      The absolute worst. Spent 5 hours trying to help a neighbor get connected. No one there knew what they were doing. Kept making excuses and none of them made sense. She finally went back to her old provider which she is paying for. Guess its trueyou get what you pay for.

      THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - BEWARE! I have been on the phone with 20 "representatives" and no one can give me answer. Each time a rep cannot figure something out the transfer you to a "different department." They are stealing your information and not providing a product.

      Very poor service and barely any help as far as customer service. Even after explaining the problem has not been resolved with trouble shooting "rebooting the phone" they will say its working fine. Once I called for technical assistance and was played several ads and was offered a life alert bracelet, when I declined they hung up. Other times I have called with service issues and have also been disconnected and hung up on intentionally.

      They are *************** turned me down. I gave them everything of what I have and they turned me down. I think it is absolutely bull****! Someone needs to investigate them like asap! I signed up for a phone and they never gave me one.

      Don't use SafeLink they are a freaking joke. First the salesperson at the bus station told me it would be fine if my address was incorrect on my ID. And it wasn't. I was already with another company but the phone SafeLink was offering was nicer. So because she put the incorrect address into the system she only qualified me for the plan that has 350 minutes for the whole month! I called the national verifier and they told me I had an approved application for unlimited service but SafeLink created a new application so that only qualified me for 350 minutes. She gave me the application number that qualified me for the unlimited and told me to call them back and give them that number. I CALLED THEM MORE THAN 10 TIMES! They kept saying they couldn't fix it then they kept saying they had corrected it and it would take 2 hours, then 5 hours, then 24 hours, Then 48 hours, then the next month. IT STILL ISN'T FIXED!!!!! So I am waiting on my new phone now from another company. They did the EXACT same thing to my daughter. And now my husband's phone was destroyed in a construction accident so he called and they said sure we can help you. We're sending out a new phone. Just call us when you get it to activate it. So he calls them after telling them the old one was completely destroyed and they won't activate the new phone because he can't receive a code that they are sending to the destroyed phone. Give me a break. Worst customer service ever..

      Horrible customer service I tried to call and fix my phone because they kept shutting my lifeline benefits off for no reason and they wouldn't help me kept telling me to recertify which I just got the phone 2 months ago so I don't need to recertify until next year according to the website and then one employee said I needed to contact the technical support hotline but they kept giving me the same number for SafeLink for the normal customer service and everytime they tried to transfer me to someone the phone would disconnect this phone service is a joke in my opinion don't get it

      Terrible. ************* keeps failing every few weeks resulting me calling to get it fixed. Always been same issue. SafeLink makes you use their TracFone tech support which never works. Eventually I get transferred /call back from the SafeLink tech department which fixes the problem. Beyond frustrating.

      I decided to change carriers for the government phone program since my last carrier was a joke. And I thought this change was a good thing but finding out I was wrong. I was post to receive the new phone on the day before thanksgiving according to the email I received from the new carrier. But I could not track thee phone with the number provided by carrier for fed ex. they show it does not exist every time I call the carrier to find out what was going on all I got was the runaround I asked for a supervisor I was ignored or hung up on.so far I still have no phone.

      Every singly employee at Safelink needs to get FIRED! If I could give this company negative stars I would! I ordered a life line phone and they shipped it out via Fed Ex and after 20 days I never got my phone! I currently do not have a phone and I need that Safelink phone for a job and to stay in touch with family! When I called to get a replacement phone shipped out, all they did was transfer me around to different departments, or hang up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor! These people are incompetent and very unprofessional! After weeks of phone calls and being hung up on I finally got a hold of somebody who decided to do their job today and send me a replacement phone. This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I'm typing this review after my experience today with Safelink and their horrible customer service. So now I'm just waiting for a new tracking number and hopefully they did their job right this time around.

      What is happening with the Safelink Program? Since they joined Tracfone the service is lousy. Before joining Tracfone I found the service excellent, now everything is through Tracfone and they want to charge you for everything. The phones are recycled and they force you to buy their company's, I have had two cell phones (recycled that don't last three months) because now they don't provide you with the sim card or the phone. Bad service, I can't make or receive calls, I have to dial a number more than 7 times, voice mail doesn't work and the coverage is bad. Since February 2022, a phone that I had bought from them was damaged because I had an ** from **** and they forced me to buy one from their company if they were not going to disconnect me, this phone also turned off since it was also recycled and my son gave me a gift One that I buy from Amazon since September, I am calling the Safelink offices to solve the problem by calling daily and they want to send a text with the instructions for one to do his job, I have to be calling daily. I have missed medical appointments, senior apartments because calls do not come in and voicemail does not register. I recently contacted the company that bought the cell phone and they say that this is the person in charge of the service. Asked for a sim card and they say they have to check it. The story of never ending.
