      I signed the contract on 3/10/2021...That's not a typo...It's been over 10 months and I still do not have my system online. Failed inspection twice due to not having correct signage and now been waiting for 2 months to get placards created and posted. I'll be reaching out to local news next to tell my story so others do not make the same mistake. To those who have not signed up with Synergy yet, please see the reviews and their trend. Sunergy is not the right company to get solar from.

Right now with your project while we are in the inspection phase, we are taking extra precautions to make sure we can get this next inspection passed and move forward with the process. Once the final inspection has been passed, we can follow up with the utility company for permission to operate.       Ive had my solar panels installed July 2022. They arent operating as of yet .Ive had multiple failed inspections from the company . They repositioned my panels now almost 3 weeks ago . I called the company for status update and I keep getting the same exact response they will submit to engineer for review and then schedule another inspection . The techs left All of their trash on my roof and in my back yard . They never called prior to coming and my panels arent operating but Im getting charged a monthly fee and then to get reimbursed I have to go through a process and wait weeks to get my monthly reimbursement. Im beyond frustrated and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have been patient with them up until now. I need this to be resolved . This isnt right . They should not be aloud to do this to anyone this is a poorly ran business . What are my *********** ?

      Skylar the sales person for Sunergy portrayed the tax credit to be an amount of money that would be refunded to pay to the financing company, and this is even how the financing company sets it up. This is not the case it is a dollar for dollar wash of your tax liability. Also the company failed inspection and the company was supposed to send someone out to fix it due to wires being to low to rub on the asphalt shingles. This was never fixed someone did come out but on our cameras they didnt even get on a ladder. We have reached out so many times with no resolution. They also said they do all the work with the company this is not the case as well they sub contract it out. They say they just started working with them and that they are trying to fix all of the prior complaints on BBB and they are all an accurate representation of what the company is. I can not stand dishonorable people. That is exactly what this company is.

      I commissioned this company to install solar panel in my home. The company contontractor Sea Turtle Solar System installed the panel on the house 1 December 2022. The city inspection was scheduled on 14 Dec 2022 and thy did not pass the inspection. I have tried contacting this company at Sunergy Solar and left message with no return call with the 24hrs that the company stated they would contat me this was done several time. I also contacted follow staff ***************** on several occasions for a status on the project and got no return call. I finally contacted the banks solar mosaic financing comapny called ********** on 1/5/2023/spoke : Sashelle case # ********. The bank informed that paid me that Sunergy Solar / Sea Turtle Solar System was paid for the installation of my solar panel even though the did not pass the city inspection. The bank attendant informed me they would reach out to Sunergy Solarand request I be contacted. I did not hear from Sunergy Solar and contacted them today. The representative on the phone was rude and unable to give me a date or time frame as to when the technician would be out to complete the job. Please see picture of attahed ***** which i found today on the ground after getting wet on several occasions. am getting no resolution from this organization and it is very disappointing. I hope the BBB could assist in help me get this resolved. Thank you

      I was not contacted as stated above to discuss next steps. Inspection  with city is not scheduled and I still do not have an activated solar system. This is a total disappointment and it seem your organization does not care about  reminding the situation in a timely manner. However, Thank you for your emailed reponce but all I want is to have this resolved and and working solar system soon please.

      Our solar system has been nonfunctioning since 9/18/22 I've called every week since Oct 24th. Finally, after several calls and emails to ********************* our project manager where she said that she submitted a service request, but I wasnt getting any updates. On 11/9/22 Case ******* I submitted an online service request, and I was told our power inverter is out. An RMA was created, and They sent the replacement invert to Sunergy on 11/17/22 and no one was there to accept the delivery on 11/28 or 11/29/22 so they sent it back to the manufacture. ON 12/5/22 I sent an email to ********************* again and attached the tracking info that showed that the power invert was being sent back to the **** She said to give it a couple day and they should have the invert and able to set me up for the install. On 12/6/22 the inverter was received back at the *** in **********. I called the SolarEdge again and this time asked had the *** sent to me directly and finally received it last week. I called ********* to get service out to install it and still haven't heard anything. Im still getting the same run around. It is 1/11/23 and I still do not have a working solar system. At this point I would like my system fixed and a refund of my electricity bills from the time that my system has not been working.

      I agreed to have solar panels installed on my roof in August of 2022. The contracts were signed and the panels were installed the first week of September 2022. I was told that everything would be operational in 3-5 weeks at most. To this day I still do not have operational solar panels.After installing the panels and collecting their money, Sunergy has been atrocious. They take forever to respond to emails or phone calls, there's no management holding anyone accountable or getting involved in situations that go wrong, and theres no sense of urgency. Sunergy has now failed 3 separate inspections with the city and they all have to do with the same problems. To me, 3 failed inspections in a row is pure negligence. The inspectors even provide the details of what to do in order to rectify the situation, yet Sunergy has still managed to fail 3 in a row. Between failed inspections, no one proactively reaches out to me until I contact them and force the issue. In addition to the actual problem of not having functional solar panels over 4 months after installation, I've had to miss multiple days of work and as a small business owner, that has cost me thousands of dollars in revenue. This entire situation should never have gotten to this point, yet Sunergy doesn't seem to care at all about the situation because they have my money already. There have been multiple BBB complaints against this company over the last 6 months, yet nothing changes. I need help and just want to get what I paid for.

I still haven't had one person from management reach out to me at all and no one from the rest of the team has called or scheduled any work to rectify the issue.

      My contract was for a 8.7kw Daylight Backup system. The system was installed in June 2022. They installed my system as a Grid-Tie, not Daylight Backup. Meaning I have no power from solar if the grid goes down during the day. I noticed this problem and notified Sunergy in early September, after inspection. Sunergy continues to say they cannot get parts due to supply chain issues. Enphase says that no installer will wait for parts for more than 2 months, 3 at the outside.

      In June of 2019 my wife and I purchased 28 panels and a portable battery backup for that would power 3 rooms in the case of a power loss $38,160.00. The 28 panels were installed in august of 2019 without the battery backup. I was told that it was on back order and that when it arrives it would be installed the equipment i snot working as designed. it is now December or 2022 and the system is still not working as designed.. It is my personal opinion that Sunergy has no intention of repairing my Battery backup or resolving this problem until I am well outside of the warranty period. The system installed is a lemon and I wish to have a full refund due to the anger, time lost without working product that I am still paying for monthly, not to mention the time need to take off work to try and get a resolution for this issue and the frustration caused by poor quality service given to myself and my family. This is unacceptable and I warn everyone to stay as far away from Sunergy as possible. They are not a reputable company Acct# ***************

      The gentleman that was canvasing the area and the salesperson were super polite and courteous but that is about all that was positive with my experience. So first, I was told they do not subcontract any work to other contractors. This was one of the biggest selling features of their company for me. Come to find out that it was an entirely different company that applied for my permits. When I asked them about this all they had to say was that "due to the influx in jobs we've had to start subbing out work".Next, I got a call 2-3 weeks after signing the paperwork saying that they were coming out to install the panels. Not only were the permits not issued yet but they failed a review and had to be resubmitted.The work was completed and it seems like they did a good job (other than the mess that was left in the yard and on the roof), but I got a phone call a few days later from the loan lender saying "now that the job is complete I have to start paying on the loan....." I tried to explain that just because the panels are on the roof doesn't mean the project is complete, the permits aren't even ready to be issued yet. Didn't matter they still pushed the loan through. I called and talked to one of Sunergy's customer service reps and they assured me that if the system wasn't ready by the time the first payment was due that they would take care of it. Now I'm coming up to the first payment of the loan and they're saying that I have to make the payment and they submit a reimbursement form and they will see if I'm eligible to be reimbursed. as a business owner that works with these creditors often I know that once the project is signed off on by the homeowner (the phone call I got from them), the loan amount is funded to the company. They are the same as every other contractor out here they talk a big game. Once they have you on the hook they don't care about you anymore. Hindsight, I never would have signed a contract with this company if I knew this is how they operated.

      On 6/21/2022 I signed a contract with Sunergy solar llc ***************** location. I was really excited about putting solar on my newly purchased home for my family. 6 months later, my permits were still not approved and the loan needed to be funded by this point. Sunergy called me and wanted to start the project before permits were approved. I of course said no. After that sequence of events I decided I didn't want to do business with this company anymore. I called Sunergy letting them know I wanted to cancel. The following Monday I received a call from **** at 8:59 am confirming I wanted to Cancel. As soon as I confirmed she passed through the permit at 9:03 am. (which I attached call log and email.) After that I received a bill for $4,826.50. Which I paid. (Cancelation and receipt attached). This feels unethical and I believe Sunergy should send me back the money I paid them and make this right!
