      When I called to find out where my application stood, the representative did not understand me nor spoke very good English. The The ad I went through on ******** is misleading. The phone I got is outdated and is a track phone, it's ugly too. It's extremely slow so if you have an emergency use someone else's phone

      SCAM Fraud. The representative contacted a shelter I'm staying at. She came in and took pictures of I D.s and EBT cards. She also collected face pictures. NOT 1 PERSON RECEIVED A PHONE! I caught ******* in a lie with my navigator when she told him the reason I didn't get approved was because I didn't have an I.D.

      I’m 67 with emphysema and according to the website my service was cancelled in May yet I was still using my phone up until 2/16/24. I was talking to my son n was disconnected, after I spoke to someone just a few weeks ago and no one ever said my shit was cancelled. The government is funding illegals and foreign countries and refuse to help their own u people are despicable.

      The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 58 years of life. And I have experienced a lot of horrible customer service. The online chat I had to utilize at least 20 times over 11 days gave up hours of my life I'll never get it back. Every single time I called or use the online chat they all started out very nice saying well I'm so sorry to hear of your frustration but I can definitely help you with that and then give me a completely different answer than the person before. I could not understand half the people they weren't talking loud enough part of them it took me 12 days to port a number in. I ended up doing the work myself I was disconnected I was hung up on I was getting the wrong information I had my service interrupted and unrolled when they were supposed to just deactivate it for 24 hours while they ported in the new number. And now the kicker after I finally got it all straightened out and currently had ******* where I have no problem getting online anywhere I can't get a reception so I still cannot make a call send text or get data unless I'm connected to a Wi-Fi. I so much regret switching my account to **********************. I wish we could give them negative numbers instead of being forced to even give them one star because they sure don't deserve that one that I'm being forced to give them. I swear they were causing me to have chest pains I thought I was going to have to call the ambulance by just giving me the wrong information jump through hoops do this do that it was like nothing I've ever experienced and like I said I've experienced a lot of bad customer service. They should be ashamed but I know they're not

      The android phone I was sent glitched out and the first six months so I switched to a iPhone SE which ended up overheating and shutting off. Then I was trying to switch to iPhone 11 and when it didn't work safe link said to go to ******* and get a $.99 sim card I was given a temporary new phone number that was only going to last for up to four hours and then my old phone number would switch over to the Sim card after hours and hours of trying to get this resolved I still don't have my original phone number. Safe links support suggest I go buy another Sim card to see if it might will work the second time around. Now I've been told that if my old number is still active they can transfer it back to me but they can't check to see if it's active. Talking to someone who speaks good English is very hard. Due to health reasons I need my phone for my doctors, Friends, and family to be able to reach me. So far that is not an option. I appreciate being able to have access to a phone during such hard times, but if you can't count on it maybe you better off not having it.

      I wish I had never signed up with SafeLink! I signed up for the ************** program. Of course the ads that sent me to their website advertised different phones than the one they sent me. The phone has 16GB of memory. And we all know that at least 4.3GB of that or more is already used up with programs the phone needs to operate. (I didn't have a choice of my phone). My service worked fine for about a month and then all of a sudden I didn't have service for over a week. I called SafeLink 5 different times and kept getting different answers every time I called. Finally got someone who knew what they were doing and was able to restore my services, but now instead of unlimited calls and text I have 350 minutes per month with unlimited texts. They said I was approved for the *** program, but not LifeLine program? How? I'm on ********* I'm currently enrolled in school and so I'm not working and my boyfriend's job definitely doesn't put us anywhere near the poverty line. And I thought the *** program had unlimited talk and text? Maybe I'm wrong? Either way their customer service definitely needs improvement, agents who know what their doing and actually know how to read the information on their screens, and they also need to improve their website. It doesn't give you any information about your minutes, texts, data, nothing! All it tells you is if your application was approved or not. It literally provides no other information.

      Safelinks is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE phone company my minutes was added on the 1st and by the 5th I was told I had no minutes my phone is useless no off or on button when I contacted customers service very rude and unprofessional and I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor theses ppl are just ripping off the government not understanding why they are still in business I am a very unsatisfied customer

      Worst Experience. Has of February 2024. Will not do service
      with them. Return my phone and go back to Consumer Cellular. Good
      riddance. Stayed on the phone for 3 hours just to transfer my number
      from CC to Safelink tracphone. Horrible. I had to keep calm or else I
      would suffer hard attack. It was just that bad. I read the reviews and
      if I have to go through this I rather pay and have some peace of mind.
