Although the course covers everything you will need to pass the sales person test, most of the content is old and some is inconsistent. Do you believe what they say or the answers on the chapter quiz? There are some that are completely contradictory. The 2024 class action lawsuit against *** has changed the agent commission structure, specifically the buyer agent commissions. All info on the course is still directed towards the old way of doing business. I don't know yet if the sales persons test has any questions directed toward the new regulations working with buyers, but I would have to assume it will. If you are going to offer a program, it should not only give them the info to pass the test, but also the correct info for conducting their business. On another note, I did email RealestateU with a question about one of their products and they never responded. Just seems like the program was created 10+ years ago, then left to create residual income with no updates or customer service.Real Estate U Online, LLC

We cannot update course content independently until the state provides official guidance, as doing so could lead to discrepancies between what students learn and what appears on the licensing exam. Please rest assured that the information in our course meets current state requirements and aligns with the content tested on the state exam.

I would not recommend their online Ohio MLO course. The coursework has terrible grammar and many of the questions are difficult to determine what they're asking you. I have plenty of real estate experience and was previously licensed as a real estate salesperson so none of this material is new to me and I still found it difficult to complete the coursework in the two weeks that they provided, but only due to the horrendous grammar throughout the course.Real Estate U Online, LLC
