I unfortunately was taken multiple times. I first purchased a genetic kit from them September 8, 2023. The test was positioned to be individually tailored. They give you 5 markers with generic videos to explain them to you. Then offer you supplements to sell you on auto renew. I went a head and ordered the supplement I assumed was a part of trusting the process. I ordered the blood testing for ****** in November 2023 and this was the worst experience. I had to submit personal documents of history from my *********** I signed adobe documents more than once bc they didn't have anything on file or it never got it. I finally emailed them the reports requested. All the while I am waiting for my blood results that are supposed to be done in 6 weeks and trying to communicate with them and not getting responses. I got answers in late January after I hounded them. I was given an appointment by a third party not even a medical professional. They didn't combine my previous reports or doctor's reports. After reading the same report to me I already had. They said my "healthcare concierge" or whatnot will contact me to set up another consultation that costs money as well. So that was a wasted appointment. They recommended that I start using Ozempic bc that's what most of their clients do. Ozempic should not be recommended for weight loss as there are current lawsuits for this. I sent an email with my issues. But I received no response, apology or refund offer. I tried to cancel my supplements subscription for weeks but can't even login or reset my password as it says "you don't exist". Finally I called again yesterday. I asked to cancel my supplements and make sure the order was not processing. They still would not refund me for the shipment that they had in their possession. They have taken so much money from me as a single mother trying to better herself with no recourse. I have started having medical issues now too. They will take your money quick with no remorse. This program is a total rip-off. Don't fall for their marketing and save your money. I started with ordering both the Bloodwork and the **** ***** They quickly called me to set up my bloodwork appointment and to pay for everything which was $1,200.00. There was absolutely no delay in them collecting my money and sadly nothing else they promised has happened. I paid for both tests on 10/20/23. I received my health questionnaires on 10/22/23. My **** test kit shipped out on 10/23/23. I signed both health questionnaires in 10/23/23. I received my **** test results on 11/22/23. I ordered my **** Test Result call on 12/3/23 for $119.00 (was told this part was free during my first call with them) and to make matters worse I couldn't schedule the call because there were no time available but had already paid for it. I also ordered and paid for my supplements that they recommended on the paper copy of my **** Test Results on 12/3/23 for $157.32 and guess what, they didn't have them in stock. On 12/4/23 I started emailing them about all the issues I was having. I didn't receive a response until 12/14/23 & 12/18/23. I had several text messages with their sales person ****** between 11/15/23 and 12/18/23. I have copies of all emails and text messages if anyone would like to see the conversations with these people. I then realized I wasn't getting anywhere with their customer support and decided to dispute the charges on my credit card. It's funny, once I did the dispute I got a text two days later that they are ready to schedule my lab review call. I never did do the call because at this point I don't believe anything they are saying. I eventually did get my refund from my credit card company for the **** Test Review Call ($119.00) and the supplements ($157.32) but never did get a refund back for the two tests ($1,200.00). What's the moral of this story.........Don't fall for this scam unless you want to lose your money.Business Response

I order a *** test from them with my information (name, email address, etc) and after receiving the test kit I filled all of the forms attached to the kit with my information. The results were emailed to my husbands email address because I guess he had placed an order for some supplements from them before and they apparently failed to pay attention to any of the documents they asked me to fill and signed. That is a HIPPA violation- but when I brought it to their attention, I simple got the we are sorry for the mistake, would you like us to update your account? Also, the report provided is really general and totally not specific to my *** but they are quick to advertise that if you want a personalized explanation to pay another $150/200. They advertise as the *** report being personalized directly by your report and there was no such thing.Business Response

I paid my $1200 for two lab tests in Nov 2023. Took blood test within 2-3 days but had problems with getting DNA test delivered to my home in a subdivision. After long delays I tried for refund but they refused. Fast forward to trying to have doctor **************************** to discuss the results and recommendations. February 24, I meet with a physician assistant who tells me everything that is on the fact sheet. Im still being dodged about getting my recommendations done by a physician and given to me. Im trying to act upon an urge to get into the best shape of my life but its been five months They have my money but cannot service me. The services ******************* paid for were delivered on time as he should have expected at the time of purchase. Our Refund policy states that we can not refund any items that have already been shipped (**************************************************************). As **** mentioned after he decided to submit results his results were delivered on 1/11/2024 (See Screenshot). Our blood test includes the testing, results, and the telemedicine visit with one of our providers on staff to discuss results. This is explained to each customer at the time of purchase. The cost of recommendations is not covered in the initial price. **** received his results on 11/28/2024 and had his review on 2/24/2024 as he mentioned (see screenshot). The services purchased were delivered per the information we have provided. Since this is the case we did not honor his refund request.

They contacted us about a month ago regarding adding 2 separate email addresses for my husband and I. It appears that when you performed your genetic test, you used the kit of someone else in your household and they used yours. Due to this, we have to change over unique identifiers, ensure they are all aligned, samples are appropriately moved under the correct ID numbers, etc. and then release them from the lab over to our system so they can then be released over to you. Ordered the blood testing in December of 2023. Bloodwork was processed on 1/6/24. Was told a consultation would take 4-6 weeks. We are now at 10 weeks and no consultation. I have emailed, called and/or texted numerous times asking for a timeframe on *************** to go over my bloodwork. Only response I ever got was we will look into it. My latest email I explained that I understand the company is overwhelmed and unable to provide the service I paid for. All I am asking for is a refund so I can move on.Business Response

On 11/192023 I paid 10X health systems $1200 for genetic methylation testing for myself and Wife ***************************. It was paid via my Amex card. A week or two later the swabs were mailed to us and we sent out DNA samples back via mail. I then received an email saying they had received my test and would be in contact shortly with the results. ***** has never had any further correspondence from 10x. I have sent countless emails and left countless messages on their automated phone systems to NO avail. No response whatsoever. We have since had the test done at our regular Dr ****** for $125 each and received the results a week later. 10x has no problem reaching out via email trying to scam us into further biological testing. When I responded to that email asking why we would possibly send them any more money when we've already sent $1,200 for genetic testing and it's been 4 months and no one will respond to anything. I received a response they were sorry for the inconvenience and that was a different division but they would let them know about our situation. That's been well over a month ago and we still haven't heard anything. If you look online and at all the complaints the whole 10x health system is a total scam. The price is grossly inflated to begin with but to add insult to injury you don't even get a response must less any results for your money. And there's clearly no one in the company that cares about that because they will not return a call or email. This needs to be stopped these people are robbing people out of millions of dollars and giving them nothing in return. It's disgusting. Please help us get our $1,200 back but even more importantly these people need to be stopped from doing business and scamming people out of money.Business Response

Hello. We are happy to refund the $1200 and we are not attempting to withhold information from you. It appears you used the kit attached to your wife and your wife used the kit attached to you. This is creating an error for us when we try and release results and why you have not received them yet. Our lab and technology team are currently working on solving this problem, but seem to be having issues reconciling when customers swap kits. We will refund you in the meantime. Please do not spread that we are scamming people or that we are disgusting. We are normal people trying to deliver goods and services to our customers in an honest and ethical way. We do in fact care very much about our customers and are attempting to make it more clear than by having the patient's name on the shipping label to prevent same household kit swaps. I have attempted multiple times over almost a month to get in contact with this companies customer service in order to put a stop to an auto ship. They have ignored multiples emails and left me in the dark about how to solve the problem. While waiting I received a shipment from them from the auto ship I have been attempting to cancel. Purchased genetic test for myself and my spouse. Test kits were mailed promptly and we received the "results" within the stated timeline. However, the results are highly suspect, copy, paste results. The company claims "**** is all based on your genes specifically. Its just one test that will show you exactly how your genes operate, what areas need improvement, and a roadmap on how to optimize it." **** leads the consumer to believe they will receive actionable individual guidance based on their test. Instead I received a report with vague guidance that doesn't even make sense. There wasn't a single individualized comment in the results. The only way to get guidance is by purchase an additional call with one of their "Dr's." **** wasn't clear when I ordered the test. I expected to receive actionable results in the $600 test I ordered. I have tried to contact the company twice by email and have not received a response. I did speak with someone in customer service who said there is nothing he can do, he gets 50 calls a day of unhappy people and he has no ability to provide any refund or escalate a complaint. He also told me my results were very strange as he had never seen someone with the type of report I received. Which leads me to believe the test is total BS and they dont even run your results they just provide a random report. **** company does not provide the service they claim they do. I want to a refund for this gigantic waste of money. I really hope the BBB can help keep other customers from being scammed by these people.Business Response

My husband and I each purchased a 10X **** testing kit ($1,200)and sent it back to the lab on 11-27-23. 10X confirmed they received our tests and said we would receive our results in a couple of weeks. We received another email on 12-19-23 saying our results were ready and we would be receiving our report in PDF format soon. It is now 3-4-24 and we still do not have our results. We emailed and called them numerous times to try to get a response from the company but we have never been able to talk to anyone nor did they respond to any emails we've sent. We also visited our patient portal and there is no information in either of our accounts. After reviewing the complaints from others who are experiencing the same treatment from 10X as we have, not only do we expect a full refund, we also think this fraudulent company has to be stopped from continuing to scam people.Business Response
