Transported my 2009 Scion across the country (east coast to west), and the process was very easy. Pickup was very straightforward and quick (10 mins), and my vehicle was delivered 4 days later. Dropoff was also just as straightforward. Keep in mind, though, that your car will be on a big truck with a very long trailer. The truck is limited on where it can pick up/drop off, so try to figure out a good place for each beforehand so you can direct the driver accordingly.

You are correct, if there is no physical space for the driver to park outside the address provided, they will ask the customer to meet them a couple of blocks away to avoid damaging yours or any other vehicles in their truck when loading or unloading. I must admit, I was skeptical about shipping my daughter's car across the country. I have heard horror stories and just didn't know what to expect. Luckily, Auto Transport was very communicative and easy to work with. Customer service answered my questions along the way, they did not hide from me, and the driver was easy to reach and coordinate with. Needed to transport a 2009 ********** Eclipse from ********, ******* to ********, **********. Dealt with *************************** (Manager). She was courteous, cordial, thoughtful, intelligent addressed all my questions and concerns as this was the first time I've shipped a vehicle. Was quoted a decent figure for the transport; I had contacted at least 6 other transport brokerages. Vehicle was picked up and delivered within agreed upon timeframe. Transport driver, *******, was also top notch. Would use Autostar again if the situation arose in the future, without hesitation. I read reviews for Autostar at multiple sites, both positive and negative; do not understand any of the negative reviews. AutoStar was perfect.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC

They did a great job communicating all along the process so I knew when they were coming for pick up and when to expect delivery. My experience with AutoStar was ******************* transported my baby( ******* Genesis ****** from ********* to ******** without any problems. He picked it up and he said he would and delivered it on time in perfect condition the same way I gave it to him. 5 starsDriver was courteous and called before picking up vehicles at our home in *************,** and delivered on time to a relatives home the next day in *******, ******* was very fast service and i was happy also was easy to pay threw my phone.
