    **** Initially Entrusted was professional, Attentive and nice, returned your calls, however once they receive your deposit you are no longer able to contact anyone at this company. Emails are returned stating not found, the numbers are either voicemail or wrong, the customer service number once answered as a voicemail, however the closer to my date the number was saying disconnected. I had a friend call the same number she got an answer as if a person would be with her in a minute but continued to get the same message until the phone up hung up. Here are my details:I contacted EntrustedVanLines on 9/22/2022 I requested a move date of November 28-29, 2022, Vincent stated I can contact him anytime, I paid my deposit of $1149, once I paid the deposit Entrusted Van Lines sent me an email from their operations manager ******** I would receive a call on 11/22/2022 at 4:00pm to discuss the logistics of the move. Well the call never came. I called them at 4:10pm to receive only a voicemail, and eventually the customer service line started saying disconnected. Today is 12/3/2022, I had to rent a uhaul to move from Indiana to Nevada. You can imagine the pain and suffering. I had to spend over $3000 to rent a uhaul and move myself. As of today 12/3/2022 still no contact with Entrusted Van Lines. I deserve my money back and I encourage anyone reading this do not trust them, read all reviews on Google, BBB you will see there is a trend and this company is a ****. Do not believe their 5 star ratings they cannot be legitimate. Today It's a challenge to trust any company, and definitely not a third party, I will go directly to the source from this day forward.

    No communication; Terrible customer service between Broker and client; subcontractor was terrible. Rude, impertinent, pushy. Items were not picked up when stated; did not receive my items for almost 2 months. Items missing, damaged. I have tried calling many, many times to no avail. No one answers. I have sent emails - also, no answer. This company does not care about the client. I am asking for remuneration for items lost, damaged, and pain/suffering.

    Terrible horrible no-good customer service. After I sent my deposit, their phone went offline with a message stating they were closed due to hurricane Ian. The three-day time window to cancel went by with no response, either by phone or by email. The emails I sent were returned as invalid. Of course I made other moving arrangements with another company. When I finally did reach them by phone (the day before my move), the manager of customer service told me the three-day window to cancel had passed and there was nothing he could do to return my $1,000 deposit. He also insisted that his staff was all there answering calls, and that he didn't know about the hurricane message. I asked him what he would do if he was in my situation and he was moving all of his belongings across the country, and he hung up on me. So much for customer service.

    I have paid them a deposit and now , I spoke with them, they were scheduled to call me 11/22/2022 to finalize the move, they have not called and the customer service number is stating not in service, the emails does not work, they return.

    SCAMMERS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK EVEN IF THEY DID NOT RENDER SERVICES. THEY ARE BROKERS SO IF YOUR ITEMS ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED, THEY WILL JUST REFER YOU TO THE CARRIER. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASTED MONEY AND LOST MY ITEMS.

    STAY AWAY FROM ENTRUSTED VAN LINES--THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They gave me an estimate of $3,800 and they charged me an extra $2,600. They claimed it would be an extra $2,000 to take my box spring and bed frame, so that had to be left behind. They refused to give me any indication of what day my furniture was to arrive, despite the fact that I had to schedule travel around it, and despite their promise of 7 days' notice. Every time I called, they gave me different info, and sometimes were downright rude. "What's your name?" "I'm not telling you." "Can I speak to a manager?" "I am the manager."When they showed up, they demanded an extra $600 just because I was on the fifth floor, not the first. They ruined my chair and loveseat and significantly gouged my heirloom mahogany bookcase. All of my boxes arrived in very poor, beat up condition. Don't believe the 5-star reviews here--they are obviously faked. Hoping to save someone from my fate!

Per our estimate, any additional flights will be charged at $75.00 each flight.     The communication from this company is quite disappointing. It is tough to pin the failure in customer service solely on them since they contract another company out, but they failed to complete the job as ensured to me by their representative. Their customer service rep ensured the items would be disassembled, wrapped, transported (in a timely manner which was not done, yes the contract gives them almost a month to deliver but when the company is telling me 2-7 days and it is over three weeks, that is bad service), unloaded with care (which wasn't), unwrapped, and reassembled. Explain to me why the driver and one helper (who was high in age and while I appreciate the effort was clearly not fit to move heavy items), complained the entire time about the volume to unload while on the job, then did not unwrap everything nor assemble anything other than the bed frame. Then, when I reach out to request a refund since a portion of the agreed upon service wasn't completed, the company refuses to respond other than a link to file a claim for the damaged items. They did not complete the service as detailed in the agreement, and apparently have an issue being held accountable for it. I would not recommend this service, nor the InstaMovers company they utilized for the move. Numerous items were damaged that had been wrapped in tote crates to the degree that it was apparent my items weren't treated with care in transit. Absolutely terrible customer service.

    I talked with ******* and got a quote for a move. He was very helpful and I put a deposit down. ******* told me that I had 72 hours before the deposit would go through in case i changed my mind. I then decided not to take the job so needed to cancel the move. This happened within 48 hours. I called today to cancel the move and talked to someone who told me he was the manager. He was very pushy, trying to convince me to leave everything on hold, and kept saying that if I got another mover who told me things that scared me or if it was a price difference He would understand. I then said I did not want my deposit to go through and just wanted to cancel and that his pushiness was making g menot ever want to use them again. He then said to me "well we don't want your business" anyway. At this point I feel like this business is a scam and I'm very nervous that they will still charge my card for the deposit. Don't trust them!

    The process was so painless and satisfactory from start to finish. Movers were on time, friendly, composing, and careful with my belongings. Entrusted Van Lines charged me so affordably. Their service is top quality, Jodds team was fantastic. Quick, kind, and followed all COVID protocols. Our house was delivered well and safely. Affordable price and very efficient and fast customer service. This is my fourth time using their services, and I will use them again.
