      ******* NOTIFIED ME THAT THE ROUTER ON MY SYSTEM WAS OBSOLETE. THIS IS IN MAY OF 2021. I HAD BEEN WITH ******* SERVICES FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS WITHOUT A CONTRACT. WHEN THEY REPLACED THE OBSOLETE ROUTER, THEY STARTED A NEW CONTRACT WITH ME BUT DID NOT TELL ME I WAS ENTERING INTO A NEW CONTRACT. THIS IS VERY SNEAKY. SO WHEN I SWITCHED TO COX COMMUNICATIONS, ******* CHARGED ME AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE AND THE LAST MONTHS BILL. I RETURNED THEIR EQUIPMENT AND HAVE A DATED RETURNED EQUIPMENT RECEIPT (9/7/2022). UNFORTUNATELY, VALOR INTELLIGENT PROCESSING IS TRYING TO COLLECT A DEBT THAT I DO NOT OWE. PLEASE TELL THEM NOT TO CALL ME. AND TELL THEM NOT TO SELL THIS FALSE DEBT TO ANOTHER COLLECTION AGENCY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

      Valor showed on my Transunion report for $995 as a collection for Comcast cable. I do not know what this is for nor had any issues with Comcast. They are not being cooperative with removing this fraudulent account from my credit report and made my score drop.

      Valor representative called my cell phone and work phone multiple times selling a person named Lori. I informed them each time I did not know that person. When they repeatedly started calling my work phone I asked the guy to never call me again. He responded by shouting "It's just a wrong number, get over it" and slammed down the phone. I work in a ** ********** office and have no idea how they got my work number. This is abusive harassment for a matter that has nothing to do with me.

      I am rejecting this response because: This company called both my personal cell phone number and ** ********** office number looking for a person that is not me.  There's no chance that both numbers were linked to that other person.  FYI, I've had the same work number since 2011 - again, it was not linked to this other person.  Please try again with an honest response.

      Valor keeps calling me repeatedly for a debt I do not owe. The recording asks for a male. I have had my number for 30 years; it's never belong to any male. Via the automation, I have stated this fact. Still I receive call after call. I cannot navigate to a human. No one is apparently listening to the recorded responses. They are harassing me for someone else's, a man's bill! The only calls I tracked are:
      1/31, 2/2, 3/31, 4/3, 4/4, 4/5, 4/20, 4/21 but the calls have been numerous times a week for 4 months now. I want them to stop calling me IMMEDIATELY!

      I sent this organization a letter requesting to verify debt and thier ability to collect on the debt. The amount stated in the letter received from Valor Intelligent Processing said that my balance was over $700 which I knew was inaccurate. The letter I sent according to **** records shows that the letter was receved by Valor on March 9, 2023. Nonetheless, I followed up with Comcast who not only credited my account by $350 but also accepted my payment of $281.86. This accoount has been paid in full and Valor violated consumer credit laws by putting a negative account on my record that was activley being disuted. Again, the letter sent to Valor disputing the debt was received by their offices on March 9, 2023 and this company has neither called nor sent additional correspndence as requsted in my letter. Again, this company violated laws by adding a negative account to my credit that they were aware was activley being disputed.

      I am rejecting this response because: this company never sent
      any additional correspondence after receiving my letter on March 9th, 2023
      requesting validation of the debt of $751.00 . My letter clearly stated that I
      was disputing the debt based upon my knowledge that the amounts listed in the
      one and only letter sent by this company was completely inaccurate and not
      reflective of the actual account balance with *******.  This company
      violated ******** credit laws by adding a negative account to my credit report
      that was currently being disputed.  This company placed a negative account
      on my credit report and the only acceptable resolution is to remove it completely.
      I will need to escalate this matter along with all documentation (letter from
      this company, copy of my dispute and **** documentation) to the ******** *********
      ********** ******. This company is breaking laws!

      I have received multiple text messages from Valor about a **** bill they claim to be managing now. I thought this was a scam at first, but when I follow the link in the text message and put the license plate for either of my vehicles and the number they have been texting, the message “no record found” appears. I don’t want something hitting to my credit unfairly nor do I want to be receiving texts forever.

      Valor Intelligent Processing on behalf of ***** ****** ****** place a hold on our vehicle registration preventing us from renewing our license plates. We paid their collection fee but they did not remove the hold.

      This account has been paid in full yet a hold on my registration remains. I don't know how to be more clear in regard to this matter since you should easily see the same information on your side. This appears to be a stall tactic. Please remove the hold on our license registration immediately.

      Bought a phone from ******* in December 26, 2020 I return the phone January 2, 2021. I received a collection on my credit report on May 2021. I have receipt of return and also receipt of sale. I sent this into valor intelligence processing. I’ve also sent this into Experian. please help even after I have sent the return receipt there has been no change in my credit report. I have disputed this account six times since August 2022 and still no change. Please help get this deleted from my report. Account number ******xxxxxxx

      I received notification that this company was attempting to collect erroneous billing on behalf of Xfinity.
      My last day of service with XFINITY was 8/20/22. I continued to be auto charged on my credit card thereafter. I was unable to get resolution with XFINITY and contested fraudulent charges to my credit card. When I received notification from Valor attempting to collect debt, I made statement on bill that I was disputing the validity of the debt and did so within 30 days. I never heard back from company and they have since reported this erroneous debt to Transunion.
