      I have nothing good to say about Safelink wireless because I was supposed to have a phone upgrade shipped to me last month and here I am without a phone. The current one has completely fallen apart and died out on me. On top of that I am told my account is closed and that I have no service how can I have no service when the phone works. But the phones are made so cheaply they fall apart in less than a year. The current phone a moxee has actually fallen apart on the top where the screen is. I doubt the thing will charge now. I am not happy with their games and service or lack of it.

      The World's Worst Customer Service Ever seen in my Life. They must be out of business, because they are scammer . They disconnected not only senior citizens phones but also never fixed the problems They kept hanging up when called back, refused to answer any questions and technical help, did not allow me to speak with a manager when asked.I refused to believe that calls are hung up on or go unanswered because so many people use this service. If that were the case, then this company would be shut down based on their level of incompetence, deceit, and extremely Bad customer service.

      Yet another one of that piece of s*** biden's lies and scams!!! Oh we're going to help the poor people. My ass! I know very well what SafeLink is getting out of the deal the lying greedy scam artist, however it makes me wonder what that piece of s*** President ***** is getting out of it. More than likely notoriety, oh look at me Mr ****** president helping the poor people, you lying piece of s*** you're helping the poor people in no way shape or form. Your phone program is a scam and it's absolutely worthless. I cannot wait till the elections when ***** finally gets what he deserves. And as far as SafeLink is concerned you guys just lost and absolutely huge amount of notoriety! I will never ever use anything that has the SafeLink name on it again. Bye-bye SafeLink, can't wait to see you go down you bunch of worthless b******* ????????????????

      The costumer service is garbage. I requested new phone and the send me the wrong delivery companies. I try to change to deliver to pickup at the delivery company facility for two days and such simple work I could not accomplish, because incompetent's people working and foolish policies.

      I haven't been able to call out on Broken Oric cell phone they sent! Then! They sent TMobile sim card for that phone. I haven't been able to call out for 4 months! They sent a 2nd phone! Couldnt call out so!! Now it's been 3 months w a phone that I can't call out on or ever called out on! Now I'm trying to get them to disconnect!! Long wait times no one answers. No email to contact them. Yesterday it was to be turned off! Nope!! Still going. The govt needs involved since it's a lifeline ne phone!!!

      I received my phone from SafeLink in the time frame that they said I would and really appreciated that. I didnt have to constantly reach out to them for info my order. But the only thing I would have to say is that I wish they would of sent me a tracking number so I could track my package. Aside from that I had good experience with SafeLink.

      Terrible customer service. First of all I had to call about 20 times about the same situation and it still wasn't resolved. The customer service didn't understand me. I speak clear English in which they don't speak very well too much of a language barrier. I became so frustrated I just cancelled service and moved on to a much better company please don't make SafeLink first choice do some research their are better companies with better services even for Life Line.You will turn into dust before you get some real customer service from this company they don't care about their customer service. I had one person told me he would help and then hanged up on me after being on hold for 20 min

      I have had Saeflink for several years and have never had a problem until recently when I tried to transfer my old phone to my new phone with Safelink. It seems that the transfer went smoothly but I wasn't able to make or receive calls. I was actually on the phone with Safelink techs for about 5 days trying to get the new phone to work once they transferred the service to my new phone trying to get the phone to be able to make calls and receive calls and they never could resolve the problem so I had them transfer my service back to my old phone and when they did that it worked fine for about an hour. I could make and receive calls and then nothing. I haven't been able to make or receive a call in a week and I can't get a resolution from Safelink about how to solve the problem. I have never had this problem before ******* took over Safelink. I think they may be the problem but if they are they need to fix it so that I can use my phone. This is ridiculous. To spend 5 days, and hours of time with these techs who keep transferring you to someone else to help and yet nobody can seem to fix the problem. Nobody should have to take this long to fix a phone problem. I still don't have use of my phone. This is going on the second week with no phone.

      No service for 6 days now. When I call to resolve this issue they hang up on me. They tell me they will call back but no one ever does. Horrible company. They should be banned.

      Safelink Wireless disconnected a disabled senior citizens phone multiple times without warning.
