This occurred recently in the beginning of September. I have a subscription for their 10x health vitamins and received two vitamins in the mail. However, once I saw the deliver I determined I didnt need the product anymore, since I have a bottle left. I contacted 10x health and requested the return and they replied that they couldnt return the product since it is not standard to their quality measures? I was alarmed since the box hasnt been open, the shipping box isnt open, the product isnt open, and its literally still in the unopened delivery box. I then emailed again with a response saying this wasnt a good customer service response, since I have been a customer for a while now . Then they said that their quality standards dont allow them to take returns? So I replied that as a customer I have rights too with my purchase, which in this case the product isnt even open nor is the deliver packaging open? How can your product be deemed contaminated when you were the people placing it from your warehouse into the box and shipping it? Does that mean the product is already contaminated once you placed it ? I dont know how businesses get away with policies like this. The test that was described to me is not accurate what I received.Before I sent in the results, several people called and texted me that I needed to buy an additional test for additional services. I explained that I wanted to get the first test done before I did anything else.This company has horrible customer service and after the results no one explains anything to you and they want you to pay an additional 119 for someone to explain the results.The test my business partner received is not the same report of explanations that I received.Business Response

Approx mid July 2024, I purchased 2 genetic tests for my husband and myself for $1198. The tests were received at their lab per *** tracking on July 31, 2024. I waited until the first week of Sept to contact the company about me not having any results. I was first told the tests were not usable and the company basically blamed me for not doing the tests properly!! They offered to resend the tests, which I replied with a big NO! If you cant handle my DNA tests properly then I dont want anything to do with your company and I requested a refund! The next email I received stated they sent us the wrong tests!!!! What?? Im still waiting to hear from anyone at this company about my refund, after many emails!!! This company is a complete joke and **** ****** should be ASHAMED!!! I purchased a precision genetic test for $599. The company sent me an email that the results were ready but when I clicked on the link the information was not present on the linked page. I reached out to their customer services. After a week of back and forth e-mails the representative notified me he was escalating my concern and I heard nothing for 2 weeks and emailed the company representative gain. No response. Another week and I messaged again without response. I just received a customer service evaluation questionairre for the company but again no response about my concern. I have basically wasted my $599. There are no other ways to contact the company listed.Business Response

On may 24th I purchased 2 test kits, I contacted them to see where they were on may 30th was told they are getting ready to ship. The kits arrived june 4th, we sent them back the next day. I contacted them june 17th and was told the kits were logged in on June 12 and told 5-6 weeks to process. On July 23rd I was told it would be another 30 days before I might get the results. At this point I either want the results as promised or a refund. The credit card company said they won't help as I already paid it off in their eyes and it's over the 60 days to dispute it.Business Response

Once logged in you should see a tile that says Precision genetic test. Once you click this tile the results will open up as well as a video on how you can read and interpret your results. I paid for a 6 month peptide treatment I was supposed to get lab work done midway to check levels and when I kept contacting they took 2 months to get back to me after getting my lab work back its all negative I didnt pay that kind of money to not commit to doing the therapy as it should be at this point I have half the product and have been off the product for over 2 1:2 months its like any kind of medicine its supposed to be taken as advised by pharmacy plus when I called to cancel vitamin prescription they gave me the run around until it was shipped so they would get an extra month from me all a scam water almost 5k for this I wish I could get my money back but most of all I hope it doesnt have long negative repercussions because I was never advised as needed to be on dosage adjustment and am running around trying to figure out how to get my blood work under control total disasterBusiness Response

Once he was asked to provide more information regarding his experience with us, there seemed to be a discrepancy between what he was told and the process we have in place. After asking once again if there was anything we could do, I was told no. 6/17/2024 10:00am spoke with 10X Health employee, *******************, He told me the cost for genetic testing and counseling session is $599. He also told me they had a more comprehensive test for $1200. I told him I did not want to spend $1200 and that I would go to the website and purchase the $599 option. He told me no, don't go to the website, I will take care of everything for you.He told me all that was left was to schedule a lab test with LabCorp and give him my credit card number. So I did. He scheduled my lab test for a few days later (6/20/2024) and charged my credit card $599.On 6/20/2024, I arrived at the ******* location for my blood draw and they did not have any orders on file for me. After several attempts to contact 10X and ***, I received a reply from *** that he did not get my orders sent over because 6/19 was a holiday (two days after I talked to him). Finally he had the orders sent through to ******* and then I noticed ANOTHER charge for $599 on my bank statement. I emailed him the same day (6/20) and asked him to please look at my account because it looks like I was accidentally charged twice. Then he replied back to me that the cost is $599 for blood test and $599 for genetic test. I also called 10X main number and talked with someone - asking them to please pull my call with ******************* who assured me several times that I would only be charged $599. She told me that my money could not be refunded because I went thru with having the test done. If he had not waited until I was actually at the lab to have my orders sent and charge my card again, I could have cancelled the lab appointment! This was very sneaky and dishonest way to go ahead and charge me the $1200 I told him I could not afford to spend out of my HSA account. I asked her to please escalate my call to a manager/supervisor. She assured me that she did and that she included notes of everything I told her. It was recommended by 10X Health, after doing my Genetic Testing, that I take their 10X Optimize Supplement. I ordered a subscription and began taking the supplement but had a reaction to it. In March, I called their **************** number to cancel the subscription. I was told it was cancelled and I would not receive any further shipments or be charged for the supplements. In May, I moved and in the process of moving I received a shipment of the 10X Optimize, two bottles, totally about $100.00. I immediately called **************** and at first they said they saw no subscriptions in their system and when I checked my account, I saw no subscriptions listed either but yet, I still received a shipment. I was told I had to cancel the subscription again, even though there wasn't one in the system. I went ahead and cancelled it and the Customer Representative did send me a cancellation email this time. When I asked for a refund and return authorization, I was informed their policy was not to provide refunds for supplements that shipped. Even though they acknowledge I didn't have an active subscription, they told me they would have a Supervisor call me. No one ever called and I just called back for the 3rd time and was told the same story.I have zero confidence a Supervisor is going to call me or I'm going to get my money back for a subscription I cancelled. I still have the box with the sealed supplements in it but it's clear they don't care, just want to sell supplements and don't care of they work for you or not. I contacted customer service to cancel a supplement subscription. They instructed me to log in and cancel. I attempted to log in and the log in wouldnt accept my email address, the very same email address they sent a few emails to. I contacted customer support again and they were zero help. All I want to do is cancel the subscription.
