day late, then they called me at 6 am telling me that I had to meet them a mile from my home. When I go to the location they have parked in the middle of a very busy street with cars speeding by in either direction. So finally I get there and they demanded $700 cash only ($200 more than the contracted rate) and when I refused to pay the extra he said “ok I guess it’s my car now”. Then I got a call from the supervisor who said I had ten minutes to pay or they were going to take my car back to Florida and charge me an extra $2,000 if I ever wanted it backAutoStar Transport Express, LLC

AutoStar stood on business and got the job done right. If you want a hassle free auto transport experience dont look any further. The quote stayed the same and the driver delivered when he said he would. They inspected my vehicle upon pickup and delivery and returned the vehicle perfectly.
