      Please do not make a mistake. Find a different company for your lifeline service. We used to have Assurance Wireless and they were wonderful. We transfered to safelink because we wanted to bring our own phone. The customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. They will hang up on you. I told them I was going to report them to the *** and then they blocked our phone. We currently have no service because they blocked it when it did work earlier in the day. I'm reporting them. Do not make the same mistake we did

      My service was cut from unlimited talk and text to ****.min and **** text and 2 gb data and I have used all my min and data trying to find out why and it's been cents the day before Christmas that I had no service and still no one can tell me y every time they transfer me it hangs up I called the government program and they said it wasn't time to renew and they don't know y they cut my service.

      Worst customer service experience in the world!!!!! Did get one phone taken care of after 6 days of no service and multiple representatives. And helping my mother now and one day down...probably more to get the right plan with acp and lifeline both applied. What a pita.

      The incompetence of SafeLink, aka Tracfone is shameful. The customer service is close to the worst I have experienced. One agent deleted my Safelink account and now I'm left with an empty tracfone account. Called in over ********************************* off the phone and all had very poor English. Wishing some one could just fix this. Shameful company taking government money and offering poor to no service. Will probably have to switch companies.

      Safelink the worst company I've ever dealt with. They have no idea what they are doing.. They are rude and hung up all the time if they don't know how to help. This company needs to be shut down.

      HORRIBLE customer service ! Yesterday afternoon 1/04/2023, All of the Sudden, NO service NO explanation NO email and NOTHING mailed to me. I called got the run around hung up on!! Still 24 Hours Later, they Keep Hanging up on me Right after I wait 30 minutes !! OVER & OVER Again ALL Day Long WTF !!! I have been Going through this with them For 2 YEARS !! They kept on Deactivating/Shutting my Service OFF for NO Reason !! They kept telling me to Re-certify which I Don't need to Re-certify until 04/14/2023!! The WORST ************* EVER !! BBB, Please Check out SafeLink ASAP !!

      I began getting **** texts that haven't stopped. Also they got into my debit card, this cost me $100 + no way to express my nightmare and I am old sick alone and dying.

      They took $45 off of my debit card and never gave me any service and that's called stealing. They never posted my free air time and when I tried to buy some air time they took my money off of my debit card and never gave me any service. I would really like to get my money posted back on my card. The phone number I had with them was my name is *****************************

      Scam. They outsource the calls to these foreign people out in *************** who cant even speak English! They have. I clue how to help you and they are reading from a script! Stop being cheap and get customer service reps from within ***************** where can understand what the h*** they are saying!!
