  This company fraudulently signed me up for a $99 subscription. They said it was for a 14 day trial subscription and the $99 was an Auto renewal. I never signed up for this trial but they had my credit card from a tee time at a local golf course. It took a long time to get the refund from their 833 number staffer ***** ******. Without patience others will lose money to them

  Golf now is very possibly the worst company with which I have ever interacted in my entire entire life. I booked a hot deal and canceled very quickly several days in advance of the actual teatime for personal reasons and I was unable to get a refund. Their refund policy is not transparent, and they refused to refund the amount to your card. They will only refund it to their site and limit your ability to use that money to exclusively hot deals. It has been an absolute joke. I have had customer service hang up on me in the middle of a conversation. They have been extremely unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. They have extremely limited options available on their website website for their hot deals. The teetimes are at outrageous times for one golfer, unable to make a full booking of a normal party. I would never advise anyone to ever interact with this company or any affiliated company in anyway at all costs. Giving this review, one star may be the largest active generosity I have ever had in my entire life. They do not deserve anything anywhere near resembling a star. This is a complete garbage company.

  Was given $100 in giftcards to GolfNow. I added them to my account and attempted to book a tee time for 2 people with a total cost of $142. I selected the option to use $100 of the giftcard, leaving my p***aid balance at $42. When I selected the booking button, I kept getting an error that my payment was rejected. I deleted and then readded my credit cards to no avail. I finally called customer support and point-blank asked if it wasn't going through because of my giftcard. **************** *** said he wasn't sure. After 40 minutes on the phone all he did was book the tee time and allow me to pay at the course. But, I told him that doesn't work because I want to use the giftcard. He said that it was the course that happened to make a change from "Pay Now" to "Pay at the Course." Wow! What a wild coincidence. It was a total lie. As he was telling me this, I tried booking the same type of tee time at 8am (he was booking for 7:37am) and, sure enough, it said "Pay Now" and still rejected my payment. GolfNow will sell you a giftcard, but they won't get you use it. COMPLETE THEFT.

  This company promoted ************, a veteran owned company. Look them up on BBB, they are SCAMMERS! Why would you advertise a company that produces poor quality clubs and does not refund their customers?? Very disappointed with this companys decisions. Will not be using them to book anymore.

  This is the worst company. I called prior to 24 hours to reduce the number of golfers from 4 to 3 the golf course uses golf now and I had to contact them directly. On the phone for almost 2 and half hours and they still are unable to refund my credit card. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THEM.

  I booked a tee time through my local golf course website (*******************************************). What I didn't realize was this website is actually GolfNow if you select their "hot deals". I didn't realize I had selected that - I just picked the tee time that best worked for us - turns out it indeed was a hotdeal, which apparently GolfNow gets so many of these from each course a week and they keep the proceeds, none of which to go the course itself. I was not able to play, and a week before called the course to cancel which they did - I thought it was taken care of. Next thing I see $286 on my credit card from GolfNow - which I didn't even realize was the vendor I had paid! I called the course they explained the hot deal situation and told me to call GolfNow. I did and they said hot deals are non refundable and not cancellable. You can imagine my surprise when I had contacted the course and cancleled thinking I was all set, only to be charged by a 3rd party (GolfNow) and told I could not cancel. Meanwhile - the local course has no tee time for me since I had cancelled with them successfully! GolfNow told me I should have read the terms and conditions more closely - who reads terms and conditions when they're booking tee times! I book tee times all the time for 30 years - this has never happened to me. I advise anyone to never use GolfNow for any reason- I coul not believe they would not recognize my error and refund my money. I am disputing the charge with **** and will not be paying this bill.

  The booking experience is horrible. Fees are outrageous. The worst part is their cancellation policy. You don't get refunds, only "account credit" and those expire in 6 months. These "credits" are also highly restricted. Can only be used on "hot deals" and not regular bookings. Shady and ridiculous business practices. *****.

  GolfNow charged me two times for the same single tee time I attempted to book. I never got a confirmation so I never actually booked the tee time but GolfNow charged me twice and the money was withdrawn from my bank account. **************** said sorry for the inconvenience you may get your money back in 2-3 days.

  I booked a tee time on Golf Now on 10/12 at 10am PST. The tee time was for ******************************* in ********* for 10/13 at 11:21am PST. The golf now app did not disclose that the golf course had aerated their greens, which I would not have booked if I had known. After booking I called the golf course to confirm and they said that the courses greens were aerated. When I learned this, I called into Golf Now to refund all my fees and would not refund my booking fee even though the error was their fault for not disclosing that the course had aerated greens. This is unacceptable. ****** *****

  Was forced to book with golfnow, first booking did not work, said there was an error and try again. So I did and second time worked. BUT golfnow charged me the reservation fee for BOTH bookings. Inquired with their customer service to have one of the fees refunded as this booking did not work and I didn't double book a tee time, through 5 emails and me submitting all the proof, they end up saying we don't have a record of your transaction, please contact your bank. The first guy on the phone confirmed the transactions and said it will be refunded and confirmed he received with the proof of the double charge. It's not worth my time with this thief of a company for the $11, just forewarning to future customers!
