      I only wish we could put - 5 stars for this "company". Their app doesn't work properly and they don't understand how it works or how internet security or business works at all! The app all of the sudden last month rejects my payment method ,saying "card declined" ,which is false. I have checked with the bank ,card is good ,also it works anywhere else. But try telling that to tracfone customer service. First in the "chat" option on the site you will start by talking to sales representatives ,who will by the way ask for all of your card information, including security PIN etc. As will the higher *** they connect you with. This is against the law and it breaks every privacy standard in the business. Obviously tracfone trains its people to collect personal payment information ,since they all ask for it. I hope the government will investigate this company because this is gonna eventually cause their customers to get their money stolen. Worst company ,worst customer service ever ,and looks to me like they are breaking the law and putting everyone at a security risk.

      Like everyone else, if I could leave zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service after ************. The inept, incompetent agents are trained to lie, cheat and steal. Tracphone couldn't care less about their customers.

      The absolute worst customer service ever. They recently deleted all of our minutes, texts and data, leaving us only an end service date of October 2025. When I called and asked why they had no answer. After many years of horrible service we recently switched to ***** and talked by e service is awesome. Goodbye tracfone.

      Do NOT trust Tracfone **************** people! They lied to me many times, messed up my prepaid phone plan ,so I lost 5 months of unlimited talk/text. Told me they couldn't restore my lost months of service NOW, to call back in a month and THEN they'd be able to help me. As "apology" they sold me 20 GB of Data with creditcard for $20 but then did NOT give me the Data I paid for. Tracfone sent me conformation email, but when I called back in a month, they said NO, it wasn't possible to restore lost 5 months of service I'd paid for AND said they DID give me 20Gb of data (BUT It never showed up on my phone). Told me to contact my creditcard and dispute the $20 charge for 20GB data. !!!ALWAYS GET A REFERENCE # WHEN TALKING TO TRACFONE AGENT!!! I predict Tracfone will NOT be in business for long. I'm getting away from Tracfone as soon as I can !!!

      Customer service no good. Had service 6years since January 2025 no voicemail. Customer service ask what I want them to do but they don't do or care. Replace with different service I don't recommend TracFone to anyone

      I agree, I would give them a zero. Purchase a sim card for my phone I already own, and purchased a service plan for this same phone. This was done online with the help of a tracfone agent. I received the wrong sim card. Was on line trying to activate when an TracFone agent for over 3 hours when the agent told me the sim card was the wrong one and I had to purchase the right one. After being transfer 3 times and telling the agent that again they sent me the wrong sim card and I would purchase the right one if I got a refund for the one I purchased. I was told that that I had to mail back the wrong sim card at my expense in order to get a refund. I was not going to do this because it was their agent that sent me the wrong sim card so I just want to cancel the service contract I paid for of $144 because I could not activate the phone with the wrong sim card. Was told in order to cancel and get a refund I had to send the wrong sim card back. I am going to dispute this amount $ 144 and $4.99 with my credit card.

      Tracfone should be in the hall of fame for ******** customer service. It's been my experience that any call to its customer service department carries a *****% chance of wasting at least an hour of time while dealing with people who speak broken English, don't have a clue, don't listen to your question, never resolve the problem, and simply respond by reading off a terrible script.

      Worst company ever! You are supposed to save $5 with autofill, but every single month they deactivate the autofill and then I have to fight with them to give me the $5 off. Also, they will randomly charge your debit card and tell you that they have not authorized the charge and to contact your bank.

      Dealing with Tracfone is maddening. I purchased a phone for nearly $400. It wasnt working so I took the ****** to *****. They said it was defective and swapped it with another IPhone. The new phone is SIM locked and despite over 20 calls to Tracfone they will not unlock it!! DONE!

      I am switching carriers and tractor will not give me my NOT NOT number to transfer my phone number to the new carrier!!
