I had an item up for sale and the sale was not completed, the buyer was returned their money and case closed. **** is trying to charge a fee based on if the item had sold and the customer received their goods and I received money- THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
Am more than happy to pay a 100.00 fee for administration costs but that’s all. I have filed complaints with **** *** *** *****

They have been calling me over 15 times a day and are in violation of the fair debt collection practices act by calling over seven times a day and this is considered harassment and I have been saving all call logs showing the obsen amount of times they call a dayBusiness Response

This is an agency attempting to collect a debt on $23 for toll fees. These fees were paid 8/16/2023 with sunpass who sent my information to Valor the 3rd party. I have contacted this 3rd party 4/5 times trying to resolve this issue, show proof and verify that this debt has been paid in full, yet they refuse to contact me, when I call they refuse to put a supervisor on the phone and assist me. They are being incredibly difficult for a $23 bill that has already been paid.Business Response

This company continues to call me. Sometimes a rep is on the phone , the other times they hang up. They were asking if I was ****** and said it was a personal matter on a charge. I did not provide whom she was speaking with but stated per my knowledge ****** has no business with valor and asked them to stop calling .
