      I have had similar refund issues as stated on here. When I originally started this warranty I would have given 5 Stars. I sold my motorhome and started the cancelation process October 2nd. The first cancelation contract that was given to me was for the wrong warranty company. I had to track this problem down. Finally got the correct paperwork and did the docusign. It took calls from me to get them to sign it. Waited a while and tried to check the progress. Emails and calls took forever to get answered. I had to do all the leg work to make sure everything is good to go. On October 23th I was promised a text or call back to let me know everything was. I did receive a call from the brokered company that everything is canceled but nothing from Eagle Vision. Really disappointed. Will change my review if refund comes soon. Was promised 4 to 6 weeks.

      Company has taken over 5 months to issue a refund. I was told 4 to 6 weeks. The company that is the insurer has told me they reached out in January and received no contact from them. This is looking like a scam company.

      This is a response to the business that replied they would issue a refund check. I have emailed them 10 times and called and left voice-mail over *********************************************** I contacted the ******* Attorney General today. All i want is my refund and to have direct communication with them as the original refund amount offered was not correct.

      The reason I need to hear from the business is that the original amount offered was not correct and was put in dispute with Headstart.  I need to know when this check will ne mailed as my address is changing soon.  What is the refund amount offered.  It is supposed to be close to $5000 as I was told by one of your representatives.    I only contacted BBB and the ** because I can not get ahold of you by phone or email.  The resolution guy I was working with now has a non operative phone.

      I an still waiting for confirmation that my refund amount is correct and that a check is on the way. Since I filed this cancelation in October I used my current address for a mailing address. That address will be changing soon. This company will not respond other than on here and I have no idea if they see my response. As for rolling over to a new policy I did contact them about a policy but the main reason I did that was to actually talk to someone at the company. They seemed pretty willing to work with me if they were keeping the money. From the start I told the guy I needed the $5000 for a down-payment and that I would then get a price for a policy. Please help me get this nightmare over.

      The business refuses to confirm the correct amount of refund and when the check will be sent.  The original amount was wrong and the company filed an appeal.  The person that was dealing with this can not be contacted.  All I am asking for is when this check fir nearly $5000 will be sent.  That amount was an estimate from them not a number I am making up.

      I had closed a complaint because the company said it would be issuing a check in February. There was also a problem with the refund amount and have not heard from the company. I feel like I have been a victim of fraud.

      I purchased an extended warranty policy from Eagle Vision RV for my travel trailer in 2021. The policy number is RV19 ***********. In August of 2023 I traded the travel trailer and filed for cancellation and refund of the policy. Cancellation number ******** on Sept. 5 2023. They say it will ***********-8 weeks to receive my refund. The insurance company says they have refunded Eagle Vision and they need to refund the balance to me. After many emails, phone calls, messages left, calling the insurance company, Eagle Vision will not respond.

      We purchased a 5 yr extended warranty for our Travel Trailer 2/17/2023 yet sold the travel trailer end of June 2023. Our contract was # PRVA00414046. Purchase price was $1787.00 yet policy amount was $1088.00. We did not have to call upon them over those few months for any warranty work. Eagle vision was contacted 7/1 /23 re cancellation and paperwork was completed 7/5/23. We have still not received our refund despite many phone calls, and emails over the past 4 months. The last phone conversation on 10/16/23 with ********************* promised us, we will receive our refund check within **** business days and it has now been 13 days. We will never deal with this company again and would never recommend them to anyone!!

      Initiated a refund for policy #PRVA00363017 ON July 17,2023 . Was told it would be 6-8 wks for refund. Waited till end of September and have been lied to when i did get ahold of someone always saying someone would call me back and never do. Spoke with Destiny first then her supervisor, ********************* on 10-13-23 . He told me **** more days. Well here it is October 31st and nothing. Tried to call several times 10-27-23 and cant reach anyone. The refund is supposed to be $1396.01. I would just like my refund. Thanks

As this took 7 months and no way to know the correct refund ther is absolute fraud involved with many promises and lie after lie. At the least their BBB status should be the worst to warn people of their fraud and criminal activity.

      Canceled my Extended Warranty on 7/21/23, ******************* they said that refund check of $714.88 will come from Eagle Vision RV in 2-3 weeks, I have called *****, Destiny and GY at Eagle Vision for follow up since the very beginning and still no check. You can never get anyone on the phone and if you do they alway say they never received check from National, its been 3 weeks since 2nd check was sent to Eagle Vision from National, these people are terrible at followup

      I have a policy with the above company. I have complete coverage including towing assistance. I was stranded on September 17 and then again on September 23. On both occasions, I called Night Riders for roadside assistance. They denied service on both occasions indicating that the service was not covered. In both instances, required a tire change and a ***** and I did not have the proper equipment to safely do the service. Also, being ***************************************************************** assistance, I called Eagle Vision support several times, and someone called back and promised to follow up. They did not. I am seeking reimbursement for out-of-pocket costs and a pro-rated amount for the Roadside assistance that has proved to be not reliable and not as promised.

      I am rejecting this response because the contract I purchased was considered by all an "exclusion contract", meaning that unleess specifically outlined as an excluson this item should be covered.  In our case we purcashed and additional Roadside Assistance Policy to cover just this, towed items.  The business has not been honest, upfront, or communicative regarding this incdient.  This incident put our family at great risk.  We aer ********************************* the middle of a deserted road at nigtht for hours.  This is not a time to find our your company and coverage is neither reputatble nor credible.  I expect complete compensation that I have provided.  Next step is to institute legal action again both the Broker Eagle Vision and the ***************** in this matter.  As this is the first letter that I have recieved indicating this item was not covered, I will institute a legal action with 24 hours.  I am disappointed with both the Broker and Insurance Company.   I am seeking a pro-rated amount of my entire policy back as I don't feel confident that that broker or the insruance company will not leave us stranded again.

      The additional towing you purchased only increases the aggregate amount for towing to $1,000 per occurrence for covered events on your RV or if your RV becomes disabled. If you purchased a tire policy which you did not and got a flat the towed vehicle would be covered. However since you didnt get a tire policy the flat on your towed vehicle was not a covered event there for making it an excluded event. This is outlined clearly in the contract. We are not paying this claim or communicating with you further since you continually threaten our staff.

      It is clear that this organization a less than reputable organization.  I have attempted to settle with them, but they have refused.  As a result and additionally as a result that you have closed this case, even though it is not resolved, I will be taking legal action to recover monies owed and due.  If you review the number and type of complaints on your own website you will see that this organization should not even be on the BBB website, nor be a member of BBB.  The purpose of your website, I would assume is to support good businesses.  There are many good businesses, and this one is NOT one of them.  I would request that AAA revoke the status of this company within BBB, not only because of me, however because of the amount of complaints you have received over the period of time they have been in business.

      I applied for a refund on the warranty that I canceled on 1/18/23. I filled out the form that was sent to me and submitted back to them! On 3/24/23 I called them to find out the status of my refund! It had not even been submitted to the warranty company for review! I spoke with the warranty company directly and was told that my refund was approved and that the dealer was responsible for getting it to me. I have called the dealer multiple times only to be sent to voicemail! The dealer is not answering nor are they returning my calls! I am very frustrated and at this point don’t know what to do other than taking some type of legal action! Please help!!

      We sold the rv that we had the extended warranty on. We requested refund on 02/21/2023 via cancelation policy form. After almost two months with no response I called and was told that they never received the cancelation form. I filled out another form and sent it to them. Again getting no response regarding refund. Always getting told that it's time delay issue. Per their statement that refund check would take 6 to 8 weeks. However, it is now almost three months ( 12 weeks) and still no confirmation regarding the refund check. Sending cancelation form and emails.

      I received my refund check. No complaints! Please remove my complaint with this business because all has been resolved.
