      Another flight delayed.This time tire problems at the gate. At time of this email we are into 8hrs delay. Next will be crew problems and then cancellation from a chapter 11 airline. Please just go away already.

      On 4/4/25 I was set to leave *** at 9pm traveling to Bwi my flight didnt take off until 2am and I arrived at *** at 4:33 am. I was told it was nothing they can do about the delay things happen. I was charged by the hotel for no show and I was charged an additional day for my rental car even tho I wasnt able to pick up until the following day. That was litter 287 dollars down the drain. Going to 4/6/25 I board the plan me and my fiance was talking amongst each other a flight attendant name ***** **** that I have never met nor seen in my life said my fianc called her out her name so at that point we was completely lost because he like I dont know you to call you out your name I was literally having a conversation with my person not you. She stormed off to the back of the plane and called to have us removed which we got off the plane with no argument the level of embarrassment that was displayed that night was ridiculous and the lady sitting next to us was like what just happened. She even told the lady that we was talking amongst ourselves. The lady still insist on us being removed. I missed work that following day. Even the other crew members was completely lost because how nice me and my fiance was to every one upon entering the plane. I will never fly with these people again everrrrrrrrrrrrr

      Our flight was initially delayed due to plane coming in late. Then they boarded us but said we couldn't leave due to storm that just came in, and then told after the storm passed that we had to wait our turn to take off, then we were told we had to get off the plane cuz they had already kept us on for THREE HOURS!!!!!! Then we were told absolutely nothing. Not even the boards were updating. After another 2 hours at the airport, and watching other flights take off, our flight was just Canceled. And then there was the nightmare of rebooking, after waiting in line, they wudnt offer anything sooner than TWO DAYS LATER. We had children with us that had important school events that they missed. Now they won't give any compensation for all the expenses incurred claiming it was due to weather. I checked all flights that went out that evening including spirit and that is an absolute lie.

      ?? Worst Airline Experience Unprofessional & Abusive Crew! ??I had an absolutely terrible experience on Spirit Flight 712 (FLL to LGA, March 16, 2025). The flight attendants (****, **** ********* and another female crew member at L1/R1) were rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent.? SAFETY CONCERNS They failed to explain emergency exit procedures properly. Would they even know what to do in a real emergency?? ABUSE OF POWER They threatened to deplane me just for asking about available overhead space. Another passenger was kicked off the flight for simply questioning them!? TERRIBLE SERVICE People were denied water during a 90-minute onboard delay ? PATHETIC COMPENSATION Spirit's response? A $30 voucher. What a joke.I have filed a complaint with the ***, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid Spirit Airlines unless you want to be disrespected, threatened, and treated like a burden instead of a paying customer. ?? Do better, ********************!

      After booking my flight , I went to check In, and was told there was an alert from possible fraud on my credit card. I SHOWED THEM MY I.D. AND MY CREDIT CARD AND ALSO CALLED MY BANK AND THE BENK OFFICER TOLD ME THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD. THE WOULD NOT TALK TO THE BANK OFFICIAL.THEY WOULD NOT TAKE CASH. I LOST MY FLIGHT AND WAS CHARGED $29 DOLLARS FOR HAVING TO CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION PLUS $50 payed for trip to and from the airport plus 28 for trip insurance. I LOST A TOTAL OF $108. AND A RUINED VACATION. IF YOU WANT A RUINED VACATION BOOK OR FLY SPIRIT AIRLINES

      I flew from ATL to Vegas round trip on March 5, 2025. Upon arriving to Vegas, I opened my suitcase and discovered shoes and clothing valued over $1,000. Spirit advised me to fill out a claim just for them to tell me they won’t reimburse the items they stole out of my bag due to policy. What policy entails they have the right to open my bag and steal out of it? What policy entails that I will be taking a risk when flying with this company. I even flew first class, and I still received poor treatment. When arriving back to Atlanta, they lost my bag and offered $30 voucher. I will never fly Spirit again and I will be getting my items stolen reimbursed.

      If I could give them a zero rating it would still be too high. We had a flight from ******* to ********* with a layover in ***********. The flight in ******* was delayed for 3 hours and our connecting flight in ** was airborne before we even landed. Their only solution was to put us on a flight back to ******* and then on a non-stop flight to *********. That would have been an extra 9 hours of flight time. The new non-stop flight ended up getting canceled and now I am in an endless battle to try and get a refund since I had to book travel on another airline. The agent I dealt with in ** was very rude and condescending (nice to know how they treat disabled US combat veterans) and even tried to play the race card. He gave me his first name and refused to give his last name or even bring out a supervisor. AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

      "SPIRIT RUINED MY TRIP". And part of my Mother's 60th Birthday Weekend. My original flight plan was to: leave *** at 8:38PM SATURDAY EVENING, stop in *********** for an hour and get to ******* by 11:51PM, SATURDAY NIGHT. *Time zone change, which made this look shorter, in the original scheduling* NEVER SAW ******** The flight from *** was over 2 hours delayed, once we got to N.O. @12AM SUNDAY MORNING, they added a stop back to *** which didn't leave until 5:40AM. And with the new time. I was now set to get to *******, a whole day later, 4:45PM SUNDAY AFTERNOON. We ended up having to cancel the rest of that flight trip, and renting a car (just to salvage whatever we could, of the trip). 600 DOLLARS.. WASTED. But I was still receiving flights alerts from the airline, which included multiple delays, going back to the original departure city, and even more delays going to any other following stops. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY EVER DID REACH THE ACTUAL DESTINATION... I WOULD LEAVE "0 STARS" IF I COULD. NEVER AGAIN.
