      I have experienced the worst service at this company trying to get my son's phone working, they really need to do better, reps need to be trained better and more english speaking reps should answer more calls! Just unacceptable the we cannot get the problem solved!

      If could give no stars I would. Safelink Sent 2 defective phone. Cannot call out or recieve calls. No one could help. Has numerous call and was told someone would call back.. well ***** called back. Ask to talk to supervisor numerous times. I was told that's not going to happen, I tried several times to call back and ask for supervisor. This company is taking government money and not helping the disabled

      SafeLink is the epitome of False Advertising and ***************************** I have contacted them 2x regarding the phone they sent me and the lack of service to the phone. They are RIPPING OFF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE *** PAYER.I believe that they are making it very difficult, if not impossible, to have ANY issues resolved. I believe that they are doing this because the *** is set to expire and they are trying to keep customers by holding them hostage via non-cooperation with the consumer.SAFELINK SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE ****

      They hire thieves! Do not give these people your information! They charge $20 for an old phone that barely works. You will never get an updated phone. They lie about you getting a free tablet and they hire identity thieves that harass you old people on the street.

      Horrible Service! They will not let you talk to ACTUAl Tech Support, they just make you walk through the same basic steps repeatedly...make sure airplane mode is off, turn on airplane mode, make sure mobile data is on, give them the last 4 of your IMEI and ICCID, turn off your phone, turn on the phone, turn off the phone for 5 minutes, turn on the phone, turn off the phone for 30 minutes, try to move near the window, try to drive to a different area, reset your network settings, shut off your phone, remove your sim card, restart your phone, we will work on it for 30 minutes and call you back...then you you can start the same process over with a new agent and do all the same steps again. Here's the excuses: You need a new sim card, need a new phone(it's a month old), need a new sim card(2 weeks old), you need to move to a different area, there's no towers in your area, there's no service in your area, and here's a new one...your battery is too low at 23%(and at 78%). If all else fails, they'll connect you to a network specialist and the call will be immediately disconnected so you can begin the whole process again! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

      I'm currently having the same issue as the last few complaints, I can't access my account through the web browser login error with dob I was able to before I got the blu 4 out of the box, cannot download the app do to old software on device and customer support cannot figure anything out waiting on a call back again on day 4 . Shouldn't take this long to activate a cell phone

      Safelink ***** and taking the government money treating their customers like we don't exist and belittle us. They sent me a broken phone 3 years ago and would not send me a new one. They keep cutting my unlimited data, text and calls off for no reason whole keeping govt funds for themselves. I am getting away from them as I write this. Please check in to them! Thank you!

      This company is horrible, horrible, horrible. I signed up for the acp program. They sent me an old outdated device. The device isnt even a touch screen. Its extremely low and doesnt stay charges. Safelink tells me that they will send me a new device on 3-5 business days. Never sent me a tracking number. I tried to check the order and it was never put in. Called safelink again and was told this time i had to wait **** business days. Only to find out that again no order was ever placed again. By this time its been a year now and im still having the same issue . I hope when the acp program runs out so do safelink services. They dont care about their customers. Worse company to do business with. It wasnt provided to me for free i would NEVER pay for safelink's services and i would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!
