I had a car shipped from Alabama to Hawaii. I was so worried about the process, but Autostar was great. They picked up the car up on time and

I had to move my parents 90 miles one way. They are not able to drive that far. I booked a date for a car transport, and ****** called me several times during the weeks before. He was super nice and totally personable. Price was reasonable, and tolls and gas were included, so no extra fees. Autostar was great. they explained exactly how everything worked. told me what to expect. the final cost was hit the estimate exactly. And they communicated with me when the driver's truck broke down.My only issue was with the driver himself. He needed me to drive a bit (15 min) to a place he was comfortable loading into. His truck broke down for a couple of days so the car arrived 3 days after expected, and the driver was not the best at communicating with my son who was receiving the car. But the car arrived safely and it wasnt too expensive.I would use autostar again if i need to ship a car.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC

Great Prices! And ****************** Getting a quote was easy and the customer service was great. The deposit was reasonable and made it easy to split the cost.
