      Extremely satisfied with MaxCare as it reduced our out of pocket expenses and we able to maintain the condition and safety of our car.Would be happy to continue with MaxCare once the warranty expires

      ******* somehow managed to lose my claim documents that she requested, did not contact my apartment complex like she expressed she would do, made no attempts to contact me afterwards, and seemed to make sure I was completely unable to so much as reach her to discuss the claim. The claim was misfiled under the wrong category despite multiple instances of specification regarding the nature of the damages and the case was closed without any sort of notification to me. When I called the customer ********************** hotline after approximately eight different attempts to do so, during which I was actually hung up on several times, I was informed that ******* had stated that documents that I had explicitly sent to her and had received responses on were never sent in the first place. She only communicated to me over text and had never once made a single attempt to reach out to me despite her apparently having filed that she did. It's one thing to be incompetent. It's another thing to be incompetent and a liar. Afraid to file anything else with these people ever again if this was my very first experience trying to file a claim.

      This company makes the promise of preferred Care, I have to tell you it is far from preferred. Trash company. Has no control over its partners to fulfill the claims, no control over deductibles to resolve claim issues (even when they're at fault) and will straight up ghost you if they don't want to assist via email. Please save yourself the ****** of buying and using this insurance; there is more satisfaction running a cheese grater across your leg.

      Everything seems so good so far, it was referred to us by our apartment agency and our property is extravagant and the payment plans are good. It's nice to go 5 months and not have to pay a bill during the summer. I just hope they pay damages as they claim they would if it is ever needed. I love the easy online payments. So I can only speak to one side of the experience and not the full experience. Client for a few years now. The last rate increase was a bit much. Insurance executives need to learn to take a pay cut from the top and pass it on to the renters and home owners who made them rich.
