      They lied to my grandma about purchasing a **** card and now they are telling us it's not compatible. My grandmas phone just automatically stopped working. Now I'm being told I can't get refunded for a **** card and I can't talk to a manager.

      I have a little of problems with safelink service .their platform is spotty an it takes forever to login to my safelink account .that's bad an I have no hotspit when I'm on ************* plan an that bothers me

      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHONE COMPANY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IM ON THE ACP PROGRAM WHICH MY GOVERNMENT PAYS FOR BECAUSE OF MY HEALTH ISSUES. BUT MY SERVICE IS CUT OFF DURING A CALL, FOR NO REASON I HAVE NO WAY TO CALL ANYONE BUT THEM, THEN ITS REPEAT MYSELF OVER AND OVER TO A AUTOMATED SYSTEM DESIGNED TO FRUSTRATE THE POPE, WHEN I DO GET TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY TALK LIKE ROBOTS INTENTIONALLY ARE SMUG, ARROGANT AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO NOT HELP MY PHONE IS COMPLETELY SHUT OFF EXCEPT FOR CALLING THEM. MY GOVERNMENT PAYS THESE PEOPLE FOR THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE OF ALL CEL PROVIDERS AND THEY LITERALLY CUT MY SERVICE OFF BUT MY GOVERNMENT STILL PAYS THEM IVE PAID OUT OF POCKET NUMEROUS TIMES THE FIRST TIME I PAID JUST TO WISH MY SISTER A HAPPY BIRTHDAY AT 8PM BY MORNING I HAD NO PHONE OR INTERNET. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE BROUGHT UP ON FEDERAL CHARGES!! PROSECUTE THEM TO THE FULLEST MAKE EXAMPLE OF THEM. WORSE IVE HAD 8 HEART ATTACKS AND OTHER HEALTH ISSUES BUT I HAVE HAD NO PHONE FIR OVER A WEEK. IVE CALLED AND CALLED OVER AN HOUR AGO I PAID MONEY AGAIN TO HAVE MY PHONE SERVICE BUT STILL I GET NOTHING!!! THIS IS THEFT, CON ARTIST, A CRIME FOR DOING IT ON A COMMUNICATION DEVICE. IF THERES A LAW GROUP THAT WILL START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY I KNOW FOR A FACT BY READING HUNDREDS OF REVIEWS THIS IS A WIN WIN SITUATION. MY $16 DOLLARS I JUST SPENT WAS SWINDLED OUT OF MY POCKET!!! THERES A REASON YOU HAVE TO HIT 1 STAR FOR REVIEW because of kickbacks. i will continue to leave bad reviews and report this horrible company until they are investigated and prosecuted.

      Lost phone agent didn't want to replace. Ask for information multiple and still failed to help with call. Didn't eseclate call to supervisor. Reported lost on Jan. 9. **** and the agent didn't report the phone lost. Asked for a supervisor and he didn't go get one. Foreign and couldn't answer my question or help. Can't get a replace phone have to buy a new phone and plan for $80 instead of the ususal fee of $25

      Worst customer service and they act like your stupid and can't verify your own information. Flat out lied said they sent the security pin to my email which I never received or the first (which comes through SMS) was never sent to the phone. Had to tell the person to resend it to the phone now that if was turned on. They kept saying that I was not providing valid phone numbers that phone had called when I had the phone in front of my face. Just praying they cancel my service so I can go somewhere else. My second and last time ever doing business with them. Both times have been nightmare with their representatives.

      I am also a SafeLink wireless customer I was promised unlimited internet with my ACP and lifeline benefits both being transferred to them. Didn't they tell me they did not accept both benefits together which I have proof that they do I have screenshots so I ain't showing that with both benefits you get unlimited internet. Horrible customer service constantly led to or the call dropped. Them telling me that my benefits are constantly being transferred out from another company that I've never heard of even though I had called both national verifiers and got the application numbers that they told me to get and then they still blatantly tell me that my benefits have been canceled even though I had an email from them showing that both of my benefits were active. Will be reported it to the **** to the BBB and anyone else who needs to hear about this. This company is blatantly lying to people saying that they offer unlimited internet when both benefits are transferred and then them saying things like we don't offer unlimited internet if we don't offer hotspots I'm a disabled college student. I lost both of my legs from below the knee down due to a spider bite and this is the only option I have for unlimited internet. My benefits keep getting transferred even though I have no clues doing it and I've explained to them that I'm an identity the aspective they told me not to contact this other company but then when I don't contact them that they're this other company apparently keeps transferring things out and they're allowing it even though I've asked them time and time again to lock in my benefit. I just got off the phone today with employee number ******* name of ********* then telling me they didn't have supervisors and that everything I was told by a supervisor last night to do was wrong and that my benefit was canceled even though I just got off the phone with this verifer company.

      Called Safelink at 8am Jan 3rd and was told I was approved for the lifeline ACP program. During this call I was told the sim card could take at least 7 days before I would receive it. Also told it would most likely be a ******* sim card. At that time I fully explained that ******* has absolutely the worst service in my surrounding area. I also advised the customer service representative that in this part of Tennessee its basically only Tmobile or Metro PCS (t-mobile) that is dependable with good data service. After explaining this the customer service rep recommended I go pick up a Tracphone sim card starter kit that would contain both a ******* and a Tmobile sim card. As she said if one wouldn't work I'd have the other...Well after traveling the 15 mile one way trip to the nearest ******* I purchased the dual card kit and immediately call Safelink from the parking lot. Different rep took the call and boy how things changed.. I was told I would have to try the ******* sim regardless of how bad it's service is here, and only after that I could call back to use the other card. Anyway with ******* I wasn't even able to open Gmail...It's that unusable. Now the fun... Called them back after allowing the automated system to try resetting my data with no help.. Went through two different reps who both told me that my phone was not compatible with a Tmobile sim... Well that's bizarre since like I told them my Galaxy s20 plus is a Tmobile UNLOCKED phone. And as of two days ago it had a working Tmobile sim in it.. Basically I was talked to as if I was clueless about my phone and how my phone was only ******* compatible... I even ask if my Tmobile bought Oneplus 10pro could be use instead, but once again they said that the Tmobile sim wasn't compatible.I ask on both calls to speak to a supervisor and both said the same thing. Since they exhausted all remedies there would be no reason for me to talk to a supervisor. Never been lied to like this by any company. Stay away!

      The customer service is very rude, I've been on the phone with them over 4 hours trying to transport My number over to them, they keep hanging up the phone in my face asking me my name, asking spell my name like they can't f****** hear, they don't know what the f*** they doing, had me to buy a sim card and I can't keep them on the phone to give it to them , all of them , need to be fired , because they don't know what the f*** they doing, I hope this ain't no government job and they got these m************ working for them

      SAFELINK is a ***** and ****. I got my phone lost/stolen and called them over 4-5 times to have the phone disconnected/deactivated. The phone kept on hanging up on me each time when they suppose to put me on hold. Finally gets to speak to someone. However, they kept giving me the run around asking me for numbers I called and pin to authenticate the phone and what have you not. This information wasn't told or given to me when the phone was activated that i needed to have this in case situation like this happens. This is a punch of fraudsters to keep the phone on. Both persons I spoke with have no customer service etiquette about themselves. They need to take courses of how to serve the public. .Lets be serious and get some real compassionate and understanding individuals whom know how to communicate and solve someone's issue with the phone at SAFELINK WIRELESS instead of people reading off of a script in front of them. Customer Service people are very RUDE and INSENSITIVE.
