"yellow pages directory" sent us an invoice for $489.80. Clearly a scam. We have instructed all of our offices to NEVER talk or accept anything from yellow pages. My company received a $498.86 bill from this company -Yellow Directory Pages- dated 5-25-2023. Ive never heard of these people - this is a SCAM and these people need to be arrested.Look at all the complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau of *******!!! Received in mail today a bill for 1 year of a web profiling services, in the amount of $489.86, for a company I owned. The company has been closed since 2008. I did not order or agree to this service. This is not legitimate and must be a scam. I received a fraudulent invoice from Yellow Pages Directory out of *********, ** on 06-29-2023. They never spoke to anyone in my office as they have our fax number on the invoice. They have a purchase ID on the invoice as well with my name. I know this is fraudulent because our office has a policy to NEVER approve anything over the phone as we have been scammed in the past.Initial Complaint

Received a fake invoice for a 2 year BOLD Directory for the amount of $498.86. I believe this is a scam, made to look like an official Yellow Pages invoice. It is from "YELLOW PAGES DIRECTORY" and although we do business with the REAL Yellow Pages.... this is a "knock off" attempt to look like official Yellow Pages business. DO NOT PAY THESE. Anyone advertising will have a rep they can call to verify if not sure. Keep your contracts people, scams are rampid these days.Business Response

Received an invoice from Yellow Pages Directory, ********************************************************* for $498.86 for 1 year. I have never used this company for anything. Nowhere on this invoice does it state "advertising or not a bill". I thought companies had to do that. It also says I could pay for 2 years for $789.71. This company is billing my company for services we do not want nor desire. We have no contract. We spoke to representatives from this company last year about ending any and all services we may or may not have had in the past and not to contact us again. Now, I have another bill from them and they want me to pay $498.86 for services I do not want. The company also states they are going to charge me interest if I do not pay! My business received an invoice from a company called yellow directories pages. As for a service I never requested. I believe this is a scam.
