      Someone apparently got a hold of my info and tried to sign up for another government program so what SafeLink did was turn off my phone which I think is total c*** considering they could have called me and let me know what was going on and I could explain that it was not me so instead I'm out of a phone and I have to wait 72 hours for it to get activated again and who's to say it'll even be done by then point is they should have called me and explained what was going on instead of just cutting my service off I think that's really messed up

      This company is so unprofessional. I had received a text from SafeLink on July 14th. Stating your Nokia phone is on the way. So I tried to track the phone status with the tracking information that SafeLink provided. Well of course it didn't work. So I went to SafeLink website to find out why. And what I found was they had cancelled my application, even though they stated I was approved and my phone would be delivered by UPS in 1 to 3 business days. Now when I try to talk to someone at SafeLink I had to put in my ID#. And now it's says we don't service in your area code. This company really need to hire customer service representatives who knows what there doing. I'm glad my application was cancelled. I would never want to be associated with this unprofessional company ever again. Don't take a chance with your benefits with SafeLink, because you will be sorry. You've been warned.

      Service was kind of slow but it was a free lifeline so I couldn't complain then it stopped out of nowhere so that kinda sucked and tech support did nothing to help

      Safelink is a Zero star with application process and customer service for older people ************* should be close. I have applied for almost a month via on line and there is actual service that they delivered. Bad service and company for sure. Talk to different people and there is no solution. They always have an excuse every time but no solutions. I hate them over all.they scam poor people and make their life miserable.

      I tried to use my Lifeline benefits with SafeLink Wireless and I regretted it. Their customer service *****, to get your issues solved you have to call at least two times. **************** agents are not competent and its usually very hard to understand what they are saying because all of them are having a heavy accent.My service was disconnected several times with no valid reason so I decided to change provider. And last drop was that I had to pay $13 to get my phone number transferred to a new provider. Which is scam because other companies do it for free.I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND to deal with SafeLink Wireless!

      Safelink wireless is a waste of time. I've never been treated soooo unfairly. I applied for a Safelink government program and received a phone that never worked from the time I received it and took it out of the box. When I tried calling and asking for help I stated the reason for my call and was sent round and around with being told the same thing over and over like I'm unintelligent. I believe customers should be treated as people especially when they need help and support. I'll never support or use this company again because of how I was treated.

      At the beginning of my service it was fine, however recently the service is HORRIBLE, I'm constantly on the phone with 3 representative saying my unlimited data is not working after 2 hours speaking to representative they fix it than 4 days later it's not working again. I would Not refer anyone to SafeLink. They also hang up on you definitely bad service and reps.

      I hate that 1 star is too much. I wish I could get lower.It is terrible to deal with customer service. During a recorded phone call, the representative says one thing, then lies a few minutes later. When he got caught, he tried to backtrack with another lie. we have gone over a month without a phone. this is ridiculous.

      I have been with this company for a few months and every month at my service end date my phone loses service and doesnt come back on. I have to call customer service and get them to manually put service back on my phone. However customer service is exactly what everyone else is saying. I will talk to multiple people which takes hours because they hang up, they dont call back when scheduled, and its just awful and so frustrating. I lost service this month like usual and call the center like usual but now theyre saying the *** card they sent me isnt compatible and I need to go buy a new one and call them back. This sim is still connected to my old number and carrier ( which I was told I had to change my number and carrier). I went to go get another *** card and as I was reading the package it said that carrier is only a discount not free service plan. No one told me that. So I didnt get the sim. I called to cancel service and Im calling TruConnect

      I just received my SafeLink phone I got a 4.5 gigs of data which lasted about a day because I use the voice recognition system in that phone to send text messages I have no data I can't get on any of my important websites like my Hospital because no data so I think they should call it no link or deathlink it should not be called SafeLink because if you can't contact your doctors or your hospital that is not safe now I'm out of data it's like a ****s wall phone absolutely useless
