I been associated with Arise for over 10 years recently on 10/19 has been made aware since the third party vendor didn't complete their job on time I was dropped from the opportunity. I made arise aware that I performed by 10/10. First Advantage states reports can take 5 to 10 buissness days. That's not even the worse the vendor they used got my results mixed with another person and I have the proof with me in black and white. Usually able to go to enrollment for support they just supplied another form for results but dropped me from opportunity and it doesn't start to Nov 2nd. I have alot of anxiety about this matter as Im a hurricane survivor.Business Response

I received an email or several emails to apply on the arise platform. I did so today and it was a nightmare. The platform is very busy. Very confusing. I took three hours of my time to apply on this platform and it was a waste of time. All of the unnecessary assessments I completed the voice assessment to determine if my voice was good enough, which should be considered discrimination. I completed several others assessment only to turned away. I respect that even though I am overqualified for the positions, I want my data removed from this site. My social and my personal demographics. I tried to chat, but the chat is horrific. It keeps shutting down not loading this experience was just horrible. However, please remove my information from your site my phone number, my Social Security number, my address and email address. And take away the unnecessary assessments know when you have no intentions on hiring people you're just want to scam people out fees.Business Response

On October 12, 2023 at 6:20pm I sent a message to have my account terminated to ***************************************************** For the past few days I have been getting the run around about how to do this. At 11:**** I was asked to provide my information, user ID, name, mailing address, etc. Which I did On October 13 at 9:28am I received an email from *************************************** "Hello,Thank you for your Email response.Please do help us with the reason to deactivate your profile from Arise platform and also just to inform once you deactivate your profile from Arise platform you will no longer be able to service for next Six month." I provided the reason and then for hours no response. I asked at 5:15pm has this been resolved. Now I just received an email at 11:38pm saying, "If at any time you would like to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from receiving electronic communications from Arise or withdraw from the platform, you can do so by sending an email from the e-mail address on file with Arise to ******************************************* Please note that withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications from Arise will result in the inactivation of your profile and prevent you from using the Arise platform in the future."None of this information is provided to users on how to delete your information on their site. I want my account deletion completed. All of my information removed from this business. I'm tired of getting the run around.Business Response

I, much like the other complaints stated, have had an unresolved issue with Arise and their handling of location and identity information. I was removed from a class because of this. When I had sent the necessary location and identity information needed to stay logged into my opportunity, I was still locked out of my account, my class, and I am unable to service. I have the necessary information enclosed within this complaint. This part of registration should be overhauled immediately. I understand that information security is important but it should NEVER be designed to keep agents out. Is this how Arise treats veterans? I request to be in a service opportunity free of charge for this horrendous inconvenience.Business Response

Ormoned Fingers failed to comply with the Compliance request to complete the ** verification assessment. Subsequently, the account being used by Ormoned Fingers was suspended.

I am rejecting this response because: They've still locked my account and when they did answer this complaint, they treated me as though none of my emails were sent and scolded me like a child. They've called me to put me in a Photo Identification Assessment (which I have complied) and I don't think they have acknowledged and are gaslighting me as though I have never complied. Arise did not open my account (enclosed in this complaint), threated to lock me out of my account (when they've already locked me out what a laugh), and they're saving face with that answer to this complaint. Enclosed within this complaint are the so-called results of their efforts.

About 5 years ago, I was a contracted agent with Arise and had a major health issue that caused me not to be able to service. I was a top performer and even had many PF roles. When trying to re-activate my profile years later it says my ssn is already reg so I contacted registration email address (8 times with NO HELP) & compliance team with NO HELP. I was told after 5 years I have to do a ID Assessment, clicked the link to start it, it DOES NOT WORK and I emailed them many times telling them the link is broken and no reply......This is truly unprofessional and not the Arise I know, Arise has always been excellent and I am shocked by this .... It has come to my attention that my business, ***** *********** LLC, was treated unfairly and unethically during our tenure as an IB on your platform. The primary reason for my writing is the removal of my business from your platform, a decision that was taken after I refused to grant ********** for my company to be the scapegoat for questionable practices within Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc.This issue culminated in a lawsuit being filed against my company, ***** *********** LLC, as well as Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc. by ***********************. ******************** alleged that ***** *********** did not pay her wages for training, while it is worth noting that according to Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc., there isn't any formal training but rather a certification phase. This discrepancy in the way training is defined and communicated between your platform and the IBs leads to confusion among agents and potential employees.Furthermore, it has come to my attention that some individuals or entities within Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc. have been using the information available on the platform to initiate harassing calls to potential employees. This unethical behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of my company but also erodes the trust and respect that employees and potential agents have for ***** *********** LLC.Throughout our partnership, I have been dedicated to providing employment opportunities to over 500 people on thebasisofextensive forcedunpaid meets discouragement and cause my company scrutiny and a badrepresentation to thepublic, I have always encouraged agents to explore opportunities for growth and advancement. I signed up for one of their opportunities. I went through each of the steps, as well as paid and completed my background check. I received an email stating that the next step would be to do fingerprinting, and that I would be receiving another email to schedule this. If I didn't receive the email within three days, to submit a ticket requesting a new one to be sent. I also added the email address it was coming from, to my contacts, as suggested. Three days later, no email. I submitted my ticket, as *************** ticket was closed and I received this message:///////Hello, we show that you are interested or enrolled in the 10.2.23 Opportunity. Your fingerprint email and Docusign package has not been created yet. We have not begun processing credentials at this time. We will send an email communication once the process has started with helpful information on next steps. Please reach back out to support if you have any additonal questions.///////This information is incorrect, I was already passed all of that, and onto the fingerprints. I have emails to prove all this. I submitted the ticket two more times, explaining my situation, and I received the same generic response. No one addressed my issue. I even asked for someone to call me. Nothing.I tried calling Arise, after finding their phone number online, and got a voicemail system. I was directed to the virtual assistant, which doesn't help at all.Because of all these delays, the opportunity I was trying to enroll in went away. I spent money, that I don't have, to try to get in on this so I can make money for my family. I've contacted Arise Virtual Solutions via info Etape Neuf for an employment opportunity with Citibank. I've started the application and onboarding on 28 July for this employment. In the meantime, I've submitted a complete application via docusign, paid a $30 background fee, and traveled to *** Store to get fingerprints. It took several weeks between each step for them to acknowledge the completed steps. In addition, the application was sent back and said I needed to complete 10 years worth of employment. I checked the original application and I went back 12 years, more than they asked for. I emailed them about this fact and then Arise Virtual solutions voided my application and said I couldn't begin my class. So, they have my $30, they keep kicking back my application which is done correctly, and I keep getting the runaround. This business is a scam preying on job seekers. I want my money back and an investigation. I reached out to Arise due to my portal being locked after speaking with technical support i was informed that i had a duplicate account on file and it would take 6 months to resolve, after checking in with technical support I was again informed that my account would be locked for 6 months will out any prior notification or instructions on expedited resolve. As an IBO i have lost finances and employees I have practically lost my business license and relationships with financial advisors, I only wish to resume business after my reputation has been repaired.Business Response
