Absolutely pathetic Absolutely pathetic! Had to pull teeth to get a second opinion (because the first doctor said he was sending a prescription to help me feel better and did not) then with the new one the call dropped because Im so far in the mountains! Instead of calling me back to finish the call he literally wrote the summary and said follow per first consultation. Out of work for 3 days and told me I was highly contagious and said to take Claritin? What a joke! 1st call ***********************, MD 2nd call *************************, MDMDLIVE Inc.

I called mdlive due to being a weekend a family doctor not in. After being diagnosed with upper respiratory infection by doctor on phoe I was informed that no medicine would help and just tough it out. I paid money to this company for them to tell me something I could have told anybody and get paid the money they get for patients. I'm NOT HAPPY with there services and will never use them again. I will just hold out till a weekday and go see a real doctor that will help.MDLIVE Inc.

Wish I could leave negative stars. I scheduled and appointment on 12/4/23 with *********** and never got a call and they said I missed and charged me 50 bucks instantly. Again on 12/6/23 with *********** and never received a call and they charged me another 50 bucks instantly. Both times I followed the link and was online well before the appointment times and they never called either time. I was trying to see a psychiatrist because I need serious help and all they have done is take my money and push me closer and closer to the edge. It takes them 45 days supposedly to refund your money which is absolutely garbage. I need the money to see a psychiatrist and i am not rich and I really need help my marriage and life is falling apart and a service supposedly offering help then taking your money for no help absolutely upsets me and I don't see how it's legal.MDLIVE Inc.

I called today at 2:00 pm eastern time due to in pain due to UTI infection symptoms. ***************************** was very nice and said was calling in antibiotics. 4 hours later called my pharmacy and no prescription was called in. I have called customer service and been waiting other 2 hours for nurse on call to contact me back to call the prescription in. I should have gone to urgent care. I thought this process would be faster and convenient and has not been. It is now 7:15 pm and no prescription or return call.MDLIVE Inc.

I have had two separate and equally disappointing experiences with this company, involving two different medical professionals. On both occasions, the initial sessions were solely focused on taking my medical history and a ***** inclination to prescribe medication, without any substantive therapy or support. More distressingly, the scheduled follow-up sessions were unprofessionally handled, with both practitioners failing to show up without any prior notice or reasonable explanation. Furthermore, these incidents occurred during a period when I was seeking support to manage time sensitive issues. The lack of reliable support from MDlive during this crucial time has left me feeling neglected and has adversely affected my mental health. In addition to my experiences with MDlive, I have also sought services from another online therapy provider, only to encounter similar issues of unprofessionalism and neglect. This pattern of behavior suggests a concerning trend in the online therapy industry, where the standard of care and professionalism appears to be markedly lower than what one would expect in face-to-face therapeutic settings. It is crucial for such services to maintain a high standard of care and professionalism, especially given the sensitive nature of mental health support.MDLIVE Inc.

Patients are encouraged to seek Therapy prior to Psychiatry so that the therapist can recommend if they believe additional therapeutic interventions, like medication, are necessary. Patients are not to expect any counseling during their visits with psychiatrists. This is specifically mentioned on the MDLIVE scheduling page when selecting what type of care to seek. Psychiatry details: Psychiatrists typically do not provide therapy but can prescribe medications when appropriate. Furthermore, it is the duty of the doctor to gather the full history of a patient during an intake visit, even if it feels arduous to the patient. ********** showed up a minute prior to the start time of their initial visit on 11/08/2023 and was able to complete the visit.The patient immediately scheduled another intake, not a follow-up, with a different provider, ************************. ************************ was re-educated on the expectations surrounding scheduled visit attendance. After a review of *************************** cancellation history, no trends were identified. Huge waste of money. There is NO healthcare in **********. NONE. I attempted to go on MD Live as I've been sick and thought I may have COVID. I waited 40 minutes to "see" a doctor even though the screen kept saying I only had to wait 10 minutes. I finally got on to see a "doctor" and waited another 20 minutes with nothing absolutely NOTHING. I logged out. THen they had the audacity and ignorance to send me an email saying I missed my appointment Just FYI DO NOT move to ********** unless you have a death wish. these idiots don't even deserve one starMDLIVE Inc.

I had a medication reaction at 2am in the morning. I was grateful to be able to speak to a doctor who explained my situation and relived my stress and prescribed me some medication I picked up the next morning. I will continue using MDLIVE when any health issue arise after hours. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star rating was that the doctor was a bit hard to understand, we had a poor connection.MDLIVE Inc.

I have used MDLIVE several times because my insurance recommends it and it was easy to see a DR from home. I have had several great visits and some doctors think it is going to cost them if they prescribe medicine to you and tell you to take OTC remedies, which I could have done myself and not got the appointment with them. The worst experience I've had so far is trying to PAY the balances from several claims. I have to pay the copay and even though my account shows a balance on several claims that need to be paid and my card has been on file for several months they have yet to take the payment. I have called several times and even the operator didn't know how to take the payment. So help me if these balance get turned over to a collection agency I'm going to *** this company. I have been trying to pay these bills for MONTHS NOW. I have never seen a company that is so hard to pay and get their money. I would have left 0 stars just for that but had to leave 1 star.MDLIVE Inc.

I will never use MD live again. Ive canceled three appointments way ahead of time. I had to fight with my credit card company and only got one refunded. They do not refund your money for a cancellation but easily take your money before your appointment regardless, if its three months away or one month away. Then they say give them 45 days after cancellation. Then they dont refund it. If I could leave 0 stars I would.MDLIVE Inc.

Absolute scam. They claim my son was not covered for his visit on 5/38/23. They charged me $82. I called them, they said please call your insurance company with us on the line so we can verify he was covered. I did that. Was promised a refund. A month later not refund. I called and they still say he wasn't insured at the time of visit. I offered to get my insurance company on the line again and they refused.
