      Bad customer service before I even received the phone. I am refusing delivery as I can't even get a simple question answered.

      **************** is the worst ever. They out right lie, and nobody has the ability to help you with anything. I paid for and ordered a sim card, and they actually took their time out of the day contacted *** to stop shipment and have the item return back to them, only to blame *** for its own actions. Everybody in their shipping department, if you can get customer server to transfer you, claims to be a manager. Agent flat our refuse to let you speak to a supervisor, they hang up on, they purposely drop called during transfers. You will have to fight tooth and nail about any issue you will encounter. You will be angry, you will hate these people, and they know it. They vindictive, incompetent, and after they **** you off they will have the nerve to tell you to calm down. You can spend up to 4 hour calling and recalling while locked in a non-stop verification, and after you verify the account there is another level of more verification.This company see its customer as a bunch of poor people who they don't have to listen too or help, and our government is paying them to punish you for not being able to afford a top tier company's service.

      I only had my phone for a month, and within the first week ,I couldn't talk to anyone and if I did it would cut me off. I have called and they redid the phone and it still the same. So I stopped using it and put it in my cabinet. I will not go back to safelink

      I have talked to someone in the warehouse several times and now they tell me they can't find my confirmation number and they will not be sending me another phone. I have been having issues with my phone for 6 months and can't get a replacement when it was under warranty, now they tell me because it isn't under the that they won't replace it. My phone tells me the SIM card is missing I can't get the memory card to store anything. I need help! I have touchscreen problems too.

      Very unprofessional and they speak like robots in gibberish. They cut my service with no notice and lost my number that *** had for over ten years and they want me to reapply and Ill get my number back after 30days

      I had six gigs of data but they claim I went through 4 gigabits in four days. Not when I have wifi.

      Worst service ever!!! They shut down my phone to force the ******* switch. bought the sim card but theyre telling me they cant authenticate my account although i gave them everything they asked for. asked for a supervisor and was told the girl was one but couldnt do anything. i explained that NO calls or messages are working so the text code doesnt work. they cant even verify my email with code yet ive got tons of emails from them. my phone ***** worked in 2 weeks. *** been trying and getting the run around for 5 days trying to figure this out. they asked for the 2 most recent #s called which are mom/dad yet theyre telling me theyre not valid!! i been hung up on 3 times in the last 2 days. will NEVER use them again,and now have to have a phone plan that we cant afford because i need to reach my teen through their phone. they shouldnt be allowed to do this to people. regardless if the plan is government funded, especially because of that. they need to regulated and taught better customer service. absolutely have never had this much difficulty in my LIFE with a phone company.

      Bad customer service. They de-enrolled a disabled person with mental health issues and the process to fix it was super lengthy and difficult. Safe link employees kept hanging up having to restart over and over.

      OH MY GOD!! SAFELINK IS THE ****** Due to a sudden and somewhat unexpected financial crisis in my household I signed up for EBB and ACP. At the time I was a ******* customer and had been approved for the $50.00 per month reduction. Unfortunately, ******* collected $150.00 from the government program and refused to credit my account. I had a bill of $183.00. $150.00 of it THEY owe me and I was responsible for the other $33.00. They terminated my service. I then had to sign up for the Lifeline program. The first company had terrible service. So I switched to Safelink. As everyone else has already discovered and mentioned, customer service for ANY of these companies is deplorable. MOST of the representatives names are indicative of *****, ******** and the like. Ironic isn't it? These phones are provided by our government here in ******* for low income /financial crisis people. For MANY it is their ONLY telephone. THAT is why it is called SAFELINK/LIFELINE!! So ***************** government gives out these phones and services and give the jobs to people in other countries!So my phone had lousy service and continued to get worse until no service at all. As it turns out they changed providers from ******** to ******* (of all services) I still had the ******** chip. They finally sent me a new one. Went through h*** and a bunch of reps trying to get it to work. I was told it was fixed but to give it 6 hours to kick in. 26 hours later my phone started dinging with backed up texts. I finally have service depending on where I'm standing. And now I have no internet/data unless I'm within wifi. I don't even care anymore. This has been a nightmare. It has caused me untold aggravation by the truck load. Broke or not I NEED a working telephone. My husband is dying. It could be ANY time. He will be granted his disability just in time to pay for the funeral. My hours have been cut from 50 a week to 12. Needless to say it's a disaster. I'm going to have to send the $$.
