      Should be ZERO but that's not available. Tracfone stole my telephone hard wired landline # which according to **** it caused them to disconnect my services. **** said work order received from *******. ******* says they did not send work order but see phone # re-assigned to Tracfone. This situation required us to re-establish phone service and upgrade a perfectly good home security system. A lot of hassle and expense. They say because I'm not a customer that they cannot tell me how or why this happened (I guess they keep their customers information private???). I just wanted to understand the root cause. Is this fraud or human error? They don't verify who the # being transferred to belongs to and that it is an available # to take? Ridiculous? They are subsidiary of *******. We are ******* cell phone service users. ******* says they cannot help us because they cannot see Tracfone's data??? Something funny is going on because we are not the only ones this happened to......I posted to social media and it's happening everyday. Something must be done because their systems are broken and the law is permitting this to happen? Here is a link to the news story. I told them we would file a complaint to ***, BBB and post on social and local media outlets. We have. We keep our promises and comittments. I think all three should chip in to reimburse me for the $2500 upgrade our in home security to go wireless because the wired system disconnected. Horrible customer service when none of 3 companies can explain. ********************************************

      Absolutely useless support! Someone got coats mixed up and put their phone in my wife's coat! I spent days trying to figure out who owned the phone! It has a TracFone sim card in it so I attempted to contact TracFone support it took almost 3 hours to get a human because I didn't know the phone number or the owners name the phone was locked! When I was finally able to reach a human they pretended to care took the IMIE number off the SIM card and said they have a name and alternative contact information, i didn't expect them to tell me but to attempt it contact the owner! It was all a game they forwarded me without taking my information and the call was dropped! I didn't have time to keep wasting hours trying it get a employee that cares, lucky we found the owner ourselves life we failed someone would have been out a expense Samsung Galaxy phone that had no way io connect the owner! It was a elderly person that was on a limited income who mixed up coats at a hospital my wife was at she didn't know the phone was there for a week. I would definitely never purchase service from a company ran this way that doesn't care about its customers

      I have a tracfone plan that automatically bills my account on a monthly basis in the amount of $26.85. I was billed on April 3 and again on May 5; however, mid month, I billed an addional $32.23. After being placed on hold for more than an hour, I was assured by two different representatives that I would receive a refund within 3 days. It never happened. After attempting to follow up with Tracfone today, I was told that I will not be receiving a refund because of usage. Of course there was usage! I have a prepaid plan! After many years of using Tracfone, I will be looking for a company that is honest.

      I can't believe how bad the customers service for this **********************. Just unbelievable terrible worst customers service there is in the entire universe. Waiting for a service is like waiting for UFO to crash landing on your backyard. Maybe you have a better chance get hit by lightning or seeing an elephant flying in the sky. Unbelievable worst customers service ever. Fffucking unbelievable .

      I'm a long-term TracFone customer, so I'm familiar with service policies. That was until today. My service end date was today, and I planned to add airtime (like any other month). Overnight, the phone was deactivated. Called customer service and discovered that the "end date policy" had changed. One must add service the day before to remain active. Apparently, lots of customers are experiencing the deactivation frustration while TracFone management keeps quiet. You are a cell phone service provider. Do you not know how to text new policy to customers? Avoid this nonsense.

      Carrier Straight Talk or affiliate *******, total wireless, tracfone, simple mobile etc etc, wont unlock my phone. My iphone 16e was activated on March 5th before carrier change its policy on April 1st and is now applying new policy retroactively which is a breach of term of service to me. They claiming I need to have 60 days of active service cause of new policy, when under the old policy it states I just have to wait 60 days from date of activation to unlock my phone. It is now day 63 and carrier will not unlock my phone regardless of what I do. This is very shady business practice when a contract is not being honor by a big cooporate company, so buyer beware to any future customer of this shady company. They told me they can do whatever they want even in this case when its clearly outright illegal, they just dont care, they are a mafia company.

      Poor ***************** I have been a customer for 15+ years. All of a sudden my balances are 0. After 4 phone calls their answer is to buy another plan. No way. My cell is not my primary phone so there's no way I've gone over 400 minutes in less than a month. In fact my minutes/texts rollover annually. They didn't want to investigate the reason why. Goodbye Tracphone

      I recently purchased a Motorola Moto G Power phone and its a great well built device but in the phone activation menu on the Tracfone website it keeps giving an error message that it can't complete the transaction and I was using the Firefox browser, I read online that using the Edge and Chrome browser works so after I switched browsers the phone activation on the website was easy and my new phone works great. The plan prices are low and reasonable compared to most other phone carriers and I'm glad that theirs no hidden fees, I would highly recommend Tracfone.

      After numerous attempts to resolve my phone issue, they refuse to refund me for services unrendered.
