      I would give this company negative stars if I could. Hot Deals are not such a deal. I booked a hot deal and had to cancel the tee time within the 24hrs ahead of the time. You do not receive your money back you receive a credit that can ONLY be used on another hot deal over the next 6 months. Customer service is horrible after you hunt to find the phone number. I will never you this app again as it is not useful and after you pay the fees you pay the same as calling the course directly. Instead of our government shutting down social media apps, shut down Golf Now so they can't rip anyone else off!!!

      Our group of golfers have had nothing but issues with both the platforms they own Golf Now and *******. The have charged multiple members of our golf group fraudulently on multiple occasions for a 'Golf Pass Membership'. We also have multiple charges showing on our bank accounts when we did not book the tee time. They will not refund you when fraudulent charges are made by them... only give you a credit on their platform... keeping you locked in. The have no customer service that can elevate anything when you call in... it is a call center run from out of the country. They are a crooked money grab company owned by NBC and need to be stopped or shut down.

      I made a reservation for a week in advance. I did not realize "hot deal" meant even if I called the golf course I would not receive my money back. They told me to call Golfnow. How do I even contact this company? They make it extremely easy to make a reservation, but not to cancel. Will NEVER use this service again.

      I thought it was a good deal at the time. However they charge me a no-show fee the week after I golfed at costa mesa golf course. Golf now has no way to get in touch with them. So I cannot dispute this anyway with them. So I'm just having my bank deal with this so I can get my money back. Golf now is a joke! I will never use this awful company again!
