I contracted AutoStar Transport Express to transport my Jeep from ** to CA on 8-22-24. The first available pickup day was August 27th, and I expected the vehicle to be picked up within a day or two. However, the entire experience was a nightmare from the start. After four days of silence, I reached out to the company on 8-26, only to be ignored. I followed up again on 8-29 and finally received a response from their representative, *** ********, who vaguely assured me that he was "doing a thorough search for drivers in the area" and would notify me when one was found. His response was frustratingly inadequate, and I had to request updates FOUR more times, only to receive the same unhelpful reply: "Sorry, we are still searching." This lack of transparency and proactive communication was completely unacceptable. Instead of keeping me informed, they left me in the dark, forcing me to chase them for information. When I eventually spoke with a so-called "supervisor" named "****," he offered no real solution, simply stating that "88% of our vehicles are picked up in 2-3 days and yours is taking longer." Given this delay, I expected them to be more proactive in securing transportation instead of passively leaving it out for a bid.Frustrated and out of patience, I took it upon myself to find transportation. Within five hours, I had a confirmed driver who was set to pick up my Jeep within three dayssomething AutoStar couldnt manage in over a week. Its absolutely shameful for a company to lowball a bid to attract business, only to lack the knowledge, ability, or consideration to actually provide the service.Max and **** were both inept and ineffective in their roles, lacking even basic customer service skills. They should be counseled for their poor performance. I strongly urge the companys owner to review their shipments and customer feedback. Perhaps their employees are "working" from home with priorities that dont include providing service to paying customers.

When I needed a service to ship my vehicle, I did my due diligence and found AutoStar Transport Express. The car was meant to be picked up on August 12/13, and instead was told that it was the first day in the 5 day period of them finding me a transporter. On August 15, 16, and 17 I was told the only way to pick up the car was an additional $225, on top of the $1175 stated in the contract. I reluctantly agreed since I had to leave town and did not have the time to find another company. The car was not picked up until August 16, two days after I left town, inconveniencing my family. Additionally, the car was supposed to arrive August 18, and did not until the 20th. I found out my number was mistyped in the system, causing the lack of texts. Despite resolving this issue, I had to call daily for updates, never once getting texts or emails as stated I would in the contact. Strange how I could never be reached about my vehicle, but I received promotional emails encouraging me to use their services in the future. Upon delivery, my brand new car smelled strongly of cigarettes, worsened when the vents were opened. This is completely unacceptable and the *****, refuses to answer my calls and acknowledge this issue or make things right. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company and will not accept future services from them.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC

Once ********************** was made aware of the customers restricted scheduled, we presented the customer with all the options we found. What a fantastic company. Came already highly recommended by a family friend. ******** our driver was super professional, timely (faster than timely LOL) and super nice. The entire process was very simple and easy. All the staffs were always available to answer questions. Shout to *****, who was always available to answer any questions that I had about the process. My daughter was happy about how her got there very early. She wasnt expecting it that quickly. My daughter said the driver was very polite and nice to her. I needed a vehicle picked up from a storage facility across the country, tried calling a shipping company we've used before and was left on hold for 20 minutes. I tried AutoStar after that and reached a person by the second ring. I got set up with George and he took care of all of it, was able to get a transporter there hours later, had the vehicle here within a few days. Simple process, great customer service, even turned out to be a better price than the estimate I was emailed hours later by another company. No complaints.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC

WOW! I asked for a quote to transport my fifth wheel trailer from *********** to central *******. I asked for the quote on the afternoon of the 6th, I got the quote the evening of the 6th, I wired funds and signed the contract on the 7th, a hauler picked up my trailer in the afternoon on the 8th, and the trailer was delivered in the evening on the 9th. The trailer arrived in perfect condition, and the entire transaction went smoothly. 10/10 will definitely use this company again in the future.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC
