      They take your money before the date of the tee time. My tee time was canceled by the golf course and they told me to call Golf Now for a refund. I shouldn't have to contact a third party for a refund do to rain. I waited on the phone for over an hour and then finally got through, I was told to wait while they contact the golf course. After waiting they said the golf course has closed for the day and i will receive a refund in 5-7 business days... it has been 9 business days and the money is still not in my account. I will never book a tee time with Golf Now again as they are terrible to do business with and offer you a $20 promo code which I'll never use at a bogus place like Golf Now. **** the "care team member" was completely useless and I'm not surprised with how that company is run. I also blame ********************* in ********, ** for using the worlds worst online tee time booking system, unfortunately I will no longer play their course till Golf Now is no longer their online tee time system. If you don't want to chase a company around for stealing $400 out of your account then I suggest thinking twice before booking with Golf Now.

      Lost $340 despite cancelling over 24 hours in advance of my reservation after my wife unexpectedly went into labor. There is absolutely no advantage to using this company for your reservation and if you call customer support they refuse to escalate anything and just reread their policies to you.

      Both my son and I received $125 Golf Now gift cards from my wife. She did research and confirmed that they could be used at our home courses. When I tried to book a tee time at my home course using the Golf Now website and use the gift card, no tee times, not one, none, were available as "hot deals." 'Hot deals' are the only tee times the gift card can be used for. This essentially makes the card worthless. I was told by Golf Now customer service that I could still book a tee time but would have to pay when I got to the course. (Greens fees for tee times that WERE available were actually more expensive than the Senior rate I normally pay. No senior rate was factored in when using the Golf Now online booking. No deal, no sale. ) My son's experience was similar. He's a young man with a job. ********* were available at his preferred course but only during his work day. Nothing after work or weekends. Golf Now customer service was told about all of this but refused to refund the $250 my wife paid for the cards. All you golfers beware: Before you buy into this scheme make sure tee times are available at the you want and when you want to play. Hit 'em straight!

      Do Not use GolfNow. Its a terrible app and will not receive your refund. Case in point I booked a tee time on hot deal. I paid but my foursome had things come up so I canceled the tee time. Long story short I didnt receive my refund it was credited for a short time period. This app is getting deleted. Just go to your course and book it. I spoke to *********************** and *********************.FYI made up names.

      Golf Now/ Golf Pass is a HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I can not teach them via phone on any of the Five numbers they list. I canceled my subscription and they still charged my credit card. They will not respond to any communication.

      I have a gift card from a few years back, no expiration date. The Golfnow system doesn't recognize the card number so I called the support line. They now tell me that the card I have has a $0 balance! And that the card was used 4 separate times! I've never used this card! It should have a $300 balance! They tell me they can't see who used the card (ID????), nor for what courses it was used for (really??). My id on ********************** shows, correctly, that I have not scheduled any courses yet. The gift cards are a scam, a crime. I see I'm not the only one with Golfnow gift card issues. What is our recourse?

      Horrible app to use. It adjusted my buddies and I Tee time then when I noticed the mistake, they would not allow me to cancel on their website, so trying to get a hold of a customer service member was impossible. They will not allow you to call anybody so they essentially just stole my money. Dont use this app. Dont give these people any of your money because they are thieves and a*******

      I'm a disabled Traumatic brain injury survivor and I found out today that my service animal has to be put down due to a mass pushing down her colon I used 120$ credit and payed 80$ to play wildfire Waldo course and when I call to cancel they tell me I'm out of their refund policy. Like I knew I was going to have to put my service animal down.

      GolfNow needs to be reported!
      They are still offering you to purchase digital gift cards, when in fact their system does NOT link the gift cards to your account therefore you cannot use them!
      I gave two as gifts and they can’t even use them! I waited on hold for hour and a half for them to tell me to email the gift card information to them so the tech team can investigate and try and link them which can take 2-5 business days IF they can fix it. Oh and the catch? NONREFUNDABLE!!! They’re clearly aware the gift cards don’t work yet they still have the option to purchase!
      “We’re having technical issues with digital giftcards as they don’t link we maybe able to link them if our tech can figure out why it won’t” and the other was “oh you have to keep trying to enter it and eventually it will take. I know it’s not supposed to be like that but it is”
      “Email the giftcards to us so we can escalate them to our tech team 2-5 business for a response”.
      I told them this is a SCAM as they know these cards don’t work. And Fred told me he’ll notify his marketing and tech team. Proceeded to give me a case number so you don’t have to open a new one but you still have to wait on hold for almost 2 hours!! PROMBLEM NOT RESOLVED

      I am an annual subscription member of Golf Now, since April 2022. This membership was auto-renewed in April 2023 for another year until April 2024.

      On October 24, 2023 I complained about Mis-Selling & Misinformation to Golf Now customer service team - they sold me an 18-hole round of golf at Franklin Canyon Golf Course without accurate information. Golf course was playing only front nines, back nines were closed, and the golf course was airefied (which was not stated in the deal).

      After speaking to the customer service agent, we concluded that Golf Now could not do anything about the error and at best ask to return on another day to play remaining holes at the course.

      I was frustrated and asked the agent to not renew my membership next year. Then after further dialogue I asked to do nothing to my account.

      The next day GolfNow cancelled my prepaid annual membership; didn't inform me and have not responded eversince. I called the GolfNow team again on October 25, 2023 and reported this issue. The agent said that she cannot do anything now and that she will raise this to the management team - someone will connect in the next few days.

      How can a service provider charge a customer for an annual service and then cancel the service mid-way withing the tenure of the service agreement.

      No subscription service provider can do this!

      I would like GolfNow to offer a public apology for this customer experience and reinstate my membership for the remaining tenure of the subscription.
